It has a laundry room and an attic used as a study room, library, gym, and with access to a sunny terrace. There are two private spaces on the property that are closed for personal storage. The necessary bedrooms are left open and prepared according to the guests who book the house. We are not in the house during the stay, but we like to be in touch for any questions and we are available to help if necessary. The house is located in the old town next to the Plaza Mayor. The street is very quiet, central, with trees and a 10-minute walk from the lake. Banyoles, in case you don't know it, is a quiet town surrounded by a unique natural environment for recreational and sports activities with cultural/historical interest. On the way to the Pyrenees and the sea of the Costa Brava. The neighborhood itself has all kinds of shops, bars, restaurants, supermarkets... This apartment has light, is practical and has everything you need to not miss your house. Yes we have terrace (and yes you will want to use it). It's the perfect spot to eat out without having to look for a table in a restaurant or to sunbathe without anyone asking you to step in. If the day has been intense touring the city, this is the place where you can officially disconnect and remember that you are on vacation. Use it at your own risk - you may find it hard to get back out on the street. This apartment is designed for four people to coexist without getting hindered. You have two private bedrooms: the main one with a double bed and a second with a small double bed. There is also a sofa bed in the living room, in case you prefer to have more options when deciding who sleeps where. We have equipped the kitchen with everything you need to prepare something at home when the body asks for a truce. No need to fill the suitcase with shampoo, soap, towels, dryer or iron; here you will find everything. If you come with children or babies, let us know in time; if we have availability, we leave you a crib or a high chair so you don't have to carry the house on your back. Honestly, we don't think that with everything to see in Barcelona you need, but you have TV in case one night you decide that the best plan is just to stay and watch a movie. The apartment is yours while you are here so feel free to use everything you find. We want you to enjoy the apartment, but also take care of it as if it were your own (or better if it can be).
