Pablo is a warm and kind host. We like this little apartment a lot. A small playground right outside the door. A few restaurants within walking distance, some closed on weekends though. The bedroom is a little dark but not a bad thing for summer. It’s super cool. You don’t even need AC when it’s 33c outside.

The apartment is just like the photos. Communication is very fluid, the location is quiet, and we appreciate that. The neighbors are very friendly. If you're looking for something quieter and close to everything by car, this is the ideal place. Parking is a bit tricky, and it's hard to find a spot. We enjoyed the front garden.

Loved staying at Paula's place! Very quaint and cozy and she left treats out for our travelling dog, Frankie (which he absolutely loved). She also had great recommendations for parks to take Frankie for a walk

Only 40 minutes from Madrid. Perfect for disconnecting from the city and having a quiet weekend. The house is perfect and the pool is a plus. Guillermo is charming and provides you with all the information you need very quickly! Highly recommended!

We loved this place and had an incredible weekend! The pool was great, we used the barbecue, and the surrounding mountains and view of the lake are lovely.

the truth is that they have a very quiet beautiful house, a pity that the neighbors were in construction. Puia has been great, she gave us all the facilities I had available and very polite. That can't be better. If we go back to that area, we will go again.

We really enjoyed our stay. The location was excellent. We could walk from the main train station in 10 minutes and walk up into the centre easily. The flat had pretty much everything we needed and was comfortable. It was also so quiet. This was probably because it didn't have windows/a balcony which would have been nice, but it was actually still light due to the transparent front wall (not see-through!) and it was so lovely having a quiet, calm bolthole to go back to. The price was also reasonable given everywhere in Madrid seemed quite expensive. The owners were also great communicating with us. Thanks for having us 😀

The place is very functional and beautiful, you have a very beautiful view and Pilar was very helpful with all the details. We regret that the pool was not enabled, it was very hot and it looked very attractive to cool off.

Finding Carlo and Claudia's place was a Godsend. They went beyond the call of duty to help me in every way, and their beautiful apartment is perfect. The accommodation is as described, it is a spacious, comfortable house with a great garden that is a delight both for relaxing and for entertaining guests to spend a pleasant afternoon with the barbecue and pool. The service was always unbeatable, very attentive to what I might need and making sure that everything was perfect. The house has many amenities, TV, furniture, bathrooms, all kitchen utensils, you can arrive and settle in without needing anything. Without a doubt, the stay was worth it, I highly recommend it to those looking for a quiet, tidy place to spend a few pleasant days.

We enjoyed our stay. The apartment was clean, conveniently located near public transportation, and easy to access surrounding in madrid by car, because close to the highway. Communication regarding specific house facilities could be better. The sun curtains were stuck, and we had to open the window and pull them by hand, which was a bit dangerous from the 8th floor. Additionally, the air conditioning was off when we arrived, so the apartment was very hot. It would have been nice if the landlord had prepared a comfortable temperature in the studio beforehand.

We had an amazing stay at Rocio's place. The property was perfectly clean and the surroundings are very peaceful. The village is nice and has a lovely bakery and had everything we needed. Rocio was very responsive when we had questions, and resolved the minor issue we had quickly. I would highly recommend a stay here!

We were so lucky that we could find her accommodation and indeed enjoyed the stay for three nights. Everything was so clean, well organized, and she was always quite responsive and also very friendly. She even prepared some great toys and also swimming pool for our kids. We really appreciated her outstanding hospitality. Also, when I requested something which was not written in the Airbnb, she kindly agreed on my request. The location is nicely isolated from any noise outside, so that I can stay the garden for hours and fully relaxed. Also, this place is quite near to many restaurants and supermarkets at the center. Our family really loved the place and the host. We definitely recommend this fantastic opportunity for everyone :)

My group of friends and I had a spectacular weekend at Silvia's house. The house is amazing and has everything to enjoy without leaving it. I would like to point out that it has a lot of areas to gather and hang out, including a living room, a porch with a BBQ, a terrace, a pool area with its chill-out... Very cool! Great spacious apartment, amazing neighborhood/location, close to metro, great restaurants, groceries, bakeries. Carlos was a wonderful host, very responsive and helpful with suggestions. The apartment was so nice to return to after a long day, the living room/dining room were comfortable and inviting. The kitchen had everything we needed, washer/dryer was also appreciated. Beds and couch were all very comfortable. The balcony was perfect to enjoy your morning coffee/espresso. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a beautiful apartment, well decorated and in a wonderful location right next to Retiro Park. We stayed for a month and were sad to leave. It is a short walk to everything you might need, bakeries, food markets, laundry, pharmacies, shops, and, of course, this being Madrid, excellent restaurants and neighborhood bars. The metro was just a block away, and bus stops right around the corner. Gabi, is a wonderful host. Attentive to all our needs and inquiries. She and her partner not only remodeled this apartment with great detail to make it functional, but decorated it in great taste. They are architects! Thank-you, Gabi. Hope we can come back soon!

Despite the language barrier, we communicated very well with Maria who is a good person. His Migon studio is fully equipped, the bedding is very comfortable and the patio is very convenient for two people. We were able to park our car in the cul-de-sac without any problems, and go to the city center by bus 224 and subway lines 4 and 2. Everything was perfect, nothing to complain about. With in addition the friendly visits of the dog Kiro, very well behaved and the black and white cat. There is everything to be seduced. Go there without a second thought, and taste the sherry left in the refrigerator.
