Raffaela's place was just as described - quite spacious with 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a useful en suite wc/sink for one of the bedrooms. It's in the newer part of Carloforte just outside the old district, about 6-8 mins walk to cafes, restaurants and maybe a 10 min walk to catch the ferry back to Sardinia or nearby Calasetta. The kitchen was quite well equipped if you want to eat in, with a lovely outdoor eating place. There's no wi-fi or air con but the mobile service was pretty good. Overall, it's a good value, very convenient option if you want to stay on the lovely island of San Pietro. If you don't mind a bit of walking, it's somewhere you can stay without a car and use local buses or bike rental to get to some lovely beaches and beauty spots. Silvia, who took care of us, was very attentive and helpful. She immediately responded to all inquiries and was very helpful with tips on dining and nearby getaways. We visited Porto Paglia in May, which is off-season and were extremely satisfied. The whole neighborhood is full of magical paths for walks, blooming and scented nature, beautiful sunsets, and absolutely empty beaches. If someone is looking for a quiet and welcoming environment right by the sea, then in May this place is absolutely great. The place is well-equipped and clean. A private parking spot is a nice bonus. We loved Patrizia's place, it has everything you need for a pleasant stay, privacy and she is a wonderful host with great kindness and very available to help as much as possible. If we go back, we'll definitely stay with her again

We really enjoyed our stay! The location is perfect for visiting the beautiful beaches around. Our favorite was a small cave like beach close to Porto Pinetto. Our daughter enjoyed a lot the cats and chickens of the very nice neighbor lady.

We were warmly welcomed and immediately felt comfortable in this little paradise. The house has a large and well-equipped kitchen, a bedroom and a smaller room, as well as a small bathroom. Everything very clean and functional, but not so advantageous for people over 180 cm. The location right on the beach and so close to the water is priceless. Falling asleep and waking up to the sound of the sea, swimming, snorkeling, walking along the beach for hours, that's pure vacation. There is also a lot to explore in the area, as well as great restaurants, good shopping, everything great. Our highlight was certainly the visit of the dolphins on the first day, while we enjoyed our aperitif on the veranda, two animals frolicked in the bay, indescribable. We were there at the end of the season, the bars/cafes on the beach were already closed, there were hardly any people left. We returned home completely happy. THANK YOU Valentina and Enzo!

Lovely place, Alberto very quick in communication Beach a few steps from the house, for long stays it is the ideal place. Ten minutes from the ferries and the center. I would recommend it.

Dalia is an exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. This place is no ordinary place – it is a little paradise that immediately feels like home. The lovingly designed garden invites you to relax and lets you instantly forget everyday life. It's a place of peace and security where you just arrive. But what really makes this place special are Giovanni's parents, Francesca and Benjamino. They not only take great care of the property, but also treat their guests with genuine warmth. When our daughter suddenly got a high fever, they called a doctor without hesitation and then accompanied us to the hospital. They stayed by our side the whole time – with a matter-of-factness that deeply touched us. This place and these people are a gift – and they deserve the best rating you can give.

Andrea's house is in a strategic position to enjoy both the seafront and the many clubs and the upper part of the village with its beautiful and characteristic streets. Andrea, in addition to being super helpful, recommended places and beaches to visit and great places to relax with a good aperitif. She proved to be a great host. Too bad we didn't have more time for an aperitif together. Magnificent experience, Sant'Antioco and Carloforte absolutely to be toured and visited.

Super equipped freshly renovated house in a beautiful location in a pine grove and surrounded by landscaped garden. Fully equipped. Fully equipped for up to 6 people! There is a large brick grill and a wood-burning oven on the property. There is no oven in the kitchen itself. For this a large fridge with large separate freezer. By car or bike, Maladroxia, Coaquaddus and Cala Sapone, Turri as well as the other excursion destinations can be reached quickly. Many thanks to the host Veronica for her courteous manner and quick response to anything that could cause problems. It was a wonderful stay, except for the annoying mosquitoes and brakes. The apartment is spacious and bright with a spacious and comfortable terrace overlooking the salt pans. Extremely clean and equipped with everything you need. Central but quiet area, a location from which you can visit the center on foot but also move easily to the beaches and the rest of the island both by car and scooter. Federico was courteous and helpful both in terms of flexibility of schedules and in providing us with directions to places and restaurants worth checking out. A week-long stay in which we felt at home. Highly recommended

The apartment is restored with great care and attention to detail, in a evocative location in the center of Carloforte just a stone's throw from bars and shops. The owners are very helpful and attentive to every request. Highly recommended, we will definitely be back!

We had an amazing time going to the attractions around the island and definitely good to have a car. If you would’ve had to walk everywhere, the hills would’ve been a challenge for us 70+ year olds. Once we got ourselves to the waterfront, finding parking wasn’t too hard and we enjoyed our gelato and pizza.

We had a good experience with Andrea’s place and communication was great. Beds were comfortable and the location was ideal.
