Very quiet environment with unobstructed views of the countryside and Pyrenees in clear weather. 10 minutes from the Saramon leisure base (swimming lake) 20 minutes from AUCH. Villages and remarkable sites (Castelnau Barbarens, Simorre, Sansan) Numerous hiking and biking trails. Horseback riding for experienced riders nearby. Limited access to the owners' pool, schedules to be defined together.

This little cocoon will guarantee you a peaceful and 100% Auscitain stay.

Old warehouse of 65m2 habitable in the historic center of Auch accessible by a pusterle. Self-contained accommodation with one bedroom (double bed) and a low mezzanine (two single beds). Great for a couple and two children. Very large terrace under wisteria with glass laundry room attached. Access to the garden (1500 m2 with trees) and its amenities from the terrace. Hi 👋🏻, We would be happy to host you in our mill, nicknamed the MoulinDeTroyes and freshly renovated. For a few days, come and relax and enjoy our beautiful city of Auch. Various activities are available to you, including a private on-site jacuzzi, farm tours, walks in the city center You could also let yourself be seduced by the magnificent sunrise and sunset from our panoramic living room. The mill sleeps four people max.
