It was a very nice experience to stay at Orlando's AirB&B. Orlando was very fast to respond to our questions. In addition, the security persons at the gate were very friendly. The lady in charge of the cleaning and managing the place for Orlando was very friendly and accommodating. The house was very clean!! Highly recommend this AirB&B to others!.

Condominio muy bonito, hermosa casa y cómoda para familias de hasta 8 personas, la Sra Toti (coanfitriona) es súper atenta de excelente carácter y muy honrada, estuvimos hospedados durante Navidad dejamos un sobre con dinero ( regalo de mi hija) la Sra Toti se encargó en que tengamos el dinero de vuelta.

Excelente lugar! El departamento se veía pequeño pero fue muy acogedor, tenía todo lo necesario, muy limpio, las camas muy cómodas al igual que el sofá cama. El espacio de la churrasquera ideal. Sin pedirlo Jorge nos ofreció cambiar de fecha si queríamos debido a las lluvias pero decidimos quedarnos, y al día siguiente que nos tocaba irnos nos ofreció poder quedarnos más tiempo. El "mar" muy lindo también y todos los espacios que habían, muy tranquilo, sin duda volveremos! 10/10

This was one of the best Airbnb stays I’ve had in the past 14 years. The apartment is spacious, full of natural light, and thoughtfully designed with high-end finishes. The building amenities—pool, gym, and a cozy common area for watching movies—were a great bonus. The location is ideal: very walkable with plenty of great restaurants, cafes, and a couple of grocery stores just a short walk away. I’d absolutely recommend this place to anyone visiting Santa Cruz, and I’ll definitely be staying here again on my next trip.

The place was very clean, with many extra items to make a stay comfortable, iron and board, washer/dryer, first aid kit, extra blankets, 2 types of bed pillows… The building was extremely clean also and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The shared area on the roof is well maintained and very comfortable . The location was a short walk to very nice shopping and restaurants . We walked at night and felt safe. Our host was excellent. She answered any question we had, and reached out with extra information.

We stayed for over a month. Mirka is an amazing host and the apartment is modern and clean, just like the photos. The studio is not big but cozy and well equipped, with a fully functional kitchen, washer-dryer, and great internet. Since we needed to work, the small desk and high table with comfortable bar chairs were helpful – the bar chairs were actually more comfortable than the desk (which is quite small). The location is great, with many restaurants around and reliable food delivery. The only thing that bothered us was the noise: two construction sites, renovations in another apartment, and loud music from a dance school across the street in the afternoons... It wasn’t constant or always loud, and it was always quiet at night, so it’s great for someone who doesn't spend all days inside. Mirka was really attentive, but of course it’s out of her hands. Hopefully the noise situation improves soon! Everything else was just perfect!

The studio is nice and has everything you need for a short stay in Santa Cruz. The location is good and the communication with Emilio is very good. The flexible check-in was very accommodating and helpful.

We only stayed for one night, but would definitely stay again. Felt homey. There were even a few toys for the kids. And a full size electric coffee maker!

Fue excelente mi estadía. El apartamento muy bien, en un 1er piso, facil de acceso y la zona perfecta para conocer el casco histórico de Santa Cruz de la Sierra y otros atractivos. Transporte excelente para toda la ciudad y el aeropuerto. Todo perfecto!!! Gracias Rosa !!!
