Location perfectly fit the description. Casa di Luca is set in a small oasis with perfectly curated greenery enriched by a large pool. The distance from the sea is not a problem thanks to the presence of a large parking lot near the beaches. Thank you Luca for your kindness and availability. Recommended location for those looking for a little tranquility just a stone's throw from a dream sea.

The apartment at the end of the center of buggeru was very bright, friendly, clean and lovingly furnished. On foot you are in the city center in 5 min with supermarket, great bars and restaurants, a market hall and some restaurants. In 10-15 minutes you are at the harbor and the city beach. There is a lot to discover in the area and the village of buggeru is very nice and typical Sardinian. A few minutes away by car lies the fantastic bay of Cala domestica and the popular beach of san nicolo and much more. Silvia's mom lives in the ground floor apartment and is an incredibly lovely woman, we loved her. It smelled like delicious food and even let us taste her delicacies. She gave us valuable tips for things to do and restaurants, she was always available. We had a wonderful week with three of us in the apartment and would have liked to have longer.

A beautiful house, very clean and tastefully furnished. Outdoor space is very comfortable. We are a family with two children aged 9 and 6 and for our needs it turned out to be a perfect choice. The location is excellent, secluded but very close to all the beaches in the area and in addition it is a stone's throw from the French Beach, which is definitely one of the most beautiful in Porto Pino (a real natural pool). The owner, Massimo, is a very kind person and above all an available and discreet host. Definitely a choice to recommend to fully enjoy the wonderful area of Porto Pino!

The apartment is very nice, located in a good location, parking space not reserved but easy parking just outside the gate, ventilated area, we only turned on the air conditioner for 1 hour. Since everything was perfect, we tried to reciprocate by leaving the premises clean as we found them (except for the separate collection that the host kindly brought to the municipal collection point when we left.

Very nice apartment, perfectly equipped, nice terrace, very useful parking space! A few steps from the center, a few steps from the waterfront. Michele is a nice and very helpful host. We recommend him!

Wonderful accommodation and in a strategic position, a stone's throw from the beach, and close to supermarkets, newsstand and restaurants in the country. The apartment is complete with all the services to make your stay comfortable and carefree. To this I have to add the attention of Marta and Silvia who immediately took care to make us feel at home, worrying that we had all the information and services to make us spend a peaceful vacation. Really good and attentive.

We had a really good time. The apartment is suitable for a couple with two girls, it is spacious and airy. The center of Iglesias is easily accessible, even on foot, and is a very lively town. The house is about 15 minutes from Plagemesu beach but you can also reach other beautiful beaches that Brunella will definitely recommend.

The accommodation more than met expectations: clean, quiet area, space needed for our sports equipment, terrace overlooking the sea. Mr. Bruno and his wife Marisa were welcoming and helpful, flexible with arrival and departure times, showed us the best beaches in the area and took the time to answer our questions. During our stay we had a problem, Davide and Bruno were available even late and quick to resolve it. It was a wonderful week!

Small apartment in the center of the island of Sant'Antioco with sea views and surrounded by a nice view. Some misunderstanding during the stay about the operation of some services in the villa, but clarified immediately thanks to the great generosity and courtesy of the owner's parents and from herself. We had a great little vacation, everything we wanted

We had to book the place at very short notice and the host was accordingly very spontaneous for us and prepared the place very quickly and flawlessly. Overall, we felt very comfortable all around. Communication was prompt, kind, and helpful. We would come back. Nebida is a great starting point for hiking or climbing. The beach is a few minutes' drive away and there are a few restaurants.

Raffaele is a very enjoyable and committed host. His passion for the well furnished house and the woundably well-kept garden will be noticeable and visible on site from the first few minutes. We'd love to come back anytime!!!

Sabrina was immediately very helpful. The place is quiet and very central. Beautiful patio where you can enjoy moments of relaxation. Unique but spacious indoor space. It may be functional to put a few extra hangers and shelf, but overall nothing was missing. The front door is sometimes a little difficult to close, but absolutely doable. The house, in the center of Calasetta, is comfortable and functional and allows you to move around on foot and enjoy moments of absolute tranquility. A few minutes' walk from the beautiful beach of Sottotorre. I highly recommend this place for an unforgettable holiday.

A small secluded house in the countryside near Carloforte. The flamingos can be seen almost from home, the cars that pass on the provincial road about 1 km away, instead, are only a very light or null echo. At night the silence and the stars. Tastefully furnished and very clean, Elisabetta's house is perfect for beach vacations with children who should still be taken to the sea by car (no need to walk or bike because of hot and quality of the dirt roads, although maybe with a mountain bike without small children you can have fun...) The location is perfect: two minutes from the village, 5 minutes from the beautiful beaches of the east coast, 10 minutes from the Caletta exposed to Maestrale. Finally, it should be said that it is a rustic environment: barbecue grill, sofas on the porch, attic with solid wood floors, well, sprigs, outdoor shower (but also indoors, in a new and warm cabin, if you really want). In short, a very different experience from city life.

We are in the countryside. the accommodation is simple but very functional. The outdoor kitchen, the large terrace and the barbecue at the top. With the large garden, you feel very comfortable. Ideal for our 4-legged companions. The central position is never too far from many sites and beaches. The village offers full amenities. Isaco very responsive in advance (we didn't need to ask him during the stay). Small tip to access the accommodation, you have to exit the main road at the terminal km VII / 74. We recommend it.

We were lucky to find a place this nice just when the season was ending. Clara was very communicative and flexible and even gave us tips about the area. There were some extra costs we weren’t aware of upfront, however, these costs are similar all around Sardinia and I believe Clara will add them to the description. It was a pleasure to be one of the first guests of this apartment and I would recommend!

This place was exactly what we needed. Away from crowd and with some beautiful beaches around, reached by car. The house had a lots of kids toys and all the equipment for the beach. We also borrowed a trolley to take everything to the beach, including little folding chairs. Amazing! Thank you Silvia and Fausto

fantastic place! exactly as described, really clean and spacious, only 5 mins walk from the centre of Carloforte. Valentina was a really helpful and responsive host, and we had a wonderful one-week stay here. Thoroughly recommend!

This place was perfect for us, very well equipped, perfectly clean and peaceful. Maurizio and Nil were great hosts, the fact that they were both polyglot was very appreciated and they gave us very good recommendations on nearby activities and restaurants. The accommodation is located a few minutes walk to a quiet beach and it is possible to continue the walk along the coast which is very beautiful. The city of Portoscuso is well located for visiting the South of Sardinia, including the islands of Sant' Antioco and San Pietro (ferry departure 5 min away). I would definitely recommend this property.

Good stay, comfortable accommodation, great location and easy to access. The host was very nice and responsive, communication was very easy. The only disadvantage is that there is only one window and it is on the front door.
