COMFORT ROOMS have been completely refurbished with a modern and elegant taste. They are fully-equipped with all conveniences needed to be functional. We have avoided the use of fitted carpet for maximum higiene and chosen wood floorings instead. Priority was given to good lighting and a comfortable bed. They feature a kitchenette and a small fridge that allows you to cook and so be self-sufficient. Their capacity is 2 adults and in some of them it is possible to add an extra bed for a child/adult or a cot under request. The bathroom is not very large but it’s complete. The total size of the room is about 20 square meters.

Two-Bedroom Apartment with Terrace (Adults Only)

This cozy 45 m² apartment, including a 13 m² private terrace, offers two bedrooms with single beds, one shared bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen. Ideal for friends or siblings traveling together. Guests can join Spanish or Catalan classes and enjoy community activities. Renovated in December 2025 to remove loft ladders for improved comfort. This package rate includes enrollment in our Spanish or Catalan courses in our on-site academy. Great location in Barcelona's beachfront district.

Superior Studio with Private Access to the SPA

Superior studio with all the amenities and services. You have access to the private SPA. Once the reservation is confirmed, we provide you with the link to book the time. The space is closed for you only, something very exclusive and unusual in the area. It's one hour per night. In the studio, you have a fully equipped kitchen with basic cooking utensils, a very large bathroom, and plenty of closets to store your clothes. We provide you with a bathrobe and sandals to access the SPA.

Overlooking the mountain, the Country House Nogal in Tella impresses guests with its fantastic views. The 100 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV as well as a washing machine. This vacation rental features a private balcony for unwinding and enjoying the evening. A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.

The Charo Suite: apartment with large terrace

  Our "Charo Suite", located on the third floor, opens up onto a large sun terrace. It has a double bedroom, private bathroom, a fully-equipped kitchenette (sink, cupbourds, microwave, ceramic hob, fridge, coffee-maker. cutlery, crockery, kitchen utensils, toaster), and a living/dining room. The living room has a sofa bed, TV, table and chairs. On the large sun terrace are awnings, table and chairs, sun-loungers and it even has its own washing machine.

El Cargol is in the old town of l'Escala, just 150 meters from the beach “Platja de les Barques”, and close to the small coves in the town. It has a bathroom and a kitchenette fully equipped and two single beds.

The apartment is located 150 meters from the train station. Free public parking is available 200 meters from the accommodation. The apartments are just 30 meters from the beach and 150 meters from the train station. You have a living-dining room with an open kitchen, two balconies, a double bedroom with two single beds, and a full bathroom. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people and satellite TV.
