House vacation rentals in Santa Cruz Island

Very good location. The accommodation is next to pharmacies, bakery, supermarkets. The pool is nice. The house is excellently equipped both for living and for going out with diving gear. Each bedroom is spacious and has its own bathroom. The kitchen has plenty of dishes to cook in. Barbara is very nice and responsive to our requests and needs. We recommend this place to stay for families or groups of friends.

Charles and Ximena were great hosts. They went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. Galapagos Cottages is an excellent location clos e to Tortuga Bay. Also, the coffee, milk be beer in the frigde was perfect.

Ximena and Charles were really great hosts. It was our first time visiting the Galapagos and they really made us feel welcomed. They organized everything we needed from the moment we arrived at the airport, helped us book tours, find restaurants, etc. The cottages are well stocked with breakfast, drinks and fresh fruit. It was really an excellent stay. We would happily stay here again.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful time at Janet and Juan Carlos’ place. The location was ideal - stone’s throw from some of the best restaurants on the island and an easy water taxi ride away from the town side of Puerto Ayora. Juan Carlos was in and out in a separate house on the property and very responsive to any questions we had. We were out most of the time on various day trips but it was a great place to come back to, unwind and enjoy the pool. Our thanks to both Janet and Juan Carlos for being terrific and welcoming hosts!

BOOK IT!!!! The Dock House exceeded our expectations! The home was spacious and spotless - exactly as listed. The private courtyard made use feel even more at home. Our ability to use the beautiful pool, have a delicious breakfast, and ride the bikes provided only added to the amazing stay! The home was fully stocked - outdoor shower for our sandy days, cups/plates, filtered water, towels, etc. The location was perfect - on the pier and within walking distance to beaches, restaurants, clubs, markets, etc. The staff we encountered were friendly and extremely accommodating - providing recommendations to enhance our experience. We highly recommend the Dock House as it was PERFECT! We hope to return one day! Thank you to everyone who made our stay GREAT!!!

Amazing ambiance and excellent service. Only complaint is partially my fault, but some direction on airport logistics prior to arrival would have made trip more enjoyable, I was unable to make it to destination upon arrival because ferries were closed, and come to realize this massive inconvenience could have been avoided by knowledgeable communication, most visitors are not locals!! it's not OK to assume visitors know these logistics. Staff was amazing and particularly Lorana was absolutely amazing and made our trip 5 star she cooked delicious meals at really reasonable prices. Thank You Lorana!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at this beautiful appartement. The family is very friendly and helpful! The location is really good, the kitchen has everything you need and they do laundry as well. They also recommended us Larry, a cousin of the family, from „Galapagos Dreams“ travel agency, with whom we booked all our tours and it was excellent! Thank you very much for having us!

We had a comfortable stay at the apartment. Daniella & her Mother were very kind & helpful. The property is four separate bedrooms (each with ensuite shower room) shared kitchen/dining/living area.

Beautiful house in the heart of nature. Full of wood, you feel like in the forest. Very clean and very well equipped - a dream home. It is not in the center of city, but easy reachable and the view from the terrace is worth the journey. You would like to buy it and stay there forever:) and the owners are just amazing:) A beautiful house in the heart of nature, smelling of wood. Very reasponsive... good location... Good price. Highly Recommended!

Patricia had been very friendly and helpful from the beginning. She allowed us to store our luggage at her office since we arrived much earlier than the check-in time. The place is very spacious for our family of four and is well equipped. The only small drawback is that the location is about 20 mins by walk from the town center, which is quite a challenge when traveling with kids in the hot season heat.

Great stay, definitely recommend. Everything was per description. Tatjana & Dustin were super friendly communicative and responsive. We had a minor issue with the AC and it was resolved promptly. Also gotta say that Tatjana and Dustin were very flexible they allowed us a couple of extra hours for check out as our transportation was later in the day. Nothing but thankful for this beautiful place and people.

Aldair's place is nice, close to "downtown" and comfy, just as the photos show. Aldair and his parents make sure guests are very well looked after and surely can be well recommended, it's a pretty good option when in Santa Cruz!

Location is amazing, on the main street with local food and close to the sea, 8mins by walking. House is too big for one person, and the rent price is amazing. You can cook here, Or Just go downstairs there are many restaurants.

I had the most amazing stay at Joseline's house on Santa Cruz island! Her house is beautiful and well designed. You can tell she puts a lot of thought into the space and the decor. The house is an easy 10 minute taxi ride to town and I appreciated the peace and tranquility of Joseline's place compared to the hustle and bustle of the town. The house is a bit higher altitude than town which helped keep the temperature a few degrees cooler. The beds were very comfortable and we had everything we needed for cooking some meals. Her house is a great base for exploring the island! Make sure to check out the nearby ranches where you can see the giant tortoises and don't miss Tortuga Bay and Las Grietas for cooling off! I can't wait to return to Galapagos and I will definitely stay at Joseline's again!

If you are thinking of going to Santa Cruz and being a little away from the center. It's the one. Manuel, his wife and children welcomed us very well and were attentive every day that our stay is beautiful. They also told us a recommendation and how to get around, the taxi prices and everything so that they do not charge us more. It is by bus about 10 minutes from downtown and easy access both by bus, taxi, there are shops and food venues nearby, as well as the love tunnels that can be walked quietly. Thank you to the hosts for their attention with us.

A cozy and familiar place, easily accessible as the listing description, the host a very friendly person, recommended tour agencies and solved all my questions... recommended 100% would come back again!
