Hello! We are Sonia, Elio and our daughter Beatriz. Our goal is to make your vacation unforgettable!! Welcome to our home!! The "Casinha da Beatriz" is located in Santana, land of typical houses, ex-libris and tourist poster of the island of Madeira. They were houses composed of an attic, where agricultural products were kept, and a ground floor with the living area. We rebuilt one of these typical "little houses," dating back to 1950, with all the comforts of today. It overlooks the sea/mountains.

Old Wine Villa

Welcome to Paradise! Come stay at our cozy Villa with a splendid Atlantic ocean view by the infinity pool! This house was first built in 1932 and since then it has been know as "Casa do Vinho Velho", "The Old Wine House". My great-grand mother used to tell stories about the old man "Vinho Velho" and his passion for his wine and agriculture. The house has been updated but we have kept old features, like an old brick oven in the kitchen and 3 stone rocks for vine hanging in the living room!

This home is just what you need, whether you come as a couple, with family or friends, you will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located place. There's buses from the airport to the town or taxi just 10 minutes distance. walking distance to bakery, supermarket. Beach, restaurants, cafe bars also 10 minutes. There's also buses every 20 minutes to Funchal. No car hire required. You can enjoy prepare your meals or can just walk down and try our typical Madeiran food.

I am Nelly and I love to meet new cultures and people. In the house there are two bedrooms with private bathrooms and a balcony at your disposal. The balcony is ideal to have a meal or a drink enjoying the sea view. On the ground floor there is a dining and sitting room and a big kitchen and a garden at your disposal. In 5 min on foot you are in the beach, markets, restaurants, bus and shops. In 5 min by car you are at the Airport, 20 min from Funchal and 10 m from the north
