Great stay! The place is big and clean, the patio is definitely a plus. The location is excellent as you are in the center of town, but in a quiet area, and 5 minutes walking from a beautiful beach (Sottotorre). The host was responsive and friendly! Definitely recommended!

you spend two weeks on vacation in Calasetta in this apartment located inside a very nice, clean Residence. The apartment is located a few meters from Sotto Torre beach and a few kilometers from the other beaches of the island. Roberta is a wonderful and helpful person to ask for all the information possible and always available for every occasion. Two beautiful weeks, I would go back.

The accommodation was perfect. Everything was very well cared for in detail, clean, spacious, air conditioning in all rooms. The terrace at the entrance was very comfortable and very nice and the solarium is a show to enjoy the cool in the evening! The accommodation is in the heart of the village, the car is not necessary since on foot you can reach all the shops: supermarkets, pharmacy, post office, bars, restaurants, etc. You can walk in 10 minutes to the village beach, beautiful, the rocks and the port. Highly recommended!!!

Silvia, who took care of us, was very attentive and helpful. She immediately responded to all inquiries and was very helpful with tips on dining and nearby getaways. We visited Porto Paglia in May, which is off-season and were extremely satisfied. The whole neighborhood is full of magical paths for walks, blooming and scented nature, beautiful sunsets, and absolutely empty beaches. If someone is looking for a quiet and welcoming environment right by the sea, then in May this place is absolutely great. The place is well-equipped and clean. A private parking spot is a nice bonus. The place was great. I liked the large bedroom with a view of the sea best. The place offers everything you need. Personally, I was just missing an oven - but that's a habit :) It was totally nice to have breakfast on the terrace and have the sea in front of the door or just sunbathe there or end the evening relaxed. I enjoyed it there and would go there again:)

I was with my husband in Carlotta's apartment. We enjoyed it very much. It was very clean and the furnishings and decor gave a homey feeling. The place is very nice, but quiet. We chose it because of the ferry connection to San Pietro, as we wanted to go there several times and also did. San Pietro is also worth a visit. Should we visit Sardinia again, we would book with Carlotta again without thinking. The contact with her was always friendly and helpful. She is interested in her guests and also asks if everything is OK. You can't take better care of your guests.

A functional apartment well equipped except the oven, very clean… beautiful room… which overlooks a nice private garden and a courtyard with garden table… pleasant environment… Giorgio has attention to detail… everything is perfect. A base for visiting the islands… because the village is not very attractive.

Very large accommodation, high ceilings which is very nice! On the first floor the bedrooms, kitchen and bathroom are spacious and served by a long corridor. Special mention for the second floor with the dining room, living room and huge and so nice terrace. We were there at the end of October and we were able to make the most of it!
