We spotted this place online in an area we wanted to explore. During the booking process and check in Hilmar was fantastic.He gave clear and helpful advice and offered a shuttle service(for a small fee) from the airport (which we accepted) we arrived at Alicante and after a few messages were picked up and taken to La Mata to the accommodation. The accommodation is beautiful and just what we needed...there is a communal pool on site and shops and restaurants within a 10 minute walk. The beach is a picturesque walk through woodland and across a boardwalk (10-15 mins) The whole stay and travel process was amazing but I must point out Hilmar is the best host I have ever encountered... Dont hesitate to book this place it's just fantastic. Thanks Hilmar &Katherina

The place was even better than the photos! It was really homely 😊 Good location in relation to most things, if you have a car it is not far away to the sea, other cities and sights.

Aurelio's house is a great option to spend a few days as a couple. The house has everything, it is super practical and its location is excellent for tranquility and peace, which is very important for us, away from the hustle and bustle. You will feel right at home! We recommend it😍! And Aurelio is super communicative, attentive and kind. Everything was perfect!!!

I spent 2 months in this wonderful home during the winter of 2024. I think it has everything I wanted to make me feel at home. I was happy to find good matrasses in the house. I find that very important. The urbanization is quiet but not extremely appealing. Perfect for spending time in Spain while I was working. The host is very kind, very responsive and helpful. I hope to return next winter

We felt super comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We had an issue with the water heater and Pascual took care of it right away. Super! All in all, a super nice house in a nice quiet area. Someone may think it's TOO quiet, but after a day in the slightly larger surrounding seaside resorts, it's nice to have some quiet time. There is safe parking on the property with a gate (the car just can't be too long), and the pool is very large so there was always room for us. However, we missed some sunshades on the rooftop. It's very hot up there in July/August, and there was an umbrella. But it could only be listed few places on the terrace because of an old defective pergola, which stood in the way. It should be replaced by a new pergola, so the rooftop could be used during the daytime as well. Alternatively, there is also a lovely garden with the possibility of shade, so it went anyway. Otherwise, everything was super good. Scott and Francisco are incredibly nice and quick to respond. Clear recommendations from here 🙂👍👍

A great spot! This was the perfect retreat, lovely pool, sunbeds and nice restaurants and bars around the area it was good to get to with a bike you can borrow if you don’t have a car. A golf resort with a restaurant and Paul was great in answering any questions I had! Interested in coming again for sure

Great townhouse that is not missing anything, in a beautiful and quiet environment, a short walk from the beach. Perfect for a few days of rest and disconnection. The host is super attentive and friendly, he was waiting for us to give us the keys and explain the operation of everything, pending that we were fine at all times. We were at home, we hope to return… Thank you for everything.

Lovely peaceful road, stones throw from the pool. Property had everything you could need and Matthew was very responsive and helpful with anything I required. Would definitely stay again!
