Massimo is an exceptional Host! We encountered some problems unrelated to Massimo, and he was always available by email or in person on site. He is a warm, welcoming person who has only one obsession: Your comfort Thanks Massimo... because we had a great week in a quiet and superb environment. In April the sea is still cold but the landscapes are sumptuous, and the beach 70 m from the cottage is a little gem. Also go see the beaches on the Chia side... a real little paradise! This place is no ordinary place – it is a little paradise that immediately feels like home. The lovingly designed garden invites you to relax and lets you instantly forget everyday life. It's a place of peace and security where you just arrive. But what really makes this place special are Giovanni's parents, Francesca and Benjamino. They not only take great care of the property, but also treat their guests with genuine warmth. When our daughter suddenly got a high fever, they called a doctor without hesitation and then accompanied us to the hospital. They stayed by our side the whole time – with a matter-of-factness that deeply touched us. This place and these people are a gift – and they deserve the best rating you can give.

Cozy, well-equipped and very clean. Amazing views, beautiful area. Our stay in this apartment was really comfortable, we found everything we could need, just like at home. The surrounding area is worth seeing, both naturalistically and historically/culturally. The location is convenient, in the center of everything, within walking distance of all the places of interest.

We had a good experience with Andrea’s place and communication was great. Beds were comfortable and the location was ideal.

Lovely apartment, had lots of amenities and good facilities. Didn’t manage to make a coffee in the morning but if we had we would’ve been very glad for it. Fabrizio was very friendly and communicated clearly when checking us in even through the language barrier.

We were there as a family of four in the fall holidays. It was wonderfully quiet, relaxing and beautiful. The temperatures were always between 22 and 25 degrees, so still perfect for swimming in the sea and beach holidays. When we left, the weather got bad. It was a great stay. The villa is located directly above one of the most beautiful beaches in the region (we checked out some) it is a sandy beach very quiet and little noise and people. There is nothing missing for cooking inventory etc. Everything a family needs. A car is recommended as it is about 10–12 minutes by car from the nearest town of Sant Antioco. But by car everything is very easy to reach. A nice cafe with good cake, fine croissants and very good gelati is in the village 15 minutes by car and is called "Profumo di Caffe" We came back ultra-relaxed and thank Emylie Sergio and Riccardo very much for the hospitality and the welcome gift "Grazie per tutti" we'd be happy to come back.

Valentina's house is very well-located, access is easy. The area is very quiet while being close to the city center and shops. The location of the city makes it very easy to visit nearby tourist places especially the islands. The house is very well equipped, very neat with a lovely garden. We enjoyed being able to have our meals on the terrace. Being able to store the motorcycles in the yard was great too. Valentina's parents are very welcoming and friendly, the stay was very nice.

We had a pleasant stay at Augusto's place. We were warmly welcomed and he gave us lots of tips. He wanted to think along that we definitely took advantage of. Thank you so much Augusto for everything!

We stayed in this house from September 5th to 14th. Wonderful! For us the ideal situation: the apartment is on the ground floor of a villa in a settlement very close to the sea. The accommodation is very well maintained, spacious, well ventilated, with very enjoyable outdoor space, surrounded by pine forest. 200 meters away, crossing it, you get to a beach of large stones, with a low rocky bottom for a while, then a deeper step. It is ideal for those who want to stay away from the confusion and enjoy the sea (without disturbing additions). Along the coast there are beautiful walks towards the tower or towards Capo Sperone, meeting other sandy beaches. Beautiful and wild sea, the area (at least in September) is not at all crowded. Special thanks to Serena, her mother and little Edo for welcoming us as family, with a spontaneous and discreet presence, it seemed like we had known each other for a long time. Definitely a place of the heart to return to!

wonderful place and sea view in the heart of Carloforte!

Maria’s house is around 10 walking minutes to the center of carloforte and has a quite big garden. It is very quiet when we chill in the garden but also not so far away from the town center where all the restaurants and cafe are. There is a supermarket 5 minutes away. The house itself is very clean, spacious and is well decorated. My husband and I had a quite wonderful time while we are here. Maria and her husband picked us up when we arrived at Carloforte and brought us to her place and they were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend her place to couples or family who would like to enjoy a chill time at Carloforte.

Angelo had already contacted us in advance and sent us a detailed description of how to get there - so the place was quick and easy to find. Angelo was personally on site and welcomed us and showed us the place and explained everything. In addition, he gave us useful tips such as sights (stalactite caves), beautiful beaches, hikes, restaurants and shopping nearby. He is an active, environmentally conscious and future-oriented landlord who explained his plans to us regarding the conversion and redesign of his rental properties. He makes the required electricity and hot water with self-sufficient solar energy and is visibly converting the kitchens from the currently common gas stove to electric stoves or stovetops, which of course improves safety and energy consumption. Everything was as described and Angelo is for us the epitome of a customer-oriented, service-oriented and friendly landlord! Glad to come back!

Very good location, private suburb, the pool, a small restaurant and the appartment equipped with everything you can ever need. Definitely a gem in this region!

We stayed with two small children in the cottage for a week and felt very comfortable. It was quiet and especially the pool we enjoyed very much. Positive to mention is the outdoor shower that allows you to keep the sand out of the living rooms. The dunes are in walking distance and fantastically beautiful.

Dalia is an exquisite and kind person. The apartment is a relaxing place with a beautiful view from the terrace, especially out of season, on an island that is a real gem. We spent a few days of our honeymoon there and honestly it was never so worth it, we hope to be able to return. Super lovely and accommodating hosts. Very nice decor. Great house with everything you need for a relaxing vacation. We always felt safe in the apartment complex. We were very warmly welcomed by Simonetta and Francesco. They gave us good tips for exploring the area around Nebida. Five unforgettable days. We can recommend the hosts and the place without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our stay at Francesco's place. We didn't meet the host, but he was available on the phone and very helpful if we needed it. We stayed for 10 days with 2 young children, the space was perfect for them. The pool is shared but we always had it to ourselves. There's a lovely beach within 10mins drive that was great for kids. We really appreciated being able to use the beach umbrellas, cool bags and toys. We'd definitely stay here again!
