Thus, reading a book, relaxing in the sun, sipping an excellent glass of Chianti or having breakfast surrounded by greenery and among the flowers of this garden will be a memorable experience!

In the center, a completely renovated, cozy and quiet historic house from the 1300s, equipped with every comfort. Independent entrance, kitchen, living room and bathroom and upstairs double bedroom and bathroom. Located 100 meters from Piazza Arnolfo and 200 meters from the historic center, for those traveling by bus the stop is just 200 meters away. Convenient location for visiting Siena, Florence, San Gimignano, Volterra, Chianti and for walking the Via Francigena or taking the Elsa Trail.

Captain's House | Monte Grosso, Elba

The Casa del Capitano is located on the top of Monte Grosso in the National park of the tuscan archipelago. The location is unique on the island and from here you have a fantastic view of the city of Portoferraio, Piombino, Corsica, Capraia and Gorgona. The house was restored during a project lasting several years, in close collaboration with the National Park and was designed to be self-sufficient and ecological. Here you use purely the energy of the sun, without having to renounce luxury.

Collina Power

Collina is an ancient stone farmhouse, the house is surrounded by fields and olive groves. It has a large garden with swimming pool and a terrace where you can have pleasant lunches and dinners. A barbecue and garden furniture are available. The road to get to the house in the last stretch is not paved and is therefore not suitable for sports cars or particularly low ones. The route lends itself to pleasant walks during the day, while at night we recommend using a car because it is not lit.

The house is completely surrounded by woods and centuries-old oaks. 150 meters away flows the Cecina river. My house is located in Livorno, in the characteristic Antignano district, close to the center and a stone's throw from the beautiful coves of the Lungomare, perfect for a dip and sunbathing. Ideal base for discovering the treasures of our city and the famous Tuscan art cities. You can enjoy our sea and cuisine based on fresh fish. Coffee, tea, herbal teas, milk and cookies are offered. The quiet and picturesque neighborhood is a 10-minute drive or 20-minute bike ride from the Center.

Our beloved garden house is situated in the heart of Suvereto just a 5 minute walk from the main car park, free of charge. It consists of 1 private entrance, living room with sofa bed and TV (with Netflix) and access to the main bathroom with a large shower, 1 romantic double room with private bathroom, 1 smaller room with bunk bed - ideal for children. A terracotta staircase connects the living room with the kitchen and with the garden with veranda and outdoor shower.

The house is about one km from the medieval village of Suvereto, " one of the most beautiful in Italy ". The nearest beach is at about 15 minutes.Pets allowed.JULY and AUGUST allowed only weekly stays from Saturday to Saturday.

Peggy's House

The house has an internal surface of 100 square meters plus terraces and it is located a few meters from the beach (around 50m). It has an internal private parking for 2 cars accessible through an automatic gate 260cm wide, a non-negligible feature considering the fact that, in the summertime, it is difficult to find a parking spot. The distance from Corso Italia/Via Vittorio Emanuele II (the street of shops, ice cream parlors, bars ...) is about 600 meters away.
