Nice central apartment

Nice and peaceful accommodation in a very central location. Only 2 minutes walk to train station and 4 minutes to Langgata in Sandnes. The living room has a sofa bed. The apartment is clean and tidy with new or nicely used furniture. There is plenty of space in the kitchen that has a built-in dishwasher, refrigerator and stove. The kitchen has equipment such as coffee-maker and kettle. In the bedroom there is office space with views out onto the street. There is plenty of space in the bedroom in the drawers and cabinets for storage.

Here you live centrally, and can walk to train/bus, shopping mall, restaurants and park. There is rarely noise from outside, but you may hear regular city life on some weekends. A little drive away from places like the Pulpit Rock and the Royal Park.

There is a hot tub, movie room, games, hair dryer, and multiple kitchen amenities. I was impressed by the number of spaces to relax and enjoy the views. I hope to be able to explore Strand more in the future.

We spent 6 days in Martha's house and felt right at home. The fenced garden was especially liked by our dog. However, there is also a seating area and the possibility to grill. The sea is just a few minutes by car (free parking) or 2 km on foot. There are also many beautiful hikes in the area. Martha's house is cozily furnished and has everything you need. Marthe is super nice and responds to questions very quickly. We would definitely come back.

If you're looking for something that feels like home, this is the place to be! Leah is very open and honestly warm, the apartment cozy and the garden beautiful. I felt very comfortable from the first moment. The apartment is a good starting point for both longer and shorter walks with the dog. In a few minutes' drive you can also reach other hiking areas. Stavanger is around the corner, as are many supermarkets.

We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Stavanger. The entire flat was spotless, beautifully furnished, and filled with thoughtful touches that made it feel like home. The layout is spacious and cozy at the same time, with plenty of light and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect, despite being so central, the area is quiet and calm, ideal for relaxing after a day of exploring. Ilteris is a fantastic host—super responsive, genuinely kind, and always ready with great recommendations for local food, walks, and activities. I would absolutely love to return and can’t recommend it highly enough!

We felt very comfortable and well rested on the beautiful hobby farm with Karin and Torfinn. Very quiet, well maintained and idyllic, lovingly furnished. We were abundantly supplied with eggs from the farm's own chickens! There is much to discover in the area! Karin and Torfinn's tips were especially helpful. We were very pleased to be in contact with you! Highly recommended - we will be happy to come back!
