Our stay was excellent. The apartment was very nice, clean and is in an excellent area to explore downtown Oaxaca. Skarlett was a friendly and helpful host during our stay. I would definitely recommend it.

Gio's place was perfect for my few nights in Oaxaca and I appreciated how attentive he was to all the details and any questions I had. The apartment had everything I needed and I slept very comfortably each night. One thing, the windows overlook a street that was busy at some times and noisy at times. It didn't bother me but it is worth nothing. I'd stay there again.

Loved this flat! Such a great location so comfortable close to everything! - you have everything you need in the flat. I felt safe and secure in the neighbourhood and found everyone so friendly and helpful. There is a fantastic taco restaurant next door and a great cafe called Rustiko up the block. Highly recommend this place and will stay again when I return to this lovely city

Being inside, you can't hear the noise from the street. A very nice place, I highly recommend it. It's close to the center, a few blocks away on foot

The room is very well equipped, the air conditioning is a plus for the heat of Oaxaca. You have shops, supermarkets and the center 15 min walk. Would definitely stay here again. In addition, Karla was always very friendly and responded quickly to our questions

This place was great! A perfect fit for me as a solo traveller who likes her space :). The bed is comfy, the kitchen and living space are welcoming, and the shower does get hot (just gotta have some patience with it!). The location is walkable to everything you need to access in Centro. It is a thoughtfully designed space with all the amenities you need! The hosts are super responsive which is always nice! There is street noise at night so if you are super sensitive to noise this may not be the right fit, but it didn’t bother me! Enjoy your stay!

Had an overall pleasant stay at Jose’s place! The apartment is very spacious and is very close to the centro/shopping. I appreciate their flexibility and hospitality!

My stay was beautiful. The home is bright, clean, & spacious with a well-stocked kitchen. There’s no oven, but I cooked every meal I wanted. The bed is comfy, & the patio is perfect for breakfast. There’s a stunning hike nearby. Map to “Montecito,” take the left fork, and it loops back to the house. More trails are a short taxi ride away. Buses to the city are easy (10 pesos), & DiDi for taxi. Maria offers a ride if it aligns with her work schedule. She’s incredibly kind & genuinely cares about her guests. Filtered water is available upon request, which was super helpful. There’s also a sweet cleaning service from Carmelita. The local market near Mula Café has amazing fresh produce. The neighborhood is peaceful & friendly. If you're a light sleeper, bring earplugs as dogs sometimes bark at night. This place feels like home thanks to the love and generosity of Maria and her family. I’m so grateful to have found it.

What a treat to stay at Karmen's! Great views, friendly neighbors, lots of amazing birds right outside your doorstep, in walking distance to the archeological site Monte Alban, small stores to get food, and the artist town of Arrazola where they make alebrijes. Also, the internet was reliable enough that I could work from home (using video calls)! The spot is about a half hour outside of the city by mototaxi, so the air is cleaner and it's more peaceful than you'll find elsewhere. Karmen has planted hundreds of native trees and plants on the land so there are lots of pollinators, gorgeous butterflies, flowers, and a couple of very sweet dogs. Karmen was a great host- proactive, responsive, and kind. She generously invited me to many incredible events locally and in the city. She is very well connected in the artist and healing communities. What a great deal! Hope to be back soon.

This place is super cute and comfortable. The kitchen is complete with everything you need (coffee maker, blender, stove, utensils, Tupperware etc). The shower is hot, the internet is strong enough for zoom calls. Hosts are friendly and helpful. Plenty of natural light. It is a 40 min walk to downtown or an 80-120 peso taxi ride. There is a grocery store near by and restaurants walking distance. I recommend this place. I would stay there again.

The place is very comfortable and cozy, very similar to how it looks in the photos. I would fully recommend it, it has everything you need and is in a good area.

It was the best place we could choose, they are excellent people and they are attentive to you as a guest, if you want to enjoy and return home happy I recommend that you stay with them

The place is far from the centre of Oaxaca where many of the things to see and do are, you’ll need a car if you stay here - Taxis aren’t as accessible / convenient depending on time of day. Otherwise, great place and made use of the rooftop. Very clean, easy check in.

great place to stay with a big group

Due to the geography of the city, in this area the houses do not handle garcheras, if you are one of those who car is very worried about leaving your car in the street Think well, if you arrive without a car , it is the best because you remove that earring. Of the rest, everything is OK host and installation.

Our stay was very comfortable, the guard was always very attentive and friendly, it is worth making room to enjoy the apartment, the area is quiet and the view is beautiful. Rosa provides you with all the necessary information about the place and recommendations for the city. As a recommendation, you should arrange taxis for departures.

A highly recommended place, we loved everything, the jacuzzi is amazing, everything is very tidy, clean and nice. We'd definitely come back.
