Incredible location and space to enjoy ATL from. Would definitely consider coming back to this place in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay. Home was decorated very nicely, was comfortable for our group of 4. Neighborhood was quiet and located close to the highway to reach all of the attractions. Morgan was extremely nice and responded to any questions promptly.

Terry was really helpful, my family enjoyed the place it was like we were at home, and the little Walmart was walkable Thank you Terry, if my family ever come back to Atlanta again we will definitely stay at your place again if available

We had a great stay for our daughters med school graduation. Clean comfortable spot for our family. We were just two blocks from her home in a quiet neighborhood Easy walking to restaurants.

I had an amazing stay at the Trace. Everything was as described in pictures . House was free from dirt, dust, and clutter, with surfaces regularly cleaned and maintained. Very clean bathrooms, kitchen and bedrooms with great amenities. Nice outdoor patio. Excellent location, with nearby entertainment, and restaurants. Mark was a very responsive host and worked with me on my last minute stay. I will definitely stay again .

Place was a great location and big fenced in back yard. Received a lot of informative automated messages which was great, first night had wifi issues which I messaged about but never received a response back. But it wasn’t an emergency. Location was great for a braves game, could walk if wanted to. House could use some updates/fixes on some of the cosmetic stuff.

We made a last minute visit to Atlanta and I’m happy we were able to book this place. It’s very near the 96 Olympic cauldron and I thought that was cool. East short drive to Georgia Aquarium, zoo, and Coca Cola World. We traveled with our dogs and found the neighborhood to be dog friendly. The area is being revitalized but it was quiet and seemed very safe. Grocery store and pocket restaurants very near. Probably walking distance if you wanted. The king bed was extremely comfortable and we slept very well. House had everything we needed for 4 people and a couple dogs. The Garage was a plus. It is tight but we have a mid size suv and it easily fit. TVs is bedrooms was a plus when everyone needed some space. I would stay again if we are ever back in the area.

Marie’s place was exceptionally clean and beautiful. It was well stocked with kitchen utensils and all the essentials needed to cook for my family. It was an amazing stay. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom shower was everything spa like!! Thanks Marie for making our stay comfortable and amazing !!🤩

Perfect place to stay in Atlanta, with almost everything of note 20 minutes away. Dionte was an amazing host and the property was safe,secure, and stylish. There are a lot of stairs but it divides the place well for multiple guests. I will definitely look here first for future visits to Atlanta.

Tania’s home is lovely and she is a wonderful host! I stayed for several weeks and my experience was terrific. The home is nicely decorated, very clean and had everything I needed. The gardens are gorgeous and I enjoyed the pool often. It was also nice to be able to park inside the garage. Tania and Luis made me feel at home and were delightful. Thank you!

Great place to stay for a cozy and peaceful getaway. I felt save in the neighborhood. Anna was great in responding to all my questions and concerns within less then an hour. Would highly recommend this place!

This place was perfect for our mother/daughter girls’ trip (6 of us attending a concert). The townhome has a clean, sleek, contemporary aesthetic with comfy beds and a convenient location located in a nice, quiet community. While we encountered a minor issue upon arrival with fruit flies in the unit (We later discovered this was due to the trash in the garage not being removed prior to our arrival, however I do suspect that this may have been a one-off issue.), Yaw was attentive and responsive to our concerns. Also, the girls liked having the opportunity to use the community pool, and overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

First off I’d like to say Thank You! Iris for letting us stay at your home. We enjoyed our stay. Iris was very helpful when we got there if we had a problem she assisted right away. Close to where I needed to be for my trip. And close to the highway. It really felt like home. And when I return I will only be staying there lol, if it’s available. Once again Thank You! We enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was very clean and quiet. We had plenty closet space to keep our luggage so the room would not be cluttered. We will definitely rent again if we visit the area again.

We had a fantastic stay at Helen’s home in Midtown - it was the perfect base for our weekend family visit. The layout was ideal, with en-suite bathrooms in every room and great communal space for relaxing together. The location was unbeatable, the two parking spots were a huge bonus, and we’d definitely stay again if we were back in town with a group.
