The place is very nice and near to the city downtown and all what you need around you, but , ot is very noisy because of it directly on the Main Street and the entrance slightly dangerous as it directly on the Main Street if you have kids, many homeless around the area, but we enjoyed our stay there and very near to the highway and all the are, Disneyland is very near, Mike and his team was very friendly , helpful and cooperative

The little space was just right. It was the most functional. Near target and Albertsons. It was great. Fit four people perfectly. Near the interstate but far enough away that it was quiet. Beds were comfortable and the linens were fresh. Not part of the review but the phone service for Verizon wasn’t very good and the back up internet wasn’t good as well. Host was attentive to our needs.

Great location. 10 minute drive to Disney, walking distance to other attractions. Very clean. The only downside was no bathtubs in the unit and we had two toddlers terrified of showers. The building and common areas were inviting and clean. Great stay overall!

We had a great stay! The house is very spacious and had all the basics we needed. I loved having enough room and closet space to totally unpack my clothes! It was wonderful to be walking distance to the beach as well as shops and restaurants, and just a short drive away from Downtown. I appreciated that there were also kid-friendly touches like plastic cups and plates, and our seven year old daughter loved the pool.

We had a wonderful stay at Yan’s place! The hosts were very responsive and proactively reached out to let us know we can reach out anytime. The house is about 8-10 minutes away from Disneyland, which was very convenient for us. The yard was a nice size, which was great since we brought our two pups. Our kids loved the two themed rooms!! Overall a lovely stay and would definitely recommend if you have a larger family or going to Disneyland!

Great place to stay. Myra and Morgan were quick and responsive to all of our requests. Helped us with an early check in as well as extended our stay. The place is very nicely appointed. They have a great outdoor kitchen and dining area. We truly enjoyed the property. You will not be disappointed!

We had a wonderful stay with our family in Kareen's home. It was the perfect place for us and our adult children to hang out, enjoy meals, relax in the garden, and sleep peacefully in the quiet neighborhood. Close to Los Feliz, Silver Lake stores, and with gorgeous sunset views over the hills and views of Griffith Observatory, it was a great place to unwind and relax. Everything is just as it looks in the photos, with spacious rooms, plenty of seating, and a beautiful tiered garden in the back. The artwork and plants made the space feel like a home away from home — very comfortable and welcoming. We loved meeting Yortoise, though he was more interested in the watermelon than in us! From the very beginning Kareen was super responsive, answering questions quickly and making sure we could check in easily. The garage was super handy so we didn't have to even think about parking. I would recommend this beautiful spot if you're in LA and we would definitely return. Thanks, Kareen!

We had such a lovely stay at this hidden gem! From the moment we arrived, everything was exactly as described—clear instructions made check-in a breeze, and the back alley entrance gave the place a unique, tucked-away feel that we really enjoyed. The hosts were thoughtful and detailed in their communication, which we truly appreciated. The space itself was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially loved the little touches, like the bamboo by the gate and how easy the parking situation was (a big plus in LA!). The WiFi was solid, and we felt very safe and well taken care of. We have stayed with Vera several times and it's always a wonderful stay. Vera is a great host, very flexible, responds quickly, and knowledgeable of the area. Her home is super clean, comfortable, and centerally located near restaurants and shopping areas. We enjoy our stay everytime!

This house is a work of art! The view from the front windows is spectacular and the architecture and design of this home are top notch! I kept expecting the parking to be rough but I always managed to find a spot out front. The stairs heading up to the house are steep and challenging to climb with full hands but not terrible. The doors are heavy and muffle any sounds. Tons of open space, storage spots, a well-stocked kitchen and tons of supplies. There are no window coverings in the living room and master bedroom exterior door so it’s very bright in the morning and fishbowl-y at night. The downstairs beds were very comfortable but the master bed was a bit saggy on one side so we slept in the downstairs beds. The TV room wasn’t very comfortable and I would’ve liked another TV in the living room. The surrounding neighborhood seemed sketchy but the actual street was lovely, quiet and calm. Great outdoor space for dogs, maybe not great for little kids. Would definitely return!
