We absolutely loved our stay! The place was clean, cozy, and the bed was super comfortable. The neighborhood is beautiful and peaceful, and the location couldn’t be better—walking distance to a market and plenty of stores. We did have a small issue at check-in, but Farah responded right away and made sure everything was resolved quickly. She was very attentive and helpful throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend this place and are already looking forward to coming back!

I stayed at Adrien’s place for 2 weeks for a work trip and it was perfect for my stay. Super homely and cosy, with a well equipped full kitchen, a super comfortable bed and large bathroom. The outside deck was a lovely extension of the space when it was warm enough to be outside too! Highly recommend to anyone looking to stay in this area.

Wonderful location within walking distance to shops, restaurants, a library, a playground, and beach. We loved heading out on foot to grab coffee and walk to the ocean, or to the beach along the canal which was so close and uncrowded. Great shower, washer and dryer in the unit, kind and responsive hosts. The window a/c units in each bedroom provided nice climate control. We were very comfortable and would’ve liked to have stayed longer. There is some road noise at night from the close proximity to 2nd street, and cars must be moved on Thursday/Friday due to street sweeping, but I was able to find parking a few blocks away on 2nd St, so I would suggest doing that rather than looking in the neighborhoods.

The ambiance is both luxurious and inviting, offering the perfect blend of history and modern convenience. Waking up to the stunning surroundings felt like stepping into a fairytale, and every moment spent here was an absolute delight. James’ home is more than just a place to stay—it’s an experience, a retreat, and a privilege. We are already looking forward to returning and cannot recommend it highly enough! Beds are super comfortable.

Improvements made to home we stayed at before. Ranch house had everything we needed plus air fryer, rice cooker, electric tea kettle in the kitchen. Roomy living room. 4 good size bedrooms.

Great host, not only is Matt’s place amazing, but he is a top notch host! Truly cares about his guests and quick response times! The house was incredible kitchen had all supplies so I was able to cook without missing anything! The fire pit and BBQ on front patio allowed for amazing memories! The rooftop patio, perfect for the morning sun! Walkable to Main Street and the beach! We never had to drive anywhere! Will definitely be staying here again!

Exactly as described and Elise is an absolute gem - so nice. Small, comfortable, clean space that has everything someone needs for a safe, convenient stay. Bonus to have carport right outside your tiny home door. Extremely quiet except for the occasional sounds of a local peacock - ha! Would not hesitate to stay again!

I loved everything about this stay. The owners were on top of every detail and responded within 10 minutes or less to every inquiry or clarification I sent them. Seemed very nice. If I had to nitpick, I'd ask for some spare bedding in a closet somewhere in case you had a guest take one of the pullout sleeping options. But that's nothing to hurt their rating for. Ultimately, we will be back, and more than happy to leave a high rating!

I had the most amazing time staying here for my birthday with my closest loved ones. The location is absolutely perfect—just a short walk to Newport Beach, with so many charming cafes and great restaurants nearby. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The space has such a peaceful, comforting energy, perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The neighbors were also incredibly friendly, which made the experience even more special. If you’re looking for a serene getaway close to the beach, this is the place!

Great stay - impeccably clean, convenient setup, walkable to Americana and restaurants (Regent coffee is amazing!), and I couldn't resist using the facilities - the deck and the gym. The host is very responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended!

We absolutely loved our stay here, the view is beautiful and the place was extremely clean. Parking was great and it was private.

it was the perfect day for a trip to Long beach. it had a great location easily walkable to a lot of great food places and the historic pine venue. the only thing I will mention is if you have multiple people in your party the couch pull out bed is a little uncomfortable so definitely have the children sleep on that lol. other than that it was the absolute perfect stay and exceeded our expectations.

The home is very well sorted. You can tell it’s managed by someone who thinks of everything a guest may need and more. We loved the proximity to the beach and the EV charging outlet in the garage. Brenda is very responsive and on top of things.
