Had a very good time here. Beautiful and clean appartement, fully equiped. The appartement has recently been renovated and now looks even better than on the pictures here. Easy communication with the host and clear instructions on how to reach. 10 mins walk from the beach and restaurants and shops. Definitely recommend this one.

Weekend ULTRA TOP Giovanni incredibile Super disponibile, ci è venuto a prendere in aeroporto, ci ha dato tutte le info necessarie per un soggiorno perfetto, e soprattutto ci ha aiutato a recuperare i pezzi perduti del ‘post-Ibiza’ Appartamento come descritto, con camera, divano letto, balcone e piscina Super location a due metri dal pacha e vicino alla spiaggia talamanca con buoni locali e ristoranti Ovviamente ci ritorneremo Grazie!!

Our trip to Ibiza was a long & long-awaited one, as we're from the US & came for a very special family wedding. From start to finish, Giovanni treated us like royalty & made us feel at home. The Himalayan hacienda was SPECTACULAR: impeccably clean, great amenities (well-equipped kitchen, GREAT air conditioning, fantastic water pressure in the showers), & VERY spacious (there were 5 of us there together). We were instantly comfortable & thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Giovanni himself is a GEM of a host. He greeted us daily with a smile & wonderful recommendations for beaches & restaurants to visit. He was always available for questions & advice either in person or via WA (eg, on our 1st day, the toaster in the kitchen sparked & blew out the power; within 1 hr, he had it fully fixed!). And he treated my 4-year-old daughter like a princess, bringing her "surprises" daily of pool floats & beach toys. In short, our experience with Encanto del Rio was completely magical! Thank you, Giovanni!!!

Ich war nach 31 Jahren zum ersten Mal wieder auf Ibiza und war sehr überrascht, dass die Insel trotz der stärkeren Bebauung nichts von ihrem Zauber verloren hat. Die Unterkunft war perfekt für 2 Personen, ruhig, keine Partys in der Nachbarschaft, wir hatten alles was wir brauchten und Jose hat uns sehr gute Empfehlungen (Restaurants) gegeben, die wir auch größtenteils genutzt haben. Wir würden sofort wieder buchen. Alles sehr familiär, unkompliziert und persönlich. Vielen Dank!!!

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf in de accommodatie van Jean. Hartelijke ontvangst, vriendelijk, heel communicatief, betrouwbaar en flexibel. Het appartement is heel praktisch en modern ingericht, ontzettend proper en netjes, handige en ingewerkte opbergkasten, voorzien van alles wat je zou kunnen nodig hebben; ruim assortiment keukengerei, wasmachine, strijkijzer en strijkplank, haardroger,... Goede bedden en hoofdkussens voor een goede nachtrust. Bijkomend is deze locatie top! Gelegen aan de haven, op wandelafstand van supermarkt, het strand, oude stad, ferry, vlotte invalswegen.... echt super! Enig puntje wat ik zou kunnen opmerken is dat er in de advertentie een privé parking beschreven staat, deze is uitsluitend toegankelijk voor de eigenaar, niet voor huurders. Je kan wel vrij parkeren op de openbare weg wat buiten het seizoen vrij goed meevalt maar in het hoogseizoen wel eens moeilijk kan zijn. Verder zou ik dit appartement en deze host aan iedereen aanbevelen

La pasamos increíble, si alquilas un coche, la ubicación es perfecta, pues queda a solo unos minutos del Puerto de Ibiza y de Es Vedrá. Volveríamos sin duda.

Had a wonderful stay at Mauricio and Luna's. The apartment is clean, full of light and welcoming, with everything you need for a short Ibiza vacation. The location is perfect, 15-20 min' drive to every where on the Island, 3 supermarkets near by and quiet and tranquil at night with plenty of parking space. The balcony is perfect for a laid back breakfast and to just hang out after a long day at the beach. Luna was a lovely host - extremely responsive and accommodating. Would definitely return here!

✨Boho Bliss in Ibiza – A Hidden Gem! We just returned from the most magical stay at this gorgeous boho-style villa just outside San Antonio — and we’re already dreaming of going back! The vibe is effortlessly chic, with beautiful rustic touches, natural textures, and a layout that instantly makes you feel at home. Tucked away in a peaceful area but only minutes from the buzz of San Antonio, it’s the perfect balance of calm and convenience. Mornings by the pool with a coffee, evenings in the light garden with a glass of rosé — pure bliss. The outdoor space is dreamy, and every corner of the villa feels curated with love and style. The host Margherita was absolutely lovely — responsive, warm, and made us feel so welcome. From the cozy bedrooms to the open-plan kitchen and chill-out zones, everything was spot on. You can tell it’s a space designed for good energy and unforgettable memories. Highly, highly recommend for anyone craving a chilled escape in Ibiza. We left recharged.

Alba und Freund ist sehr freundlich, alles sehr sauber! Garten ist mega schön und man darf sich bedienen. Khaki, Tomaten, Kräuter usw. habe mich sehr wohl und ungestört gefühlt. Hunde waren sehr willkommen was ich sehr schätze! Alles in allem top top!

Wow, this villa was truly better than the photos posted on Airbnb, photos didn’t do it justice! It’s surrounded by so much greenery, overlooking the ocean and Formentera island. The villa itself is so spacious and so beautifully designed. All rooms and bathrooms had everything you would need for your stay. It’s also situated not too far from everything, we had an action packed itinerary and were always within 15-20 mins drive from all our locations. I truly recommend this Airbnb for your stay in Ibiza especially if you’re a bigger group travelling, everything about it was perfect, the host was absolutely amazing and really made us feel at home! I also highly recommend booking a chef (via the host) to come to the villa to cook some paella where you can sit on the outdoor patio and enjoy your meal with the outstanding view. 10/10!!!

This is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a quiet getaway. The pictures don’t even begin to describe the beauty of the property. As soon as you walk in, you are greeted with fruit trees and tucked away outdoor reading/napping beds. The pool and hot tub were delightful and came with an ample amount of towels. Inside the home was equally cozy and inviting.

Lovely Villa, spotlessly clean, and very well equipped. Emy met us for check-in, he provided all the information we required,, even sent directions on how we could safely walk into Ibiza Town avoiding crossing the busy road, it took 20/30 mins and was an easy walk. Communication with Giorgia was very easy. Thank you we had an amazing stay.

A great villa for a group. We all fit comfortably, with many spaces to hang out across the property. The pool is huge! Stefi and her son were very responsive and helped with anything we needed throughout the trip. The villa is approx 10 mins out of town. I would suggest hiring a car, or planning to spend 35-50 euro per trip to get to the clubs (if that’s what you’re here for!)

We loved staying in Sarah’s gorgeous villa. It is beautifully presented and set up with everything you could possibly need. We loved the local area with pretty beach, beach bars and restaurants all within walking distance. A great base to explore the island of Ibiza. We would definitely recommend and happily rebook in the future. Thank you Sarah

We had an absolutely great stay. The house itself is very modern, all utensils seem nearly new, its perfectly clean, all rooms with brand new AC. The best, of course, is the outside area: amazing pool, many seating options like pool loungers, lounge area for cool shadow, bbq area. Bottomline we had all we need for a great week on Ibiza and looking forward to come back. The area was great for us: quiet and close to beautiful coasts and beaches. The restaurants grant a better price/quality ratio then in Ibiza town. Alyona and Dmitry were great hosts. Thanks a lot guys :-)

Super séjour chez Victoria. L’appartement est idéal, la vue est splendide, il est très bien équipé. De plus, la piscine est vraiment très agréable. Nous avons passé de superbes vacances grâce à Victoria ! Merci beaucoup, nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

Great apartment. The pool bar was lovely & staff really friendly too. Lots of amenities at the apartment. Walking distance from Cala Longa, good selection of bars & restaurants.
