Accommodations in Santa Catalina

This place is just spectacular! The view, the whole property, the pool area, the cleanness, WiFi, just all is in a great condition and you gotta like it to the fullest. A big thank you to Elodie and Phillip for being very attentive and easy to reach. Communication was very easy and supportive. If you look for serenity and a calm place to enjoy nature this is your place! ☺️ I only can recommend this accommodation and would choose this instantly again if around.

We (a family of 4) had a wonderful time here. We enjoyed the house and the surrounding area. There was so much available within a short walk from the beach to nature walks and waterfalls, to Restaurants. Mauricio’s information pack was very helpful and detailed. Those house itself was as photographed but better. We had everything we needed and more. Thank you to Mauricio for giving us a space to wind down from city life.

We had a great time . Bob and Patricia were very gracious hosts. We were able to enjoy a lot of walks on the beach, through town, and along the river. I would recommend it to anyone wanting go off the beaten path and really get a feel for local Panamá. Would also recommend 4wheel drive vehicle as roads are easier with it. Only challenge we had was the same as other Panamanians which are electricity outages and minor waterflow issues. We met lots of beautiful people and enjoyed great conversations. We plan to spend a couple days in Torio the next time we travel to Panama for a longer trip.

Katie and Scot were terrific hosts. As I was travelling solo it was nice to know they were close by if I needed anything - a delicious meal or even a lift into town. As it was my first time in Torio it was fantastic to have such a wealth of local knowledge available to me too. Thanks for a lovely time you two!!

We stayed a week at Meribeth and Luis's beautiful and newly built house. They are super responsive hosts and we had an amazing time. The house and property are stunning 😍 and the pictures don't do justice to the beautiful ocean view..beautiful sunset right on your large back terrasse. Everything works really well in the house, from AC all around, to washing and drying laundry machines which you'll appreciate if like, me you enjoy traveling light). The beds were very comfortable and both bathrooms have hot water. Generous amount of linen, including beach towels and fully equipped kitchen. No bugs in the house; it's a new construction and the window meshes are very well done. No mosquito bites for the 3 of us during our week long stay ( we travel a lot and that's a first for us)! Walkable to beach and restaurants near by. Traveled with hubby and 6 year old son, and felt very safe. Highly recommend❤️we will surely be back👌🏻

A beautiful tiny home with a quiet surroundings. Very close to the beach. The house was clean and tidy.

Didier and his family's place is a dream come true for a relaxing vacation! After several weeks on the road, we were able to relax and unwind here. The accommodation is really equipped with everything you need and if not Didier and Alexandra are always available and help immediately. We bought all groceries before arrival so as not to leave again by car, although this would have been possible too (20-25 minutes to the nearest supermarket). The tap water is spring water and can be drunk great - even from children. The beach is a few minutes' walk and beautiful. It is mostly deserted and on the right side there are small natural pools for children. There is even a small hotel with coffee on the beach where there are only drinks. On the premises there is another holiday home for more guests, which has a fantastic view. Going by

Santa Catalina Cabins was a great stay. Its location between the beach and town make it an easy distance to both. Juan and his staff are friendly and have done a great job building this nice business.
