Wolf | A Cozy Family Retreat with All the Comforts

PaolaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
This is a cute apartment away from the main city. If you want a place thats quiet and calm, I recommend staying here. There is a bit of walk to the boardwalk and you need to walk a bit to call a taxi, but that is listed in the description. My family and I enjoyed our time there and we hope to return again! Thank you again to both hosts!!

It was a great stay. They lent me snorkeling gear, and the kitchen was clean and I was able to use it. The host family's children were adorable. The room was like a rental house with a sofa and kitchen and was very comfortable.

German Home - Aislinn

Mick And SueRating, 5 stars13 months ago
My husband and I and two adult friends shared three days at Petra's and all had a wonderful times. The house is new, and Petra has seemingly thought of everything--from a wine opener to a washing machine and dryer, everything we wanted could be found. That includes a coffee pot (a bag of local coffee was provided), a water boiler, plates, cups, silverware, etc., for at least 8! The wi-fi and AC worked fine. The location is fantastic; in one direction, you head to a walk out along a National Park footpath to the ocean and in the other direction you can quickly access the tourist section along Charles Darwin street with its numerous shops and restaurants. There's also a few blocks of inexpensive outdoor restaurants where the locals (and we) sit at outside tables and feast on inexpensive meals all day long. The steps up might make the place difficult for persons with disabilities. An identical adjoining unit makes this place great for two groups/families to be near each other.
A spacious terrace features a comfortable seating area with red cushioned sofas and wooden chairs. A hammock is hung for relaxation, while large windows provide a view of the surroundings. Potted plants add a touch of greenery to the inviting space.

Casa 3 Gecko

ClaerwenRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Gecko was a great place to stay, the hosts were lovely and very responsive to questions/queries. The apartment was cleaned almost every day and we had a supply of bottled water for our 2 week stay and just had to ask if we needed more and it was swiftly delivered. The walk into town is about 15 minutes which we enjoyed each time. We cooked in the apartment a few times, having an extra pan would have been useful but it was manageable. Lovely quiet outdoor space or table and chairs and hammocks. We arranged our airport transfers through Gecko and all went smoothly.

Beagle single/double room

ShuzhenRating, 5 stars4 weeks ago
This is our second time staying with Pamela because we really liked her place and also needed the flexibility to do our own laundry with the dryer. There is also a water dispenser for you to refill bottles which was a great perk. Bathroom is amazing, strong shower, hot and cold water. Cold AC that is great on the hot afternoons. Location is a bit further out of the main downtown area and a little hard to communicate to taxi drivers. However Pamela gave recs on her trusted taxi drivers who can help with pick up but at a higher price ($5 vs $2). By this second stay, we also found that we love walking downtown from her place (30 min walk down av Baltra) which will bring you to all the local shops. We saved up money on taxi this way!
A single bed is dressed in a vibrant blue quilt, complemented by an orange pillow, while a decorative arrangement of towels and fresh flowers is placed on top. A wooden nightstand is positioned adjacent to the bed, adding a functional touch.

Diver's Den

The stay was great and chilled. Not a lot of interactions or communication with the host but he was responsive when needed. It would be good to consider having a weekly tidy up and cleaning of the room for long staying guests.

KellyRating, 5 stars16 months ago
My stay with David was very pleasant, he was always willing to help us and was very accommodating. The place had everything we needed and is a little far from downtown but easily reached by bus or taxi sharing. The place is very safe and very good place in price and quality ratio

This is a great find! although there were renovations, the host was very accommodating to work around it. Veronica and Javier absolutely made this AirBnB one of the best I've ever stayed in! William was a recommended driver direct from the host and he was also worth his weight in gold! Bikes were provided along with helmets and the Port is within 10 minutes walking. I loved everything about our stay and we will definitely return!

Enrique Veronica and Javier were excellent host during our stay for the week. Not only did we have breakfast every morning exactly when we asked there was a variety of different items that were served. Additionally, Veronica helped out immensely with tours and even getting our laundry done. We would highly recommend this location and in future trips we will stay again. Thank you, Veronica and Javier.
