Vacation rentals with a balcony in San Vincenzo

We were 4 couples and we stayed at this property for 4 days on New Year's Eve. The spaces of the house are very spacious, the area is quiet and easily accessible with numerous parking lots right in front of the entrance. Francesca was very helpful and friendly from the beginning. We are fully satisfied with this stay.

Very nice apartment with a large balcony, which offers enough space with two children. The location on the sea is top. We had ten super nice days.

We found the apartment well cleaned, modern and well-stocked decor (blankets, extra pillows,..). USB sockets, large, functional bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you need, also well furnished. There are two balconies, both of which can be eaten outside. There is a "lounge" area and two sun loungers on the terrace overlooking the sea. You can't help but feel on vacation. Ideal location for those who want to be not in the center, very quiet and the view is simply magnificent. The apartment is just a few minutes walk from the beach (both free beach and the possibility of renting sunbeds/umbrellas) and in about 15 minutes you can reach Procchio 8ristoranti/bar/grocery store). We were four adults, the spaces were functional. There are covered parking lots. Definitely recommended!

Before the lock, we received a short video showing where exactly to enter, which was very helpful. Spacious, well-decorated, super comfortable. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms were a big amenity. There were even 2 hair dryers:). The kitchen was well-equipped, although there were missing small items like wooden or plastic mixing spoons, corkscrew, and salt. There was a small problem with cooking on the pump, the full could only work 1 burner, the rest half power, but we made it :) Generally, we highly recommend it, because it was comfortable and quiet, and at the same time close to the harbor or shops.

The tower apartment was magnificent, a great view of the sea and into the green hills. Was there at the end of May, and there was a lot of wind. Due to the height 600 meters above 0 anyway, and the tower is on a hill... The terrace is not protected from the wind and therefore not always usable in spring. I'm sure it's wonderful in hotter temperatures in summer...

We had a great time, the apartment was comfortable, the location was beautiful. The swimming pool was perfect, clean en perfect temperature. There was WIFI, the connection was not always stable, but not problematic when you’re not watching films or videos. I would recommend when you are looking for a quiet holiday and going on a few daytrips here and there to Florence, Siena, Lucca and Volterra

Beautiful villa surrounded by vineyards and countryside. The nearby village of Panzano is so picturesque with lovely restaurants. I can also recommend visiting other Chianti towns and especially the market on a Saturday in Greve. The hosts Filippo and his father Carlo couldn't do enough for us and the communication was superb. The villa is so spacious and makes you feel right at home with comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen and a garden with a pool that's just the icing on the cake. It was very warm during our visit and the fans provided were very welcomed. Every room is also equipped with mosquito nets on the windows. We made use of the large BBQ a few nights and also had a lovely wine tasting one evening which I can highly recommend. We were very sad to leave Villa Reggine and hope to return one day. Grazie!

Beatrice, the owner was our contact. She was soooo helpful, friendly and responsive. The house was beautiful and super comfortable, with an amazing view- a jewel- and only 30-40 min drive from Florence.

Really beautiful place and beautiful surroundings. All communication went smoothly. Very clear instructions and descriptions sf amenities. The host will be in touch with you a few dsge before arrival and check in was super easy.

House as described, one hundred of Capoliveri are very close but at the same time a quiet and peaceful area, characterized by a series of villas. The first beaches are easily accessible in minutes. The house has a nice outdoor space, a large kitchen with everything you need, spacious rooms and large closets. I really recommend it, the only downside is the cost of cleaning, a little higher than the average.

Modern furnished and clean 2-room loft with a spacious terrace. This is equipped with two sun loungers, a table with four chairs and a cozy lounge – perfect for two to feel comfortable. The apartment is easy to find, but getting there requires some driving skill as the last 50 meters lead over a natural road. The center of Capoliveri is in about 10 minutes walking distance. In the neighborhood, there are often dogs that are outside during the day and sometimes also at night and make themselves noticeable accordingly. For animal-loving guests, this should not be a big problem, but it is good to know in advance if you prefer absolute tranquility.

We had a great week at the place. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. The view is unparalleled. Especially with a toddler, we felt very comfortable, as the house is away from traffic and there was plenty of space to play outdoors.
