Vacation rentals with a pool in San Vincenzo

Un grand merci à Ernesto pour son accueil chaleureux ! Nous avons eu un petit couac de GPS à notre arrivée et avons dû effectuer un petit retour en arrière, mais Ernesto était là pour nous accueillir et nous faire découvrir le logement. Dès qu'on passe la porte d'entrée, on sent que l'hôte que tout a été pensé avec beaucoup de soin. Un joli petit cocon pour terminer nos vacances en dehors (mais pas trop) de la ville. Très facile d'accès avec notre voiture pour visiter Lucca, Pise, etc. Le logement était également très propre et tout était prêt pour nous accueillir dans les meilleures conditions. Une belle découverte !

Wir waren im April drei Nächte in diesem Apartment und es entsprach genau den Bildern. Die Unterkunft ist großzügig, modern ausgestattet und das Bett sehr bequem. Besonders positiv: Die gute Anbindung mit dem Bus ins Stadtzentrum sowie die kostenlosen Parkplätze direkt an der Unterkunft. Ein kleiner Minuspunkt war die schwache Belüftung – trotz Klimaanlage war es recht feucht im Raum, sodass Kleidung morgens leicht klamm war. In der Dusche fehlten Ablagen für Duschgel und Handtuchhalter. Trotz dieser Kleinigkeiten war es ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat schnell reagiert. Wir würden definitiv wiederkommen und können die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Jolie petite maison ds un très GD terrain clos avec une belle maison en face avec plusieurs locations. Fonctionnel, de quoi cuisiner niveau ustensiles. Prévoir des serviettes de bain en plus pr la piscine. Rien est clos ou fermés à l'extérieur entre les locations (lieu idéal pour organiser un séjour familal, cousinade ou entre amis, le cadre si prête) avec cette belle piscine (totalement clôturée par sécurité) bcp de place autour, ce n'est pas dérangeant si on est plusieurs, transat, elle est nettoyé ts les jours. Cadre très verdoyant avec les bêtes de la ferme ( poneys, ânes, cochons, vache et son veau, etc...) aux alentours et les sangliers. Juste pr info c'est encaissé , pas de vue mais ressourcant car ds la nature. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Giancarlo qui est très réactif au message mais ns avons rencontré son fils avec sa petite famille qui sont très sympathiques, donnent des conseils et renseignements, ilsi aiment les échangent. We fully enjoyed our stay at Angela's farm house. The flat was very spacious, clean and cool during hot summer days. The view and the pool were fantastic. The location is remote and quiet, roughly 20min by car from Volterra. We stayed here with our 10 months old son and he loved interacting with the dogs. They were very friendly. Angela helped us out whenever we had questions and gave us a good recommendation for wine tasting. We were even able to sample some of the local products from the farm. So overall a fantastic stay.

Siamo stati nell’appartamento per una breve vacanza. Gino e Calogera ci hanno assistito come ci si aspetta da dei host preparati e premurosi. Si è respirato tutto il soggiorno un’aria di famiglia. Consiglio vivamente a chiunque di soggiornare in questa Casa, spazi ampi e non manca nulla. La posizione è strategica per chi gli piace visitare i splendidi luoghi toscani.

Absolutely stunning setting! The house is very beautiful and the sunset is incredible. It was comfy, clean and we could easily have stayed much longer. The kids loved exploring the yard and wandering around all the beautiful olive trees. Paola was so helpful with local recommendations and always responsive! The house had all the essentials, which was great as there isn’t exactly a supermarket down the road. It was a really special stay. Thank you for having us!

We have fallen in love with Tuscany, thanks to Klaus's place and Francesco, the friend of his down the road who looks after guests and house. Everybody so kind, beautiful countryside, delicious food, and stunning Lucca not far. We were 4 couples, 3 stayed at Klaus's place the other two at Francesco's Antica Pergola, 200m away. This was ideal. We spent a lot of time in the large house with the big kitchen, garden and pool, or left together to explore Tuscany. What a lovely time we had!

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

Wir haben uns hier zu viert sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war sauber und Fabio war stets erreichbar, wenn wir eine Frage hatten. Die Anlage inklusive Pool war sehr schön und die Nähe zu Meer, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten perfekt, um voll und ganz entspannen zu können. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einer tollen Terrasse und einem wunderschönen Blick auf Strand und Meer. Die Wohnung ist genauso schön wie auf den Bildern, sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Host und seine Co -Hosts waren immer gut erreichbar und sehr nett und freundlich. Wir waren Mitte Oktober hier und es war sehr ruhig im Haus. Wir würden die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Wir haben uns in Samueles Appartement sehr wohl gefühlt! Es ist sehr gepflegt und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es war alles vorhanden, was wir uns für einen entspannten Urlaub wünschen: von gemütlichen Liegestühlen auf dem Balkon bis hin zu neuen bequemen Matratzen in allen Betten :) Der Pool ist groß und schön und die Anlage sehr ruhig. Samuele hat immer sofort auf Nachrichten reagiert und immer gute Lösungen gefunden. Auch der Kontakt vor Ort war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich! Wir kommen gerne wieder :)

We had a lovely stay here - there were 8 of us in total across 4 spacious bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. It is a beautiful old villa with a big garden and a cute pool and barbecue area. It is possible to walk into the city of Florence (30 - 40 minute stroll) but we found a car was necessary to ensure that we could get around and eg buy groceries. There is a cash deposit required for check in, so it’s useful to withdraw that before you arrive. Our host was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. Overall, we had a lovely time!

My fiance and I loved our stay here. beautiful views and prestige grounds. there were also a few friendly cats which made my fiancé's day. You need a car when staying here. you can find good restaurants and a grocery store a few minutes away in San casciano. It's centrally located in tuscany. 30 minutes to florence, 45 mins to siena. With lots of historic towns and wineries close by. The apartment was well accommodated, clean, and we'll equipped for cooking. We did pick up a few extra necessities from the grocery store and found the shower a little small, but otherwise found the stay comfortable and relaxing. Would totally recommend to friends and come back.

Francesco a été très accueillant et en plus, le site est magnifique et très bien entretenu. La piscine avec la vue sur les montagnes est vraiment superbe ! Un bel endroit pour se détendre en toute tranquillité. La route pour s'y rendre est un peu longue et très tortueuse, mais c'est souvent le cas en Toscane...

10代の子ども3名と、合計4人で４泊させてもらいました。到着からチェックアウトまで、Chiaraさんはとても丁寧で親切に対応してくれました。スーパーマーケットへの買い出しに車を出してくれたり、帰りのサンタマリアノベッラ駅までの送迎も快く引き受けてくれて、感謝しています。バス停までも徒歩15分なので、車がなくても過ごせました。調味料がたくさん揃えられていて、自家製の無農薬オリーブオイルを使うことができました。調理道具も揃っていたので、娘たちはパスタを作って庭でランチしていました。オリーブオイルはお土産に購入させてもらったので、旅が終わってからも楽しみです。部屋は決して広くはありませんが、4人で楽しく過ごすことができました。中心部の喧騒から離れた郊外の心地よい丘でフィレンツェ滞在を満喫したい方にオススメします。

Vill du bo mitt i Toscanas böljande landskap, vill du ha ett eget boende med bl a 4 sovrum och 3 badrum, vill du ha utsikt till frukosten, vill du ha tillgång till privat pool och främst, vill du ha den bästa värden, Bea - då väljer du det här boendet. Alla dagar i veckan. Fantastiskt på alla sätt.

Incredible location and hosts! The house was immaculate and exactly as described. We really had the best time and made use of all of the recommended restaurants and towns to visit nearby. We had an incredible trip and could not be more thankful to such kind hosts that made sure we had everything we needed and more.

"The Nest" in der Localitá Torri ist ein wunderschöner Ort. Hochwertig, absolut komplett und liebevoll eingerichtet. Penibel sauber. Es hat an überhaupt nichts gefehlt. In der Wohnung steckt viel Herzblut. Das passt zum Eigentümer, der selbst den Check-In und Check-Out gemacht hat. Ein so angenehmer, netter Mensch. Für Ausflüge ins bekannte Umfeld mit San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Florenz usw. ein idealer Startpunkt. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert

We hebben hier een erg leuke tijd gehad! De Airbnb is een apart gedeelte van een mooi huis op een heuvel, het is ruim opgezet en heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Je kan leuk buiten zitten en er is een mooi zwembad. De hosts waren erg aardig en altijd bereikbaar voor hulp/tips. Ik raad deze plek zeker aan!

Wir (7 Freundinnen) haben den Aufenthalt in der Villa sehr genossen! Das Haus, vor allem der Vorgarten und der Pool, sind wunderbar. Maria ist super! Sie hat uns sehr viele Tipps zur Umgebung zugesendet (auch die notwendigen Sachen, wie Einkaufsmöglichkeiten). Zudem wurden wir mit einem sehr feinen Kuchen überrascht und wenn man etwas brauchte, kam sehr schnell eine Antwort. Die Villa ist gut ausgestattet und die Umgebung wunderschön. Parkplätze hat es genügend. Einzig die Schlaglöcher und der Zugang zur Villa sind etwas herausfordernd - jedoch machbar!

Wir haben ein paar schöne Herbsttage bei Francesca verbracht. Er ist viel schöner als auf den Fotos abgebildet. Das Haus ist traumhaft und ruhig auf einem Hügel gelegen. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und Francesca war stets kurzfristig zu erreichen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder dort Urlaub machen.

Giovanna was such a wonderful host. It felt like a home away from home, with special touches added such as some food and wine in the apartment on arrival, and even a farewell drink before we left. The cottage is in breathtaking surroundings and in a perfect location to get around and explore different parts of Tuscany (with a car). I would highly recommend to anyone visiting the area ! We hope we can go back again one day!! Thank you Giovanna and Luigi !!
