Our place has two bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double Kingsize bed. Bedroom 2 has three single beds. The bed in the loft is 120 cm wide. You will find a shower room with shower, washing machine, dryer and a sink. The toilet is in a separate room where you will also find a hand basin and the hot water heater for the cabin. The Sauna is in the main hallway just outside the shower room. The hallway leads down three steps to the dining/living room/kitchen with a doorway out to the terrace area. Outside you have a terrace overlooking the lake. You will also find the outside shower and several places around the cabin to sit depending on where the sun is and the time of day. The Jacuzzi is beside the parking places for the cabin facing towards the mountain views and the lake.

Cabin in natural surroundings by the waterfront

Older cabin with simple furnishings and power supplied by a solar panel. Cell phone charging via USB port. There is a wood-burning fireplace, an outdoor grill (you must bring your own lighter and charcoal), a refrigerator, and a gas stove/cooking area. There are plates, bowls, glasses, and cutlery. There are also frying pans and pots. There is no running water, so we fill water jugs with clean drinking water, which can be used for both cooking and washing dishes. High standard, modern, spacious and comfortable with panoramic views of the mighty mountains and Giljastølsvannet. Sauna by the water. Nice hiking terrain for all seasons with many hiking trails. Good starting point for day trips to Månafossen, Preikestolen, Lysefjorden/-botn, Kjerag, Jærstrendene, Byrkjedalstunet, Gloppedalsura. Short distance to Kongeparken, Stavanger and Sandnes. Fishing and swimming opportunities. The house is located 400 meters above sea level with ski lifts and slopes in winter. The house is suitable for 2 families who want to vacation together.

Nostalgic and cozy living room with unique location

The historic house shows the year 1773 painted on the walls. The house was originally located in the village's cluster yard and was bombed during World War II. When the farm building was erected on the farm, the remains of the house were set up as a living room until the barn and today appears as an intimate and cozy little house with lots of history and soul. All amenities are of course completely modern. The house in the middle of the valley, down towards the fjord and at the innermost part of Høgsfjorden provides an unforgettable holiday in this old living room.

Bright and exclusive holiday home of high standard with fantastic views and very good sun conditions. Bordering an adventurous open area. Boat berth included. Perfect starting point for a trip to Preikestolen, Kjerag and Lysefjorden. Large windows and access to a large terrace from three glass doors. Pergola is covered with glass roof. Garden furniture, gas grill and fire pit are included. Right below the holiday home (120 meters) you can sit on the rock and watch the sun set in the sea. Good fishing opportunities.

The 176 sqm townhouse is located in a family-friendly area with nice hiking opportunities right outside the door. The townhouse with 2 living areas, 2 bathrooms and 3 bedrooms makes the space roomy. There are several supermarkets nearby. Short distance down to Sandnes city center. The highway is just nearby, making it easy to get to sights such as Stavanger and Prekestolen. The townhouse is being rented for the first time this summer, but the hosts have experience with previous rental properties with good reviews.

Idyllic house by the lake close to Preikestolen.

Magical place at the lake with a 8000 m2 garden and 120 m beach/shoreline. Perfect for relaxing, boating and fishing. At the lake there is a pavillion with a remarkable view where you can enjoy the sunset. A boat and canoe are available for free. It's a very private and quiet location, but still perfectly located in Ryfylke with all its breathtaking hikes nearby. In 2020 the bathroom and hall was totally refurbished, and a fiberoptic cable was installed with a fast wifi-connection.
