Was by far the best Airbnb experience I have had. - House was amazing -clean, fresh, had everything we needed - Location was perfect- great view from the house with access to hikes and activities (we did horseradish 3 min from the house) - host was very kind and flexible - super flexible with check in, had baked a cake that she shared with us along with other snacks, she helped refill our coffee as soon as we ran out as the shops were closed Overall a fantastic experience and I would recommend to anyone!

Great location to see the area! Can walk into town and to trails. Nice to have a house to cook in instead of going out.

For us, the apartment was perfect as a family with adult children, as each bedroom had a small, private bathroom. The view from the balcony is unbeatable and you can sit in the afternoon sun. The kitchen is small but equipped with everything. It was very quiet. You can walk to the supermarket in 1 minute, where there are also fresh rolls. The Patscherkofelbahn is very close to skiing and also in Innsbruck you are in 15 minutes. The communication was always very quick and easy. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back.

Perfect place to stay – highly recommended! We had a wonderful stay at Manfred and Kathrin's place. The chalet was not only spotlessly clean, but also furnished with a lot of love for detail. Especially the kitchen left nothing to be desired – here you will really find everything you need to cook. Communication with the hosts was outstanding: they were incredibly responsive and helpful. The guest folder was also perfectly prepared and contained all the important information that made our stay even more enjoyable. A special highlight was the spa area. This was not only modern and well equipped, but also extremely clean and a perfect place to relax. In addition, the property offers an exceptionally large ski room, which can easily accommodate the equipment of more than 15 people – ideal for larger groups or families. We are more than satisfied and would be happy to come back!

Delia's apartment is as seen in the photos, cozy, clean, well-stocked. It is located in a very quiet place, away from the chaos, and that's what we were looking for. I didn't meet Delia in person but she was always available, kind and quick to respond. We will definitely be coming back!

Really nice and cozy place with fantastic views of the mountain panorama. Direct trail entrance is just in front of the house. We were happy to use the sauna at the end of the day. We can only recommend a visit to the restaurant. Will be happy to come again on occasion.

The beautiful, modern and bright cottage of Peter and his wife is really worth a trip and a stay. It is super spacious and very cozy. It really nice to linger! And on top of that, the surroundings are also simply picturesque and offers everything your heart desires. The hosts go out of their way to make the stay really wonderful! The communication is great, the equipment in the house of high quality and at very high quality. Nothing is missing! The ad really matches what's offered! Great! Thank you!

We spent one night with six in Aster Häusl. After skiing, we first went to the wellness area, which we all enjoyed very much. The view from the infinity pool is truly impressive. Breakfast the next morning was excellent – freshly squeezed orange juice, delicious cheese, and fresh salmon were included. The staff were very accommodating throughout from the introduction to our cabin to checkout, and we felt completely comfortable. Definitely a recommendation!

Great place. Would stay again. Lots of local experiences. Would highly recommend Das Marschall for dinner. Great hot tubs and saunas.

The Apartment was in a perfect spot. A good parking space. And the terrace had an amazing view. The host was very proactive and helpful truly appreciated

The lay out of the chalet was excellent. All rooms were extremely spacious, well designed & comfortable, with their own ensuite, whilst the 3 apartments had fully equiped kitchens. Heating options were available throughout the entire house and on the second day of our visit, we required a minor adjustment to the heating, so rang the female contact (only speaks German) who manages the property and within an hour, the lady was onsite and the temperature was adjusted. Within the chalet on the ground floor there is a large, shared breakfast / communal room with a kitchen having all the required services. This room easily catered for our group of 13 persons for evening meals. The chalet also had a central clothes washing & clothes dryer facility and also a spacious ski drying room on the ground floor. In conclusion, all our family members thought the chalet was absolutely fabulous in every respect, providing all the amenities one would require, resulting in a wonderful family stay.

The holiday in this house was just perfect. The living ambience including sauna is second to none and the paths to the elevator, restaurants and shopping are short. Claudia's organization as well as communicating with her are impeccable. I'd love to come back...

Amazing place, I recommend

Great new house, with breathtaking view. Really good separation of space with three levels. Salvatore and his son Stefano were extremely responsive and helpful and the cleaning/caretaker crew around Ornella are gems!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nicole's, especially the fantastic location! The house is beautiful and exceptional. Ideal for ski holidays. Middle station within walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

Very exceptional accommodation, very well equipped, cozy and with great service! We stayed with 6 people over Christmas and were happy about the beautiful Christmas decoration - from hanging balls in several rooms to decorated window sills to an illuminated Christmas tree on the terrace, everything was very nicely decorated! Evelin and Hanna were very attentive, wrote back very quickly and responded to our requests as much as possible and even brought us fresh bread right away. The dimmable lights and the pro-room control (including speakers on the terrace) via Sono's speakers were also brilliant. Only a bit unfortunate: in the pictures you might think the cabin has a secluded location, which is not the case. There are some neighbors, but in total it is very quiet and so, for example, the hot tub is not visible from the other houses. Overall, however, the accommodation is definitely recommended!

An amazing house with every detail thoughtfully considered. Impeccably clean. The host was always available and responsive. If we return to Austria, we will definitely stay here again. We were traveling with 3 children, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The view deserves a special mention—it’s absolutely stunning!
