Vacation rentals with a balcony in Sant Martí

We were very pleased with Laura’s apartment! It was perfect for our family of 3, who were exploring Barcelona for the first time. The location was fantastic, and we were able to spend a lot of our days exploring Barcelona’s main attractions on foot. The check-in process was very easy, and Laura was always accessible if we had any questions. We didn’t have to reach out to her, however, as her directions and check-in process were extremely clear. We really appreciated the in-depth information package she provided regarding the appliances, security system, etc, and all of the wonderful things to do and see in Barcelona. The apartment was very clean, nicely organized and had everything we needed for our 7-day stay. We would highly recommend staying at Laura’s apartment.

We had a great time in Lali & Luis's apartment! The location was great and it was located in a very safe neighbourhood. The apartment was exactly as described and pictured. The beds were extremely comfy and the showers were great. Would definitely recommend!

This place was amazing... a fantastic home for us for our short stay in Barcelona ..Phil & Fiona are very hospitable.. Very easy to communicate and clear check in. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Perfect for families with small kids as the provide a cot and a high chair as well. Highly recommend this place 👌

The most welcoming and exceptional experience with Roberto! Roberto was always responsive and beyond helpful, even assisting us after hours to locate a dentist for an urgent matter. We are so thankful for his kindness and for taking the time to get to know us. The apartment was located in the most picturesque part of the city, walkable to restaurants, shops, and the most majestic architectural structures by Gaudi. We truly felt at home both in the city and the apartment which was beyond exceptional and truly even more beautiful than the photos, if that’s even possible. We had all the amenities, and the beautiful bedrooms and bathrooms provided great storage space. We couldn’t be more thankful for having the opportunity to stay here and can’t wait to go back!

Great apartment in a great location in Barcelona! Conveniently located near metro station and in walking distance to many POI, such as Park Guell, Sagrada Familia, and the Cathedral. Communication with Simona was excellent and check-in with the rep was good - accommodating when our plans changed, friendly, and timely. Without hesitation, the rep even carried one of our suitcases up the narrow stairs for us at check-in. The apartment was perfect for our family’s needs and for our five-night stay in Barcelona. The apartment was clean, spacious, and historically charming. We enjoyed relaxing in the space at the end of the day, playing cards and snacking on items purchased from a nearby market. The in-apartment washer and dryer was a great amenity used during our stay. The beds were comfortable and though you could hear people carrying on as they walked home late each night, it did not impact our ability to fall asleep completely and comfortably. We loved our stay at Simona’s apartment!

We absolutely love this beautiful place! We will stay every time we return to Barcelona if available. Perfectly located in a walkable place with lots to do, yet very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, hot water, tv, living room, balconies, windows, washer and dryer, iron and board, beds and pillows - all 5 stars plus. Fabulous place!!!

We like the neighbourhood, quiet yet has many places to explore. Rosaura is very friendly and her place is cute.

everything is perfect

We loved staying at Casa Rovira, it was wonderful to have so much space for our two families and kids to relax and explore after going into Barcelona each day to watch the America's Cup racing. Thank you!

The apartment was so comfy, looked exactly like the photos clean and cozy, the location was perfect, in the Heart of the town and Laia was an amazing host, very attentive and responsive. I will stay again here.

Great property! Lots more space than the photos in fact, large outside area, big bedrooms and fully stoked kitchen. It is a little isolated so best to have a car or find local taxi companies (Manuel recommeded some). A bit of late night noise from all the dogs in the local area! But the surroundings are so beautiful and close to the cava region!

Great location, pristine apartment.

Looks exactly like pictures. Large apt in good location. While we were there work was being done on the front of the building. There was a large scaffolding on half, with work being done during the day. Lots of hammering and noise with no privacy for the front part of the house. Be sure to check ahead if there is work being done. Very large space, in an excellent location for exploring the city

Host was friendly and helpful. Well equipped, clean, easy access to metro and bus. Great area!!

We spent a few days here with our 2 sons and their partners. We loved everything about the place: the location was outstanding, just a couple blocks away from the Arc del Triomf. Walkable to anything we wanted to do and close to the metro. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The place itself was immaculate. Very roomy for 6 people. Great big kitchen to hang out in. Lovely terrace in the back. All the amenities we needed. Our bedroom was off the kitchen and away from the other 2 bedrooms which was nice. Communication with Antoni was great! Check in and check out were very smooth and we had no issues during our stay. He was very helpful in giving us recommendations for places to eat and things to do, and all responses to inquiries were prompt. Definitely would stay here again!
