Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Sant Martí

We had a great stay in Casa A. From the airport bus you can quickly walk to the apartment, it is very nicely decorated and there is everything you need. We also enjoyed the recommendations for gastronomy in the neighborhood. The double beds are not particularly wide, but very comfortable. For the charm of the old building, you have to expect some noise level at night from the street. The hosts are super friendly & always reachable. We will be back! :)

Great stay in Barcelona. After several visits, still a fan of this city. The place is in a great location. The accommodation is perfect, everything is 'original' in the accommodation, it was impeccable everywhere and we felt right at home. Hosting by Sergio was great.

Wow! What a cosy place. Felt so at home, the level of attention to detail was incredible. You can tell the place was made with love. If being central is important to you then the location is great. Bravo, great spot.

The apartment is very spacious, well maintained and the location suited us very well (close to the beach, just outside the center, yet very good connections by metro or bus or on foot to the sights). We were very comfortable!

This apartment is managed by professionals, nothing is left to chance, from the service of dishes and full cutlery to the cleaning kit. Perfectly clean. As noted in other reviews, the terrace furniture is arranged differently from the photos, however the terrace is very useful for outdoor dining or sunbathing. Highly recommended.

Mireia was very helpful and generous in assisting our stay, from check-in to departure. The apartment's location, in Barcelona's Gracia neighborhood, is lively and diverse, but not overly tourist-centered. Walking to a number of locations--Gaudi buildings and the Block of Discord; Placa Catalunya and Barri Gotic; and a variety of restaurants and cultural attractions. The apartment was very comfortable and attractive. We would stay there again.

The accommodation is very comfortable, it has the subway right below and there are many services in the area. Our host was very kind, she responded immediately, we loved the experience.

Comfortable for a short term stay. Very helpful and friendly Host. The metro down the street is a few stops from many attractions the city has to offer. Felt safe in neighborhood.

Great location in a cool neighborhood (Gracia), but the actual apartment was in a quiet courtyard. Very spacious with 2 full bedrooms and another twin bed and couch bed. Would recommend!

Perfect location close to main attractions but at the same time in a very quiet place. We felt at home. Great space with comfortable mattresses, blinders would leave the room extremely dark, good communal space for meals, and Ezequiel was super attentive and offered lots of recommendations for our time in the city. Definitely recommend!
