This is a charming old stone house completely renovated in a modern, fresh style, conveniently located in the heart of Mallorca. Less than 30 minutes to the sea. We have a nice garden with wooden pergola, covered terrace, small swimming pool, parking for 2 cars, barbecue and plenty of space to relax and enjoy the mediterranean climate and the sun. The house has a/c all around, heating, fast wifi, fully equipped kitchen, 3 suites with comfy beds and bathroom. Stay tax to be paid on arrival.

A beautiful country house made of stone in a fantastic location in the middle of nature, only 20 minutes from Palma. You will be delighted by this warm and cosy house with its wonderful surroundings and privacy. It is located on a 30 hectare farm. It is a working agricultural farm producing almonds, has vineyards ( the owners in the main house have a small wine cellar where they bottle their own wine), sheep, etc There are meandering paths all around the farm which you can stroll along.

This lovely home is located in the charming neighborhood of El Terreno, within walking distance of Palma City. You'll enjoy privacy and plenty of space with two terraces, two patios, and several relaxing areas. It’s peaceful here, yet just a couple of streets away from the main road, making it easy to walk to the new restaurants, trendy cafes, and bars that are popping up. Lovely house with 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, pool,jacuzzi, air aconditioned, barbaque,heating, wifi, really nice decorated and really good located in the near of the beach and the restaurants , and in Palma , bus stop only 30 meters away. You dont need a car if you dont want to rent one. Really nice restaurants and beaches in the near. We have a room outside the house where you can leave your luggage in case you have an early flight on arrival or a late fight on departure.
