Beautiful and spacious apartment with amazing location. Nice kitchen living and dining space. Nice bathrooms and master bedroom. Two other bedrooms are small.

Fantastic accommodation in Barcelona. Arguably, the best view across the city! Spotless, tidy, and incredibly comfortable.

Firstly, really decent stay here and great location. Easy walk to Sagrada Família and 30 seconds to the metro stop. Hosts were very responsive and helpful. Apart was clean (and smelt good), however the floors were a little dirty (needs a vacuum and clean). Overall, very happy with the stay and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

Great stay for a family trip. I had some seniors and children, and the 4br 2 bath apartment was a perfect option for us. Apartment photos looked accurate. Reception was responsive. There is also the ability to leave luggage in the reception or storage area. Location is close to train station, theres a convenience store nearby, and lots of restaurants around the immediate vicinity. Would stay again.

Very traditional feeling apartment with a lovely sun terrace. The apartment was as described and very clean with attentive and friendly hosts. Just a short walk from Las Ramblas and the marina, with a fabulous market a few minutes stroll away.

The best place that we have ever stayed in, in Barcelona and certainly one that we would love to come back to again! I was honestly taken back by the level of cleanliness throughout the apartment. I really appreciated and valued the care and attention to detail which was provided by the hosts- from beautiful and great quality coffee pods and tea, to the wonderful hygiene products which we happily used. Juana and Miguel were dream hosts which made themselves available to us if ever we needed them and made us feel right at home from the moment we came in! The apartment location cannot be better even if you tried as it is in the very heart of it all and the rooftop balcony was for us the cherry on top of the sunday.. a dream to enjoy the sunset or early morning tea! This apartment was a blessing for our family and all I can say is a big THANK YOU to Juana & Miguel for letting us into their homes. The place exactly the same as photos. A bit far from city center, but there is a lot restaurant,supermarket (lidl and local),beauty and nail salon,barbershop,tattoo parlor so you wouldn’t be stranded no where. So far we have both felt secure and worry some with the security people, since it felt like we’re not welcome into the building. Alex is fast responding and although he didn’t speak english, we communicate through google translation and it worked just fine. Recommended for couple and not so much for family with kid (s) since there is only 1 bedroom and your kid will be sleeping at sofa.

We had a great stay at the apartment. Check-in was quick and easy, and everything was very clean and comfortable. The only small suggestion from my wife would be to add a mirror. Otherwise, everything was perfect

Apartment in a perfectly restored historic building, both the exterior facade and the interior. Brand new furniture. Bed with topper. Also very comfortable sofa bed. Exceptional cleanliness throughout the house. No keys, but automatic locks with keypad or digital button. Very kind staff and always ready to respond to our requests. Highly recommended. When we return to Barcelona it will definitely be with Aspasios
