Great accommodation, well maintained, lots of natural feeling, facilities were extensively furnished and accommodating

Beautiful place in beautiful surroundings. A short 15 min walk to the beach and a small bakery nearby to buy breakfast. Very nice host and friendly housekeepers who helped during the stay.

Thank you Tommaso, a fantastic view and pool, a wonderful villa and you’re proactive assistance at every turn, highly recommended. The drive down the track is worthwhile for the tranquility it affords. Can’t recommend Tommy & the villa enough & as for Tuscany, it’s incredible!

Genka was the perfect host from start to finish, and the villa surpassed our expectations. Communication with Genka was great - he was quick to reply and gave us all the information we needed on the local area and beyond, even organising a taxi to take us to a local vineyard. The villa is beautiful and well-stocked with everything we needed. Genka had even thought to provide plenty of mosquito repellent for the house! Everything was clean and in good order and someone came each day to clean the pool (which we used a lot!). There are a couple of small shops and a supermarket close-by. The villa is situated on top of a hill, from which you can watch the sunrise in the morning and the sunset on the other side of the house in the evening. We will find it very hard not to book Genka's villa every year for our holiday! Grazie mille, Genka!

The wonderful view can be enjoyed both as a couple and with friends. It is very quiet and everything has been thought of: outside there are very comfortable seating options, a grill and pool. The garden smells of jasmine everywhere. There's nothing missing inside either. The house is perfect and is in the perfect location. After 20 minutes by car you can reach San Gimignano. Simply a dream and always worth a trip 😍

The accommodation met our expectations. An old farmhouse surrounded by nature, very quiet and located with great views. Only the sun hardly came through(bad for drying laundry, or sitting outside-where we were there in the fall), but the many mosquitoes ;o( which may recommend mosquito screens. Inside everything was ok, according to age, but functional and functional. Only the doors should be pulled in a bit of maintenance, they hardly close anymore. We had a fantastic stay at Concetta's beautiful home! The house itself is gorgeous and traditionally Tuscan. It is also in the most incredible scenery and sitting outside and taking in the view was an absolute joy. However, by far the best thing about our stay was Concetta and her husband Paolo. They could not have done more to make us feel more at home and it honestly felt like we were part of the family while we were there (including making us the most incredible meal, which I would strongly recommend you do if you stay!) Their hospitality, helpfulness and warmth made it feel like a true escape and I could not recommend it more.

Beautiful House and super friendly host.

We had the most unforgettable stay at this stunning villa in the heart of Tuscany! From the moment we arrived, Anna was the most welcoming and attentive host – she went above and beyond to ensure our stay was seamless and special. The villa itself is picture-perfect, nestled among rolling hills and olive trees, offering a true escape into the Tuscan countryside. One of the absolute highlights of our trip was the incredible private cooking class with Vilma, our chef for the evening. She brought so much warmth, expertise, and joy to the experience – we learned how to make traditional Italian dishes from scratch, and the meal we shared afterward on the terrace was unforgettable. The pool area was a dream – peaceful, beautifully maintained, and the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring nearby towns like Siena and San Gimignano. We spent hours lounging in the sun, soaking in the views, and enjoying the quiet tranquility of the countryside.

A very nicely located house, we were there with the children - a clear recommendation! In-house playground, play kitchen pool, no longer needs a child for a week. Particularly noteworthy is the place Montescudiao not far from the property. Italy at is! A small Italian idyll with butcher, bakery, coffee house, trafik and trattoria AND a very good upscale restaurant - Il Frantoio! Only there was no contact with the house owner as everything was handled professionally by a housekeeping company. But was not bad, we bought wine and olive oil from the surrounding farmers and enjoyed a nice time in Tuscany...

We stayed one night at this beautiful villa. There were 14 of us and everyone comfortably found their own space. The house is very large and well laid out, the ground floor offers moments of conviviality that are difficult to recreate elsewhere. The large living room equipped with Ping pong and foosball overlooks, together with the kitchen (beautifully equipped), the porch and the internal garden, creating a single, large sharing area. The house is really suitable for everyone, even the little ones, the inner courtyard is closed, safe and enjoys a lot of privacy. Spending a few days in this accommodation is one of those experiences that should be done at least once a month. The owner Barbara has followed us impeccably from the beginning with accurate instructions and excellent advice. We'll be back

Our stay at Villa Tina was memorable. Paolo and Laura are very good hosts and we didn't lack anything. Perfect for 2 families. Private beach access. Wonderful view of the sea. I highly recommend Paolo's place.

You can stop looking now! This is probably the most perfect place to stay and with the best host in all of Tuscany. This is said by a very travel and quite picky family from Sweden that this time went with three sons 16, 18 and 22 and the eldest son's fiancée. The host Lorenzo is absolutely amazing both before and during the stay: quick responses, incredibly helpful and very accommodating. You live in a renovated mill (two super-fresh separate buildings one of which is newly built) in the small village of Montefoscoli, with wonderful views of the landscape and sun location from morning till night. Large patio with barbecue and pool for lovely meals and relaxing. Inside there is everything you need and more: full equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washing machine, ironing equipment, ac in each bedroom. Good wifi and TV box. Excellent little bakery 50 meters from the residence. A small Coop shop 5 minutes walking distance from the residence with everything you need. We've already told friends and acquaintances about this home — it won't be better!

I don’t even know where to begin describing this place. It was the most amazing place I have ever stayed. If you are looking for a peaceful and private villa with incredible views, then stop looking. This is it !! All of the reviews we read before we arrived talked about how amazing the views are and that you must take up the offer if Paola and Alessandro offer to cook a meal for you. Both recommendations are spot on. The sliced beef was one of the best meals I have ever had, and I often found myself wandering around outside the villa looking at the 360 degree views in all directions. We all felt so sad to leave this magic place. Paola and Alessandro were perfect hosts. Always friendly and with a smile on their faces. It’s a long way from Australia but I really hope we get an opportunity one day to return to this majestic place.

7 of us stayed a week at the Villa. It was all we could hope for. The central location between Siena and Florence was perfect. We settled into a rhythm of walking to San Donato for coffee early in the morning, driving to somewhere mid morning until mid afternoon (Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Greve in Chianti, Castellina in Chianti were all SUPER convenient), pool in the afternoon, and then dinner in the evening. So the villa and location were great, but the real differentiator was Tiziana herself. She was so helpful! She helped us understand how much of what we read on the internet was real and how much was fake. She made dinner recommendations and actually called and made reservations for us. She was always available and helpful. She is THE BEST!

It was amazing to stay at Emma's place. Matteo received us and is incredibly kind. I would definitely come back. It was exactly what I was looking for.

Six of us spent a wonderful week at Vicky's villa to celebrate my husband's 60th birthday. The beautifully appointed house, the stunning views, and the swimming pool were all we had hoped for and more. Vicky is a five-star host. She welcomed us and even arranged to have a meal served upon our arrival. She generously helped us coordinate a catered birthday dinner at the villa. She shared interesting stories and lore from the area and made us feel very much at home. Before we left, she even took us on a tour of the magnificent Medici building under restoration on her property. From the villa, we headed out to Livorno, Pisa, Siena, and Florence, each a manageable day trip through the rolling Tuscan countryside. (Note: The final approach to the villa is over unpaved road; we were happy to have chosen an SUV for our rental.) We are left with great memories and many beautiful photographs of our stay in Peccioli. Thank you, Vicky!

Fantastic location in the middle of an olive grove, very quiet, no neighbors. There is a lot to discover in the house and property. Since the house is about 3 km outside, you should be mobile. The hosts were always very responsive.

The place is really wonderful and perfect for e.g. several couples, as each room has its own bathroom. You can enjoy the sun in the beautiful outdoor area and in the pool. However, you should not be disturbed by frogs that croak at night. The well-equipped kitchen and barbecue make the accommodation perfect. The only downside was the neighbors' barking dogs in the early morning hours, but with the window closed, it's fine. The house is only accessible via a rocky gravel path, but it works if you follow Massimiliano's directions :) Otherwise, you can easily reach cities such as Livorno, Pisa or Lucca from the house by car. Overall, a clear recommendation for accommodation and host!

We loved staying at Francesco’s place. It is so close to all the fantastic wineries and restaurants, and such a lovely house and surroundings. Francesco gave us many wonderful recommendations prior to our arrival and we were able to make some bookings. We also enjoyed how quiet it is as it overlooks a vineyard. The living area is wonderful and we were very sorry to leave. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to do a trip to the area.

Beautiful place and so spacious! The kitchen is well equipped with some spices in the cupboard too. There is a nespresso machine and the host left some pods, lovely to enjoy a espresso while taking in the quiet beautiful surroundings. Big bedrooms, pool and table tennis. We only stayed for two nights, would love to come back. It’s perfect

Beautiful villa! We had a great time with friends, idleness and dolce vita assured, Positive points: Very good welcome from our host, in a secure estate the house is isolated from others. The view is even more beautiful than the photos. You can see Volterra and the surroundings. Exceptional. Good services, superb pool, evening lighting, quality outdoor furniture, Things to improve: the lack of air conditioning inside even if there were fans in each room. Ageless electricity Anyway, we'll be happy to come back.
