Very nice and functional villa, large private pool with several relaxation areas and meals, nice garden in a quiet area close to golf. Well air-conditioned villa appreciated especially in these high temperatures. Very responsive host. I would definitely recommend this rental.

A very nice house in perfect location. Close to restaurants and supermarket. Clean, cosy, nothing to complain. We’ll definitely come back again.

We were met by the brother Kris. A very kind man who can speak English well. He won't bother you at all but is always there when you need him. What stands out for me is the area and the swimming pool. The pool is very big and had a nice temperature. The airconditioning is very advanced not those old fashioned ones. Every room has his own ac. The beach is very close by. +-12mins. and you will find yourself at a beautiful beach. Benidorm is also close by and I strongly recommend going there. We did our groceries there at Lidl. It also has a nice mall. All with all a perfect location which is very quiet and peaceful and at the same time it has everything you need close by. I thank the host and her brother sincerly for a nice stay.

The house is impressive, better than in the photos, everything was clean and tidy, the house had everything needed to enjoy it, the children had a great time, the pool surprised us as it had a very good depth and was very clean and well maintained. Different outdoor areas to spend time in. We didn't get to use the sauna, but it looked great. A very quiet area but close to Santa Pola, just 14 minutes away. Benko is very kind and attentive. We'll try to come back for sure!!!!

We found this a very good place to stay. The apartment was very well equipped and very peaceful. Ludovic was a very good host. We would happily go again, if in the area.

Rachael & Christian’s villa was really beautiful. You can tell a lot of attention has been made to make it feel like a place worth staying in. Its modern amenities throughout the villa are great. The pool area is beautiful with a really nice swimming pool. All rooms are nicely laid out offering good comfort and a/c. The hosts were very attentive and were only glad to assist with any queries we had. Local shops and restaurants are only a short walking distance away. We would definitely recommend Christian & Rachael’s Villa and hopefully can return a some point in the future.

Amazing views to wake up to every morning. Plenty of outside space. Great sized pool. Easy links on tram line.

House highly recommended in all aspects, size, comfort, it has everything you need to spend your stay without having to take anything, location 10 minutes from the beach by car, the hostess is very kind and always attentive to everything, among other things she was able to deliver the house earlier than scheduled, and check-out at the agreed time. From start to finish Roxane was amazing, communication was always fast and helpful, she certainly deserves her super host status! Dominique and her husband welcomed us to the villa, they were super friendly and helpful. If you’re looking for an ultra modern villa then this is not for you, it’s a beautiful traditional Spanish family home, full of character that is well loved and feels like a home from home. We were a family of 9 and there was plenty of space for us. The indoor space is large but it’s the outdoor space that is the real eye catcher. 360 degree views and seating along with a stunning pool area. The close proximity to the village means we could easily walk to bars, restaurants and the supermarket. The villa was clean, private, secure and peaceful. There are not enough words to praise Roxane and her home. We loved every minute of our visit (except the mosquitos), we would highly recommend it and are already looking to book next year. An amazing trip for all ages!

The house was simply amazing, perfectly in line with the photos. It was sparkling clean, nothing to complain about! We found all the amenities we needed, whether for cooking or enjoying the activities: everything was thought out down to the last detail. The pool was very well maintained, and the setting is peaceful, perfect for a stay with friends and family. A real slice of heaven, idyllic and beautiful. The luxury of having a tennis court, barbecue, and outdoor kitchen really added an exceptional touch to our stay. We had an unforgettable time and I recommend this house with my eyes closed. A big thank you also to our host Fini, who was extremely responsive and available to every question. Thanks again for a great stay — we can't wait to come back!

Joana was wonderful to deal with. she communicated excellently and went out of her way to accommodate everyone in our group, including additional cots for the babies. the house is beautiful and had Everything we needed for our family holiday. the pool was brilliant and the rooms all very comfortable. would highly recommend!

The villa exceeded all my expectations and made me very happy. All my friends and I want to go back there some day. Both the versatile rooms and the outside were the perfect places to relax and to enjoy time together with friends. There was a lot of space. The beds were very comfortable, and all the facilities were excellent. The pool was great. Our four-day vacation at the villa was amazing. I can’t think of anything negative. The kindness of the hosts made me feel very welcome. Thank you very much for everything. This was one of the best times of my life, and I cannot think of a better place to spend quality time with my best friends.

Had a great stay at clara's villa. Friendly host, always and flexibly. Villa is also very well located with multiple attractions nearby. 5 min away shopping center 10 min distance from benidorm. 5 min away terra mitica 30 min. alicante.

Great stay! The villa is really beautiful and the roof terrace is a real added value. All bedroom are spacious and the house is full of communal spaces to hang out both inside and outside. The pool is a plus and the villa really makes the stay memorable!

We stayed as a group to play golf locally. Location is good next to Alicante golf course but also central for other courses with good road access. It is close to the tram for the short trip into Alicante. The house is very well equipped, well provisioned and very clean. We had an extremely enjoyable stay with no complaints and would have no hesitation in staying again. Estefania was very helpful and friendly. Despite our flight being late arriving she was extremely understanding.

From our initial booking to the time we were at the property, Pascal was quick to respond and very helpful. Also the local concierge sorted a few initial issues promptly. Great location for local amenities and a 15 minute drive to the local beach. Highly recommended and we are very likely to return next year!

We had a very nice stay at the place. The location was great, you could reach everything quickly by car. The host always responded very quickly and was nice. We were completely satisfied with our stay.

Our stay at Daniel's place was great, The accommodation was very clean and exactly as described in the advertisement, there were also a lot of supermarkets nearby that could be reached quickly on foot. The communication with the host was excellent, there were no complications and we were also able to check into the place earlier, which we loved. Thank you for this great place and can only recommend it to anyone going to Alicante.

Great position Everything a family needs for a great holiday?

We had a wonderful week with our three little kids in Steves Villa. The pool is the most beautiful we have seen so far - a very special experience. Both terraces have a great sea view and you will find every equipment you can think of. On top of that, Steve is an amazing host as he was the one who managed that our car which had a broken tire was fixed - we are so thankful for his support.
