Pedro ist der aufmerksamste Gastgeber den man sich vorstellen kann. Er ist super freundlich, die Unterkunft super gemütlich. Alles bestens!

Nettes Haus für einen entspannten Urlaub Wir haben das gemütliche Haus mit 4 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern für 2 Wochen gemietet und es hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt hier. Die Küche ist etwas klein für 4 Personen, bietet aber alles was man braucht. Wer gerne kocht, sollte scharfe Messer mitbringen. Es gibt nur 1 Bad, was für eine Familie ausreichend ist. Zum Glück gibt es 2 Toiletten für 4 Erwachsene ;) Die Lage des Hauses in der Gated Community ist sehr ruhig und entspannt. Der Pool ist nah am Haus. Alle Ziele in der Gegend sind gut zu erreichen (La Zenia Boulevard, Strand, Supermärkte). Der Check-In und die Kommunikation waren sehr freundlich und total flexibel, was uns die An-und Abreise erleichtert hat. Ich würde das Haus bei einem nächsten Urlaub auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

We spotted this place online in an area we wanted to explore. During the booking process and check in Hilmar was fantastic.He gave clear and helpful advice and offered a shuttle service(for a small fee) from the airport (which we accepted) we arrived at Alicante and after a few messages were picked up and taken to La Mata to the accommodation. The accommodation is beautiful and just what we needed...there is a communal pool on site and shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The beach is a picturesque walk through woodland and across a boardwalk (10-15 mins) The whole stay and travel process was amazing but I must point out Hilmar is the best host I have ever encountered... Dont hesitate to book this place it's just fantastic. Thanks Hilmar &Katherina

Stedet var enda bedre enn på bildene! Det var ordentlig hjemmekoselig 😊 God beliggenhet i forhold til det meste, har man bil er det ikke langt unna til havet, andre byer og severdigheter.

La casita de Aurelio es una muy buena opción para pasar unos días en pareja. La casita tiene de todo, es super practica y su ubicación es excelente por la tranquilidad y paz, cosa muy importante para nosotros, fuera del bullicio. Te sentirás como en casa!!!! Os la recomendamos! 😍 ah! Y Aurelio es super comunicativo, atento y amable. Todo perfecto!!!

apartamento muy cómodo, desde el primer día nos sentimos como en nuestra propia casa. Hay que destacar que tiene de todo, un paquete entero de rollos de papel higiénico, jabón de cuerpo sanex entero, aceite, sal, azúcar, café... Un alojamiento muy completo.

Le séjour a été fabuleux! La maison est comme la description. Très confortable, tout était très propre , il nous manquait de rien comle on est chez nous, tout était soigné dans les moindres détails. Pas loin de la plage et excellent emplacement pour visiter d'autres endroits . Lorena, l'hôte est disponible et sympathique. On ne peut pas dire qu'excellent séjour qu'on a passé. Pobyt w apartamencie w Alicante był bardzo fajny.Mieszkanie było komfortowe. Najbardziej podobało nam się piękne patio, idealne na poranne śniadania i wieczorny relaks. Basen był świetnie utrzymany, duży ale woda dość zimna chodź znaleźli się śmiałkowie którzy się kąpali. Lokalizacja również na plus, blisko plaży , sklepu i restauracji. Gospodarz bardzo pomocny , komunikatywny i elastyczny. Zdecydowanie polecamy i chętnie wrócimy!”

Hemos pasado unos días perfectos, la ubicación es buenísima ya que teniendo coche estás a 40 min tanto de Alicante, como de Cartagena y Murcia, así que hemos podido hacer excursiones. Los vecinos son súper amables y respetuosos. La piscina estaba limpia y la casa tenía todas las comodidades. Han sido unas vacaciones perfectas. Ojalá podamos volver el próximo año.

Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Alles, was wir brauchten, war da. Wir hatten ein Problem mit dem Wasserboiler und Pascual hat sich sofort darum gekümmert.Super! Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und danken Pascual sehr für die Gastfreundschaft und das Willkommens-Geschenk im Kühlschrank💐Sehr empfehlenswert, wir würden gerne wieder kommen.

Una casa maravillosa en la que mis hijas han disfrutado muchísimo. Repetiremos sin duda! Muchas gracias a Pedro por su atención y disposición, no nos faltó de nada.

Alt i alt et super dejligt hus i et dejligt stille område. Nogen vil måske synes, at det er FOR stille, men efter en dag i de lidt større omkringliggende badebyer, så er det dejligt med lidt ro. Der er sikker parkering på grunden med en låge (bilen må bare ikke være for lang), og poolen er meget stor så der var altid plads til os. Vi savnede dog noget solafskærmning på tagterrassen. Der er meget varmt deroppe i juli/august, og der var godt nok en parasol. Men den kunne kun slås op få steder på terrassen på grund af en gammel defekt pergola, som stod i vejen. Den burde erstattes af en ny pergola, så ville tagterrassen kunne bruges i dagtimerne også. Alternativt er der også en dejlig have med mulighed for skygge, så det gik alligevel. Ellers var alt supergodt. Scott og Francisco er utroligt flinke og hurtige til at svare. Klar anbefalinger herfra 🙂👍👍

A great spot! This was the perfect retreat, lovely pool, sunbeds and nice restaurants and bars around the area it was good to get to with a bike you can borrow if you don’t have a car. A golf resort with a restaurant and Paul was great in answering any questions I had! Interested in coming again for sure

Estupendo adosado al que no le falta nada, en un entorno precioso y tranquilo, a un paso de la playa. Perfecto para unos días de descanso y desconexión. El anfitrión es súper atento y amable, nos esperaba para la entrega de las llaves y explicarnos el funcionamiento de todo, pendiente que estuviéramos bien en todo momento. Hemos estado como en casa, esperamos volver… Gracias por todo.

El alojamiento de Martina es tal y como se describe en el anuncio. A nuestra llegada, la casa estaba muy limpia y ordenada. El entorno es muy tranquilo y seguro, están pasando a menudo las personas encargadas de la seguridad. La piscina de la urbanización está cerca del alojamiento. Se puede aparcar enfrente de casa. A destacar la atención de Lisa, que fue muy amable y agradable al recibirnos. Nos explicó el funcionamiento de la casa y recomendó sitios a los que ir. Recomendable 100%.
