Family-friendly vacation rentals in Sandestin, Miramar Beach

This condo was absolutely stunning, they did a great job decorating. The master is absolutely phenomenal. Woke up every morning to gorgeous views. The beach was only a short walk, I usually stay directly on the beach but the short walk was so worth the beautiful condo. It came equipped with a little wagon so we were able to take all of our stuff down without hassle. Beautiful beach, beautiful area. Would definitely book again!!

This is our second year in a row staying in 612! We’ll never stay in another condo! The room is perfect for our family. Very clean. Easy walk to the beach. Beautiful location. Host is friendly and very helpful !!

Julia’s place was exactly what we were looking for! She was a super helpful and responsive host, and the unit was in the perfect location to walk to everything in the Rosemary/Seacrest beach area. I don’t believe the listing actually said it included them, but just a note that there weren’t any beach chairs in the unit like one of the listing pictures shows. We brought our own anyways, so it was no biggie!! I would definitely stay here again in a heartbeat!

I’d definitely be back. Every Easter I go to Destin to the beach and the weather is always amazing. The hot tub, and pool are definitely worth it.

From the very beginning, Bill and Lisa were both very responsive. We were notified of every detail before arriving. Once we arrived there was an issue with the A/C system for the condo we had reserved. I notified bill, and without hesitation he moved us to another condo. It was a holiday weekend so getting a technician out would have been a challenge. The room he moved us to was much more accommodating for our family. The neighbors that share the area are all very kind, and the area is a private but close to everything location. We will definitely be revisiting in the future.

We had a wonderful time and would recommend staying here to anyone! About 5-10 min walk to beach or a 1 min drive (some limited public parking by the public beach accesses, but we found parking every day)! The kitchen was very well stocked. There were 2 wagons to bring to the beach along with chairs, and plenty of other things for the beach! Our pup loved the backyard and the neighborhood for walks. The place was very clean! Paul was very easy to communicate with as well. We enjoyed our stay!!

Carol was a phenomenal host- super kind and responsive - she took care of an issue with a charge from AirBnB super fast! The house was amazing- even cool (great ac! Many places we stay are never cool!)). Everything was super clean and looked great which I’m sure can be challenging when pet friendly! Obviously it’s not super close to the beach so be prepared to rent a golf cart or extra bikes if needed. Bc parking is so difficult at the beach, one person would drop everyone off and then go back to the house and ride one of the bikes back to the beach. It was so nice to have two bikes included as well!

This was our families first time staying in an Airbnb and this Airbnb is going to be hard to top! The place was very family friendly, had everything we needed and the golf cart was AMAZING. It's going to be hard to top this experience!

We had the best Spring Break at Happy Mermaid. Dino was super responsive, and all info was perfect. The proximity to the community pool was great, and our kids could easily go back and forth from the house. The walk to the beach was fairly easy, and the public access had bathrooms, which was great. We easily walked or drove to plenty of shops, restaurants, and the grocery store. The community was lovely and well-kept, and the house backing up to the pond area was so peaceful. The house itself had everything we needed and was clean and comfortable. We’ve been visiting this area for 40 years, and highly recommend this home and location!

We loved this house and the back yard for our little dog was perfect. Can’t ask for a better host than Yubeiri! She is super responsive and accommodating. She made sure the bathrooms and kitchen were equipped with soaps and necessary paper products upon arrival, which was very thoughtful. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this lovely home! We loved the area and proximity to restaurants, shopping and the amazing beaches. Beautiful stay; thank you, Yubeiri, for your hospitality and accommodations!

Would definitely stay here again. Danielle was a great host- super responsive and helpful. The house had everything we needed and was in a great location for easy access to beach, shopping and restaurants. Overall, our stay was great and I’d definitely recommend Danielle and her home!

Amy was a wonderful host! She greeted us upon our arrival. She was very attentive to our questions or any needs that arose. We appreciated the beautiful decor that gave us the coziness and comfort of home. All the amenities made our stay evermore enjoyable. The carriage house is centrally located to the beach, restaurants and shops. We enjoyed our walks in the beautiful area of Rosemary/Seacrest/Alys Beach. The sunsets were spectacular against the clear blue water and powder white sand. A true paradise! We really enjoyed our month stay at the lovely carriage house. Tom & Sandy

I would definitely recommend this place. Not only was the condo top notch so was Melissa. My husband fell while at Baytowne creating an issue for me to handle my two grandsons alone. My brother in law came to meet us and she stepped to make sure he had a parking pass and that we would be okay until he arrived. I cannot say enough about the place, location and the host.

Chris was a great host. Everything was convenient, simple instructions, great views of the beach! My kids enjoyed their spring break! Will definitely come back!

Our stay was during peak spring break season, but as the reviews advised, the area of beach this condo is on was very peaceful and family oriented. Being able to walk right off the patio to the beach was exactly what we wanted. Miramar beach is our favorite part of the area next to shopping and great restaurants, so we were very pleased with every part of this rental.

We've stayed in quite a few places along Okaloosa Island in the past. This one is by far the best. Check in was super easy a d Frank was available with answers. Highly recommend. Will book again.

Sandestin is a class A place to stay. We always feel safe and welcome! The home was PERFECT close to everything. The golf cart was a super bonus!

We had an amazing stay! We’ve stayed in many houses at the resort and this is our new favorite. The views are amazing, the house has everything you may need, and the area is very peaceful. We will be back!

This place was amazing! They had great pack and plays for the littles, the bunk beds were sturdy and wonderful for the bigger kids. We loved all of the bedrooms on the top floor so no one was disturbed when others were awake. It was super fun fishing in the little lakes behind the house. Our favorite spots were the wharf and the beach! It was super easy to get to with the golf carts. Everything was accessible and great response times from the hosts. Everything was very clean and well taken care of. We would definitely stay again!
