Beach house vacation rentals in Sandestin, Miramar Beach

I rented this house to celebrate my husband's birthday and we had such an amazing time with our family. Walking in to this house was such an experience. The rooms, the kitchen, the balconys with the view to the beach everything was stunning. This property was so much more beautiful in person. Will definitely recommend to my family and friends

Bonnie’s house was perfection! It’s a beautiful and well kept/super clean home with an amazing dock and view. We had a blast and would love to come back soon!! My husband also had good luck fishing the bay which is always a plus!

Gem of a place if you're looking for beachfront, with an amazing view as soon as you walk through the front door! Amenities were great, and host was extremely responsive. Truly, if it's private beach access, serenity and a stunning ocean view you're looking for, this is the place.

Location is excellent. You can walk to CVS and grocery. Short drive to shopping, restaurants, and The Wharf. Lots of extras provided like toothpaste, shower gel, etc. High quality linens. View is beautiful. Beach service was just as described. Was ready first thing every morning. Paddle boards were fun and easy to use.

Lisa, the office manager was very kind and helpful. We even had to change our dates at the last minute and it was no problem. The place is located very close to the walkway to the beach, which was so convenient. It was very clean and looked exactly as the pictures. We would definitely go back.

The only thing that could make this house better would be to move it right to the beach. When it says 3 minutes to the beach it’s right! Not a long walk at all! Susan was a great host! Pool is the perfect size for the kiddos and a great amount of seating outside so you can watch your kids in the pool! Would 100% stay again and will recommend to family and friends!

If you are looking for a vacation home in Panama City beach look no further, this is the one and you won’t be disappointed! Our best vacation yet! The house is absolutely beautiful and a vacation in and of itself. You don’t have to leave unless you want to go to the beach which is just a few steps away. I loved having my morning coffee and diner on the rooftop deck complete with an ocean view. The game room and beautiful pool kept my boys happy and entertained. The house is immaculate and the hosts are friendly and very responsive. We can’t wait to visit again!

Cannot say enough about this stay! Traci was impeccable with all details and communication. We had a very small issue with the A/C the first day, and Traci responded so quickly and had someone out to fix it within a few hours! Everything about the home, amenities, and general location is outstanding. Our kids made so many memories - golf cart rides, beautiful pools, pristine beach, and the amazing restaurants. We plan to come back!!

This listing was exactly as described. Great location; literally minutes from the beach. Ample space in a very clean and quiet neighborhood. The golf cart is a major plus! Makes it very convenient to take a ride to the beach or to the restaurants nearby. Be mindful that the televisions have an issue with connecting to the internet, so if you want to stream Netflix of Hulu bring a FireStick. My only complaint would be the extremely firm beds. This is a personal preference, so if you’re good with a firm bed do not hesitate to book this spot. Overall, very good listing! You won’t be disappointed!

We enjoyed our family vacation here and would recommend to everyone! The location was on point close to all the needs including shopping malls and all. Super close to the beach as well and the private beach area was a super plus! The back yard was to die for and we spent many hours enjoying the pool , grill , and fire pit! Parking was plenty for three cars. We had a family of ten and there was plenty of space! Everything we needed for cooking was present in the home! Any questions I had Brian was a quick response away. Will definitely be staying here in the future trips when we have a smaller group. If only Brian had a place for 20 people we would definitely rent from him! The whole area was beautiful and very family oriented! We loved it can’t say that enough ! The beach is mine and my family’s happy place and home away from home. U definitely felt at home here! ❤️❤️

Katie was an excellent host and very responsive. The condo was as pictured/described and was immaculately clean. We felt comfortable and at home the moment we walked in. The Tops'l resort area was private, with security at the entrance of the expansive property; we felt very safe and exclusive. The wagon, beach towels, and toys were perfect for our beach vacation getaway. There are also plentiful pickle ball and tennis courts for use and a private gym for resort guests. The pool by the beach had great food and drinks and attentive servers and bar tenders. AWESOME vacation. If considering Katie's place, BOOK IT. You will not be disappointed. Phenomenal.

The house was clean, comfortable, well appointed, and pretty. Stacy was pleasant and quick to respond. Honestly there were no issues. We especially enjoyed the next door pool access as our 3 year old granddaughter preferred it over the ocean. I especially liked the quiet! Hopefully someday soon we will return to this amazing home.

Laura’s place was an absolute DREAM. She thought of literally everything you could need for a good vacation. The house is located in the cutest neighborhood, and there are so many restaurants/amenities around. The house was very clean, and Laura was very responsive to our needs. Would 100% stay again!

I want to start off by saying how beautiful this home was. It’s a very large, spread out home with beautiful decor and views of the pool and bay. The master suite was my favorite with a very comfortable bed and a huge bathroom. My family loved the large home, the pool and the privacy of the home. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Plenty of activities to do in the home and outside. There is some wear and tear in the home such as the walls, but it did not affect our stay. The home shows a hot tub, which it is not a hot tub, but it is used to heat the pool. The house had everything you would need to cook, clean, fireplace, all the essentials, family games and more. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and loved the home! I would recommend staying here!

Allison is an amazing host! So kind, helpful, generous, and quick to respond if you need anything! Honestly she’s probably the best host we’ve ever had! The cottage is absolutely wonderful - It’s so beautiful and cozy! We even heard people biking by saying, “Wow that place is perfect! It’s got a pool, a porch, a deck, and an outdoor shower!” and we couldn’t agree more! Allison has truly thought of everything you would need and we were able to naturally make it home for the week. Having the bikes and the beach chairs available was a big plus as well. It’s in the perfect spot too! There’s the beach, a hiking/biking trail at the end of the road, and the town of Seaside all within a short walk/bike. Can’t recommended staying here enough! If we ever get the chance to come back we’ll definitely be staying in one of Allison’s rentals!

Enjoyed our time at Pam’s Prestwick home in Sandestin Resort. It was well decorated and relaxing. We enjoyed mornings and evenings sitting outback on the dock and our days at the beach; transporting ourselves on one of the golf carts. Pam was extremely responsive in a timely manner.

This home was everything and more! The outdoor oasis was amazing. Plenty of seating, everything you need for the beach. Plenty of floats and things for our grandsons to enjoy in the pool. The home is beautiful, has everything imaginable you will need. We cannot wait to book for 2026. The location and everything was perfect so quiet on a corner lit. We truly had the best week making memories with our family. Thank you Laura for sharing your beautiful home with our family!

Mary’s home was simply beautiful. This home met my expectations. Mary’s place did not disappoint and the description of the home matched…nothing was embellished. Mary’s home was well stocked. The only thing we needed to purchase was food. I enjoyed the community. It was a great area, and I felt right at home.

Great place and great host! The pictures shown do not do the place justice! We were shocked when we walked in. Very easy short walk to the beach too. Kids also caught plenty of bass in the pond out back.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The proximity to the beach was amazing. The private beach access was also very nice because just outside of the private beach area was absolutely packed. Very family friendly house/location. We are already planning on returning next year and would recommend this place to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay! Great size for our family (3 adults, 1 toddler). The backyard was a bit smaller than the pictures led me to believe, but this was only a concern because my son wasn’t really able to play back there like I’d expected. It was a lovely property, and the golf cart was an absolute must—we took it almost everywhere! The home was very clean and comfortable, would happily stay here again.
