Vacation rentals with a balcony in Sant Martí

We were very pleased with Laura’s apartment! It was perfect for our family of 3, who were exploring Barcelona for the first time. The location was fantastic, and we were able to spend a lot of our days exploring Barcelona’s main attractions on foot. The check-in process was very easy, and Laura was always accessible if we had any questions. We didn’t have to reach out to her, however, as her directions and check-in process were extremely clear. We really appreciated the in-depth information package she provided regarding the appliances, security system, etc, and all of the wonderful things to do and see in Barcelona. The apartment was very clean, nicely organized and had everything we needed for our 7-day stay. We would highly recommend staying at Laura’s apartment.

J'ai passé un excellent séjour avec mes enfants chez Eli & Agus. Le logement est très agréable à deux pas de la Sagrada Familia (et avec vue depuis le petit balcon) et non loin du centre de Barcelone. Nous avons fait de nombreuses choses à pieds et avons pris le métro, très proche, pour aller plus loin. Parmi les suggestions à disposition dans l'appartement, je recommande à 200% le restaurant K.Serol à quelques pas... un vrai régal ! Merci pour ce séjour parfait :-)

We had a great time in Lali & Luis's apartment! The location was great and it was located in a very safe neighbourhood. The apartment was exactly as described and pictured. The beds were extremely comfy and the showers were great. Would definitely recommend!

This place was amazing... a fantastic home for us for our short stay in Barcelona ..Phil & Fiona are very hospitable.. Very easy to communicate and clear check in. The apartment was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. Perfect for families with small kids as the provide a cot and a high chair as well. Highly recommend this place 👌

The Apartment was absolutely stunning! Location could be better - in the middle of the main shopping area (high end and boutique), walkable to everything. Roberto was so great and helpful- responded immediately! Would 100% recommend and stay there again! Also, comfy beds/pillows and awesome powerful blow dryers for the ladies!!!!

Great apartment in a great location in Barcelona! Conveniently located near metro station and in walking distance to many POI, such as Park Guell, Sagrada Familia, and the Cathedral. Communication with Simona was excellent and check-in with the rep was good - accommodating when our plans changed, friendly, and timely. Without hesitation, the rep even carried one of our suitcases up the narrow stairs for us at check-in. The apartment was perfect for our family’s needs and for our five-night stay in Barcelona. The apartment was clean, spacious, and historically charming. We enjoyed relaxing in the space at the end of the day, playing cards and snacking on items purchased from a nearby market. The in-apartment washer and dryer was a great amenity used during our stay. The beds were comfortable and though you could hear people carrying on as they walked home late each night, it did not impact our ability to fall asleep completely and comfortably. We loved our stay at Simona’s apartment!

We absolutely love this beautiful place! We will stay every time we return to Barcelona if available. Perfectly located in a walkable place with lots to do, yet very quiet and peaceful. The kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, hot water, tv, living room, balconies, windows, washer and dryer, iron and board, beds and pillows - all 5 stars plus. Fabulous place!!!

We like the neighbourhood, quiet yet has many places to explore. Rosaura is very friendly and her place is cute.

We loved staying at Casa Rovira, it was wonderful to have so much space for our two families and kids to relax and explore after going into Barcelona each day to watch the America's Cup racing. Thank you!

Great property! Lots more space than the photos in fact, large outside area, big bedrooms and fully stoked kitchen. It is a little isolated so best to have a car or find local taxi companies (Manuel recommeded some). A bit of late night noise from all the dogs in the local area! But the surroundings are so beautiful and close to the cava region!

Ana’s place was perfectly described and a perfect fit for the 10 of us who stayed. It’s a beautiful flat and would recommend it to anyone who is going to Barcelona with a large group. It’s not far from all good spots and is a cheap taxi journey to most places

Wir waren zu siebt in Barcelona und alle waren super zufrieden. Es gab eine super freundliche und unkomplizierte Kommunikation. Obwohl wir erst am späten Abend angereist sind und sehr früh unser Rückflug ging, war Check-In und Check-Out kein Problem. Wir haben noch einen super Tipp für ein passendes Lokal in der Nähe bekommen, in welchen wir den Geburtstag unseres Sohns sehr schön feiern konnten. Die Lage ist perfekt, weil vieles gut zu Fuß erreichbar war und Bus und Metro direkt vor der Tür halten. Für uns eine klare 10 von 10 👍

We hebben genoten van ons verblijf. Het appartement was proper en ruim, precies zoals beschreven. Het was rustig en centraal gelegen en er was een metrostation op 20m. Claudio was heel behulpzaam en gaf ons tips voor activiteiten en restaurants. Wij kunnen deze accomodatie zeker aanraden.

We spent a few days here with our 2 sons and their partners. We loved everything about the place: the location was outstanding, just a couple blocks away from the Arc del Triomf. Walkable to anything we wanted to do and close to the metro. Lots of cafes and restaurants nearby. The place itself was immaculate. Very roomy for 6 people. Great big kitchen to hang out in. Lovely terrace in the back. All the amenities we needed. Our bedroom was off the kitchen and away from the other 2 bedrooms which was nice. Communication with Antoni was great! Check in and check out were very smooth and we had no issues during our stay. He was very helpful in giving us recommendations for places to eat and things to do, and all responses to inquiries were prompt. Definitely would stay here again!
