We had a great stay! The place is clean, modern, well equipped and new. The host and staff are terrific - from our first initial contact to checkout they were pro-active, responsive and helpful. We did have a parking snafu while there and they were on top of it - handling it very professionally and really helped us out! This is a great place to stay in Atlanta!

This was my second time staying at Dee's place .Apartment is nice and cozy .Apartment is close to alot of stores .Dee was always available if I needed anything. I will definitely book again next time I come to georgia.

the host was extremely accommodating, I traveled from out of town and didn’t get in until 2am and the host waited until I arrived and checked in which was amazing. The location is in proximity of some great outings in Atlanta and the apartment itself was clean, spacious, private and inviting. Definitely recommending to everyone and looking forward to future stays.

I came down with my family for my son’s graduation from Morehouse College, and I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. It was conveniently close to restaurants and located in a safe neighborhood—both of which are very important to me. Cleanliness is also a top priority, and your place exceeded my expectations. This is my second time around and the host is always very communicative. Easy checkin and out. My daughter and her family live in the same building, which made it so convenient and my husband and I felt comfortable booking again. The location is great and we had a great visit with no problems.

An urban dream! Ariell’s beautiful, pristine apartment is exactly as pictured and yet feels welcoming . The apartment was a spacious and relaxing oasis to return to at the end of my busy work days while in Buckhead. On-site, included parking is a big plus and the building is not only sparkling clean, it’s safe and secure with incredible amenities. Grocery stores, restaurants, outstanding retail, and bars are all within a short drive or Uber ride as well. The apartment building is on a well-travelled road. So expect some road noise when staying here. Ariell was quick to respond when I messaged with questions. There are fragrance plug ins in the apartment. If you’re sensitive to fragrances like I am, you may want to ask about them ahead of your stay. Ariell was understanding and accommodating in that I was able to unplug them and place them in a cabinet until I checked out. I would stay again and much preferred Ariell’s apartment to a hotel.

Thomas has been really great. Very responsive when we needed assistance. Also very friendly when we got to meet him as well. His place is very comfortable and home-y. Well maintained and clean. Functional amenities. Also includes complimentary wine and drinks. Made our stay great. Thank you so much!

This was a very nice place to stay. The host got back to me extremely quickly. Every time I had a question for him. The next time I’m in the Atlanta area I will definitely look to stay at this place again.

Amazing hosts & perfect condo. Very comfortable, had everything I needed and more. Bed was extremely comfortable. Workspace provided. I met Trish & Bobby and they are amazing, I would rent from them again anyday. I felt very safe, in a very safe part of Atlanta in Brookhaven, grocery store, wine, mall, yoga, etc are all winin 1-5 minutes driving distance away. You could walk to the grocery store easily and Starbucks in 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

My stay was ABSOLUTELY the best. The house was clean and very well described. The host was AWESOME. He made us feel right at home, was quick with responses whenever I had an issue or question. He even suggested a few places because we weren’t from there. Best Airbnb that I’ve encountered so far!!!! If I ever go back to Atlanta I will be booking this same Airbnb. Thank you

We are locals, and we stayed here while our floors were getting redone. We loved Reynoldstown and we loved Tim’s home. The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dogs. The basement gym was so nice and convenient. We loved the open and spacious kitchen and living room. And the location is perfect - it is close to so many local spots and the beltline. We will absolutely stay here for our next staycation.

Perfect home for gathering with our young adult children. We all had enough space for separate downtime and family meals together. We all had a great time in Atlanta and hope to go back again soon. Would love to stay at Ashley’s again if it’s available!
