This is a wonderful host and the property designed to be enjoyed to its fullest. The property is well equipped and kept, leaving nothing to be desired. The location is very convenient and you can even stay within the complex with plenty of activities to do. Lots of good restaurants in the complex are a plus.

This was by far one of the best BNBs I’ve stayed in. The views were amazing and everything was as pictured, even better in person. I didn’t have to contact the host one time. The instructions were clear and the place was spotless. The location was close to everything we planned to do. I will definitely book again.

Bayside Dream, in the Elation community, was spacious, inviting, and had all the amenities one would expect and more! We came to relax, recharge, enjoy the Florida sunshine, pool and ocean, and Sandestin did not disappoint!! Getting around was very easy; garage parking (beneath the building)+ tram passes. The condo is clean, nicely furnished, boasting a luxurious king bed, excellent storage, + roomy bathroom (perfect shower water temp/pressure). Large windows/patio door offers a beautiful view of the bay + breeze + balcony with comfy chairs. AC was perfect. David is an amazing host, communication was excellent. We loved visiting with the owner (on site during our visit); he was friendly and genuinely hospitable. We could not have asked for a better experience! Wonderful accommodations + shopping, restaurants, music & resort amenities .... we definitely plan to return!

My best friend and I were seeking a short getaway for Easter weekend, and Ms. Martina's condo was perfect for our needs! The condo itself is modern, well-kept, and spacious. In addition, it's located in a safe area and just a short walk to the beach. There is a balcony that overlooks the property, and is nice to be at while the sun sets, or rises in the morning. The beach umbrella in the laundry closet was a huge benefit for us, and also being able to have full access to a kitchen. Enjoy this home away from home, you will not regret it! I for sure would love to return in the future because overall, I felt comfortable and believe that Ms. Martina is a welcoming, kind and communicative host.

Perfect location! Quiet stay! Golf cart included!

The condo was exactly as described on the listing. The condo was beautiful, along with views of the bay. There were turtles in the water beneath the condo! The amenities and details of this condo had everything you would need to make a vacation stress free. Tonya and Kaylan were very informative. The added golf cart made the trip a breeze and so memorable. The beach and shopping is just a short golf cart trip. The pool is within walking distance. It was truly a trip we will never forget.

My partner and I enjoyed the aesthetic of the condo. It’s conveniently close to the beach and good restaurants. The thing we disliked within the condo was that there’s not a fan in the bedroom and that multiple towels provided specifically in the bathroom had makeup stains on it. Some of the nights during our stay, my partner and I ended up sleeping on the couch because the bedroom got hot at night due to no ceiling fan. Other than that, we still enjoyed our stay.

Located on a peninsula in northwest Florida’s panhandle along the spectacular Emerald Coast, Sandestin, Miramar Beach is a small community boasting stretches of gleaming white-sand beaches on all sides. Along the town’s southern border are the jewel-green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, and the Choctawhatchee Bay lies to the north, creating a stunning backdrop for boating, paddleboarding, swimming, or simply relaxing in the sun on the beach.

In the evenings, the docks come alive with live music performances right on the wharf, and you’ll often find outdoor movie screenings on the beach or fireworks shows above the Village Lagoon. Because it is surrounded by water on three sides, freshly caught grouper, snapper, oysters, and scallops are staples of the local food scene, with some restaurants offering seating directly over the water. Many restaurants will even let you bring your own catch of the day and cook it for you. Sandestin’s central location on the panhandle makes it a gateway for exploring other nearby beach towns, including Destin, Panama City Beach, and Pensacola Beach, as well as the Blackwater River State Forest.

The best time to visit Sandestin is during the spring and early summer, when warm temperatures create pleasant conditions for sunbathing, swimming, paddleboarding, golfing, and boating. From June until November, hurricane season brings the possibility of heavy rain and winds, so bear this in mind if you plan on visiting during this time. From September through May, the community hosts its Wednesday Night Concert Series, with music under the stars.

In October, an annual beer festival features hundreds of ales and craft beers, while the fine arts festival provides opportunities to browse work from artists around the country. Grand Boulevard

Grand Boulevard is a 765,000 square foot upscale hub for shopping and dining in Sandestin. Here you’ll find some of the biggest national retail brands alongside specialty shops selling locally made products and some of the best dining options in the city. The Grand Boulevard Farmers’ Market takes place on Saturday mornings year-round and features an array of fresh fruits and veggies, artisanal baked goods, and handmade items.

Henderson Beach State Park

Henderson Beach State Park is a protected strip along the Emerald Coast offering more than 6,000 feet of pristine shoreline and pearly-white sands. Boardwalks provide access to the beach where you can sunbathe, take a dip in the warm waters of the Gulf of Mexico, and fish for catfish, pompano, flounder, and more. The park features a nature trail that winds through towering dunes and coastal scrub.
