Beautiful and spacious apartment with amazing location. Nice kitchen living and dining space. Nice bathrooms and master bedroom. Two other bedrooms are small.

Beautiful waterfront apartment. We liked the design of the apartment. We were out of season, so no swimming, but indeed the access to the sea is reserved exclusively for the inhabitants of the building. Outside parking is a plus. We recommend it!

Nice location with walking distance to a lot! Lovely with roof terrace. Was picked up by minibus at the airport. Easy! Recommended.

My family and I (total of six) had a great time in Barcelona. What is advertised in the picture is what you are getting. The roof top access was great additional space to hang out after a long day of exploring. The place is clean and host are great with communication before and during your stay. The apartment is located in a great location, two blocks from La Rambla. There are several restaurants downstairs that have great food and don't need to go far to find a meal. Definitely recommend staying at this apartment and will use again when we return.

The best place that we have ever stayed in, in Barcelona and certainly one that we would love to come back to again! I was honestly taken back by the level of cleanliness throughout the apartment. I really appreciated and valued the care and attention to detail which was provided by the hosts- from beautiful and great quality coffee pods and tea, to the wonderful hygiene products which we happily used. Juana and Miguel were dream hosts which made themselves available to us if ever we needed them and made us feel right at home from the moment we came in! The apartment location cannot be better even if you tried as it is in the very heart of it all and the rooftop balcony was for us the cherry on top of the sunday.. a dream to enjoy the sunset or early morning tea! This apartment was a blessing for our family and all I can say is a big THANK YOU to Juana & Miguel for letting us into their homes. We are forever grateful and fortunate to have found you ❤️ Valentina & Igor

The place exactly the same as photos. A bit far from city center, but there is a lot restaurant,supermarket (lidl and local),beauty and nail salon,barbershop,tattoo parlor so you wouldn’t be stranded no where. So far we have both felt secure and worry some with the security people, since it felt like we’re not welcome into the building. Alex is fast responding and although he didn’t speak english, we communicate through google translation and it worked just fine. Recommended for couple and not so much for family with kid (s) since there is only 1 bedroom and your kid will be sleeping at sofa.

We very much like the space itself, which fully matched the description. Ease and flexibility in chek in. The fact that they have room for us to leave luggage, before check-in and after checkout is an advantage.

It is the second time we have used the services of Aspasios and again we liked it well. The accommodation is always super clean and equipped with every comfort. This time in Barcelona was extremely good, also because of its location. The public transport connections are very close. Various good restaurants for both breakfast and dinner are in the immediate vicinity within walking distance and are very good. The apartment is very well equipped with all kinds of luxury. Even a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. The beds are comfortable and there is an air conditioning that doesn't make a noise at night, lovely! Our apartment had a nice balcony that faces the market. Very nice, recommended!
