Monthly Rentals in Santa Cruz

First time doing a midterm stay with airbnb—three months total—and Carmen’s property was the perfect place to stay for that time! I really felt comfortable and at home. The place is kept very clean, it’s nearby downtown santa cruz so there’s a lot of things to do and eat, and Carmen was very easy to communicate and very welcoming—she even invited me to an Easter bbq. If I needed to stay in Santa Cruz again I would definitely want to stay at this cozy casita listing.

I stayed here for a month on a work trip and had a great experience. The place was super clean, cozy, and had everything I needed to feel at home. The WiFi was fast and reliable, which made working remotely really easy. It’s in a great location, just a 4-minute walk to the beach and a quick drive to Henry Cowell Redwoods, Pleasure Point, and lots of great restaurants and beaches. Lori was very friendly, responsive, and her instructions were super clear. Would definitely stay here again!

I had a great stay for a week of overnight work. The hosts were so nice! Gave me tips on places to go and even put an extra black out sheet on the door to accommodate my sleeping during the day. Had everything you need! Cute decorations. Comfy bed. I would stay here again absolutely

The Hideout is a sweet little apartment on the West Side near all the best that Santa Cruz has to offer, from the Swift St. craft markets, restaurants, breweries and wineries, to Natural Bridges and Wilder Ranch state parks, to the UCSC campus. Daniel and Michelle have thought of and provided absolutely everything that a guest could want for a perfect stay. They strike a wonderful balance between welcoming hospitality and plenty of space/privacy, while being super responsive to questions that may come up. Being locals, they know all about the neighborhood and other Santa Cruz experiences. The landscaped large patio is a haven of relaxation for morning coffee watching the hummingbirds and butterflies enjoying the flowers. The bed is so comfortable, the apartment can be fully temperature controlled, and the nights are quiet in this peaceful neighborhood. The apartment was the cleanest Airbnb I've ever stayed at--spotless! Daniel and Michelle are the best! I could not have been happier!
