Vacation rentals with beach access in San Pietro Island

Annalisa was an extremely friendly, committed and flexible hostess who accommodated us more than once. We had a relaxing break in Calasetta during the off-season. The apartment was equipped with the most important things. The only thing that bothered us was the bed, which squeaked and was a little too soft for our taste. Otherwise, we had a wonderful vacation. The bay in Calasetta was beautiful and the village looked like a picturesque sleepy fishing village in mid-September. Our tips: Spiaggia Coaquaddus and Spiaggia le Saline. Great stay! The place is big and clean, the patio is definitely a plus. The location is excellent as you are in the center of town, but in a quiet area, and 5 minutes walking from a beautiful beach (Sottotorre). The host was responsive and friendly! Definitely recommended!

We had a wonderful week at this great house. Everything was perfect. The house was clean, well equipped and 100% matched the pictures and description. In addition, the location could not be better: There are several fantastic beaches (both wild beaches and tourist beaches with sun loungers/restaurants/bars) with white sand and turquoise blue, clean water, great pine forests and small authentic shops with local products as well as good restaurants - and all within walking distance of the house. In the house itself, you also enjoy absolute tranquility and, above all, the unobstructed view from the roof terrace over the pine forests to the sea is simply unforgettable. Stefan is the perfect host: super friendly, accommodating and always available for questions and great tips. Thank you for everything - we will definitely be back!

the apartment is just like in the photos at the top of the slope. So remote and quiet. Only those who are good on foot can also go to the wide beach without a car. The nearby village of Sant Anna Arresi is small but nice, with shopping and restaurants.

It is a very good place to stay in this part of Sardinia. And as the flat is in the basement, even in hot days it is pleasant enough, we did not need to use air-condition. The flat is quite big and comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. The owners were very nice and helpful with their tips. I would be happy to return there and see some other parts of the beautiful island.

We had a wonderful relaxing week in Carloforte, and wished that we stayed longer on this lovely peaceful island. Luisa is a fantastic host, as well as her husband Dino. Very spacious house furnished with care and equipped with every comfort for a very pleasant stay. The large terrace with sea view is very nice, with a huge table for eating and equipped with sun loungers and armchairs for sunbathing or relaxing with a view of the island of San Pietro. Very convenient covered parking space on the property. Portoscuso is a small town but there are restaurants, two large supermarkets, an excellent ice cream shop and some shops. In ten days we visited the beautiful beaches of the area reaching Piscinas, Porto Flavia, the islands of Sant'Antioco and San Pietro, the city of Iglesias. Sulcis was a beautiful discovery; to be recommended. Paola welcomed us very warmly, also available to give us flexibility in arrival and departure times.

Massimo is super nice and accommodating. He was always available and quick to respond. Everything is very straightforward. Location is quiet. The place has everything you need and has plenty of space. We were there with 4 adults and 5 kids and the space was completely adequate. We enjoyed using the spacious barbecue. There are outdoor showers and a private pool. There is also enough space for the kids to play outside in the garden. The nearest small beach is within walking distance. A slightly larger beach with beach bar is available in Porto Pino, about 5 minutes by car. We loved it. Clear recommendation 🥰

We were warmly welcomed by Stefania, she was very attentive with us according to the Sardinian custom. The house is beautiful with all the comforts: vast garden shaded by rich vegetation ( the photos do not capture the large space around the villa and the simple and comfortable good taste with which is decorated inside ) a long clean and uncrowded beach is within a few minutes walk, you can go in a swimsuit! Carloforte, the charming village is a short mile away. Very concerned about their environment, the inhabitants of the island of San Pietro are very attentive to the risks of pollution.

Sonia was immediately available and ready to answer my questions Sonia's mother welcomed us and was a real treasure The house is adorable, spacious and cool, very clean indoor spaces, and practical and comfortable outdoor spaces, especially the outdoor shower to be done when you return from the sea with children The private beach is a small corner of paradise within a 5-minute walk The landscape is beautiful, quiet and with a fantastic Mediterranean scrub of a fantastic outline We will be back soon because we really rested, we had a pleasant vacation

Beautiful accommodation with 2 large terraces and a location close to the sea, 50 m from the sea and 150 m from the beach... very clean accommodation with very good quality bedding... beach amenities available to guests. Luca is very accommodating and very responsive. The residence is located about 500 m away. of the center with access by steps, small very quiet city...

We had an amazing time at Claudia’s place. The location is very unique: it’s very quiet, close to the beach and stunning viewpoints can be reached within short, pleasant hikes. The house was very clean, exuding a natural charm and character. We immediately fell in love with it. Claudia was a great host and always reachable to answer our questions, esp. regarding the island’s rules for garbage collection, which can get a bit complicated esp. for non-Italian speakers. We can’t wait to be back - thank you, Claudia!

I never met Patrizia in person, but she responded quickly to questions and problems. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the view was fantastically beautiful. There are beautiful beaches nearby. The accommodation is quite remote and a vehicle is highly recommended. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things to cook yourself. Had problems with the Wi-Fi, but Patrizia responded quickly and made it work again. Thank you Patrizia!

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area—there’s so much to see, and having your own transport makes it easy to get around. Marina and Enrico were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

I stayed 4 nights in this beautiful apartment, well cared for in the smallest details by Federica, an impeccable host who provided us with very precise instructions to carry out self-check-in in just a few minutes, without time limits. The apartment is clean and well furnished, just as shown in the photos. The area is also perfect for easily visiting the island of San Pietro considering that the ferry departure is just a stone's throw from the house.

The apartment is cozy and functional. It is located in a strategic area of the country near the port and main amenities within walking distance. Very well cared for, clean and with everything you need. The owner is courteous, kind and never intrusive. I recommend it!

Great location to explore the beaches in the area! Spacious parking, in the summer months there is also a market in the structure that has become very useful to us. Barbara was very helpful in meeting our requests and answering questions we had. Recommended!
