Pedro and his wife are very warm and friendly people, the snacks as a symbol of welcome is very pleasant. The apartment is very clean and centrally located, if you travel by car and want to visit Tuscany, we would have loved to extend our stay. We highly recommend a stay in their spot.

Giulia et sa famille sont des personnes sympathique et souriante. Nous avons trouvé les chambres agréables, confortables et bien équipées (nécessaires pour faire thé /café, clim, armoire spacieuse...) Un petit déjeuner délicieux, nous avons pu choisir entre sucré, salé ou les deux ! De très bons conseils pour les visites. Quartier très calme. Commerces à proximités.

Ho soggiornato in quest'appartamento per una sola notte, servendomi questo solo per un appoggio dove dormire a seguito di un matrimonio lì nelle vicinanze. la sorpresa è stata immediata: non appena si accede all'appartamento, dopo aver eseguito un self check-in davvero rapido e semplice, subito l'accoglienza dell'appartamento è notevole sia perché l'appartamento è ben fatto, sia perché l'host riserva delle coccole al suo ospite. Sul tavolo ho trovato un piccolo benvenuto: pizza bianca, prosciutto crudo e patatine. pensavo fosse davvero un bellissimo gesto questo ma non era finita. Come tutte le volte che entro in un bnb mi assicuro che per lo meno ci sia acqua e caffè (perché diciamocelo non sempre è sicuro trovarli!!!), ma non appena apro il frigo, sorpresa, era davvero pieno di tutto: uova, succhi di frutta, latte, una bottiglia d'acqua, crodino, burro, limone e udite udite... una torta, ma non di quelle confezionate! e non finisce qui, alzo lo sguardo e trovo una bowl piena di frutta fresca e nella dispensa c'era davvero il mondo: da qualsiasi tipo di latte a lunga scadenza (vegetale e senza lattosio) alla nutella, confetture, cornetti confezionati, piccoli snack... ovviamente l'appartamento era di una pulizia paragonabile a quella di un albergo, o forse di più. che dire.. andateci subito!!!!!! Claudia si è dimostrata un host davvero attento alle piccole cose e che coccola il suo ospite!

Sopra le aspettative. Se non mi avesse sorpreso la pioggia, sarei rimasto ancora un po' in piscina. Host molto gentile e disponibile. Ho degustato una buona cena (prenotata da bordo piscina) a base di carne alla brace, gustando uno spritz e un calice di vino con tramonto e notte stellata. La posizione della zona per la cena e la piscina godono di un affaccio sulle colline, vista aperta e silenziosa. Dispone di parcheggio interno, la camera é vicina sia alla zona colazione(interna) che alla zona pranzo e cena. La piscina é in un'area separata con proprio bagno e docce. La ciliegina sulla torta le amache. Ci tornerò sicuramente.

Il Signor Roberto e sua moglie Katia sono delle persone eccezionali. La loro famigliola accogliente ci ha fatto sentire a casa, sempre disponibili per qualsiasi cosa, dolci per la colazione squisiti, la gentilezza e l’accoglienza offerta è rara da trovare❤️ torneremo sicuramente a trovarvi✨ lo consiglio vivamente sia per chi vuole un weekend di tranquillità ma anche per amici che vogliono divertirsi in casa, inoltre la posizione è ottima, a neanche mezz’ora si trova Saturnia con le sue cascate e tanti altri bei posti. This is the second summer in a row that we staid at Villa Humbourg. Just the fact that we decided to come back after a first stay is s clear sign how much we appreciated the place and the experience. Without repeating last year's review, I would just confirm that the villa is extremely picturesque in a beautiful typical Tuscan setting (villa on top of a hill with cypress entryway taking you to the gate) and the flat is large for 4-5 people (nearly 100 m2) in perfect conditions and cleanliness. The rapport with the owners is authentic and they are more than helpful. As indicated in the narrative for the house, it is necessary to have a car to get there and go around. Then everything is very close: Certaldo (10'), San Gimignano (30'), Sienna (40'), Florence (50'), etc. I would just had that the olive oil of Villa Humbourg is exceptional and that we have been clients now for a year ordering their delicious olive oil to France! Many thanks Signora Ludovica, hoping and wishing to go back in the future.
