Beachfront vacation rentals in Carloforte

We stayed in the house for 5 nights with two children and a dog and felt very comfortable. Despite the wind and weather, the terrace is a good place to eat and linger. We had our bikes with us and were able to explore the surrounding beaches well. Also worth mentioning are the comfortable beds and the beautiful bathroom. Overall, a very good mix of old and new!

Great place for a long weekend or week. Close to beach. Dramatic hiking. Both walkable. Good restaurants but need a car for that. Comfortable beds. Everything worked. I e were there off season. It may be busier in summer.

Perfect stay! Chiara and Livio were impeccable hosts: very kind, always available and with very quick responses. The house is really nice, very comfortable and, to my great surprise, much bigger and more spacious than it looked in the photos (it's usually the opposite!). Very clean, cared for in every detail and complete with everything you need to feel right at home. An excellent experience in every aspect. Highly recommended!

Clean, spacious, quiet, clear and bright apartment. The rooftop terrace,facing East , is a plus to have breakfast in the sun with sea views and on the boats of the small port. The location is ideal, close to the city center for shops and restaurants . Host accommodating for check-in times. Enjoy your stay!

I never met Patrizia in person, but she responded quickly to questions and problems. The check-in instructions were clear and detailed. The place was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was quiet and the view was fantastically beautiful. There are beautiful beaches nearby. The accommodation is quite remote and a vehicle is highly recommended. The kitchen is equipped with the most important things to cook yourself. Had problems with the Wi-Fi, but Patrizia responded quickly and made it work again. Thank you Patrizia!

Cristiana's apartment is located in a very nice residence with sea views and only a few minutes from the sea directly on Cala Grotta. In the apartment we found very helpful information about the most beautiful beaches and restaurant tips (my recommendation Due Fratelli Sant' Antioco). It was very advantageous that the sensational seawater infinity pool (end of September) was still open. So we were always able to swim even in heavy seas. The residence is the ideal base for exploring the jewel of Sant' Antioco. Cristiana was always there for us and responded immediately to inquiries. Grazie Cristiana

We had a fantastic stay! The apartment was exactly as described—very clean, nicely decorated, and fully equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable holiday. I highly recommend renting a car if you want to explore the area—there’s so much to see, and having your own transport makes it easy to get around. Marina and Enrico were incredibly kind and helpful, always available if we needed anything, and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely stay here again—highly recommended!

Upon arrival in Carloforte we were greeted by Marinella, who accompanied us to the house, she was very kind and very helpful. The house matches the description perfectly, it is equipped with everything, we appreciated the outdoor spaces very much, in general all the rooms are very warm and cozy as a real house! The outdoor space also offers a barbecue and the pool is perfect for relaxing at sunset after a day at the beach. Everything was perfect for us!!

We had a fantastic stay at Massimilianos place. There was always a quick response to our questions both before and during our stay, which was very reassuring. We were received at the ports and guided all the way to the apartment. The apartment was incredibly cozy and everything was nice and clean. Only challenge: There wasn't much to buy on the island and the restaurant wasn't very good, so everything has to be brought to the island. We enjoyed our holiday and can only give our best recommendations.

The apartment and setting are beautiful, and it is very quiet. Kitchen amenities are slightly limited compared to the overall standard of the apartment. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was broken when we arrived, during a very hot period. The host sought solutions, and we were ultimately compensated for this inconvenience. We'll be happy to go back if the air conditioning is working. 😉

I stayed 4 nights in this beautiful apartment, well cared for in the smallest details by Federica, an impeccable host who provided us with very precise instructions to carry out self-check-in in just a few minutes, without time limits. The apartment is clean and well furnished, just as shown in the photos. The area is also perfect for easily visiting the island of San Pietro considering that the ferry departure is just a stone's throw from the house.

Our stay at Oscar's has been our best Airbnb experience so far. If you're thinking about staying at Oscar's do it! His place is a home away from home. Waking up to the sound of the waves was so relaxing. We stayed during the off season so the pool and bar weren't open. However, we enjoyed the private beach with the beach chairs and umbrella. The nearest town is around 10 mins and there's a lovely Italian restaurant (Trattoria Da Gianni) just down the road. We enjoyed using the kitchen to cook numerous meals. The kitchen is fully stocked and has an induction stove. Oscar was readily available for any questions, concerns or recommendations. Our first night we arrived late and he greeted us with food since we had little options for dinner. Oscars hospitality was greatly appreciated and won't be forgotten. We hope to visit again soon! The Vacca family's house is very spacious. The highlight is the terrace and the dining room on the top floor. Everything is very clean. The kitchen is well-equipped. We'll be happy to come back.

This place is absolutely unique in its placement directly at the sea, walking distance to the little but curiously wonderful town of Carloforte and the minimal but comfortable style inside the house. I have not seen any house in Sardignia so close to the see: You can almost jump inside from the kitchen window!

The apartment is spacious and the view of the harbor and the sea beautiful. We were able to enjoy the sunset every night! The two terraces are very pleasant. We arrived on Easter Weekend and many restaurants and shops were closed. For breakfast, after offering to take it on site we had to manage. We were given an address not far from the apartment but it was closed. Luckily there were other open places on Postoscuso.
