Silvia fue siempre muy atenta, tuvimos un percance en la aerolínea y fue muy comprensiva y se pudo arreglar la situación del hospedaje. El personal muy atento y amable, la comida del restaurante muy deliciosa. Excelentes anfitriones que demuestran la calidez y amabilidad que caracteriza a Costa Rica. El hotel está muy céntrico y cercano a la zona de museos que son de lo mejor, a dos calles del mercado de artesanías donde pueden encontrar souvenirs a precios justos. Muy agradecidas por sus atenciones

I had a one day layover in Costa Rica at the end of a really long journey and this place completely restored me! I arrived late at night using the completely wonderful airport collection service which saved me from being alone at night in the city and was not made to feel inconvenient in any way. The bed was comfortable, the shower warm, the breakfast delicious, and the garden perfect for a little rest before ny onward flight. I walked to the museum and cathedral without any problems and would recommend this stay to anyone! thank you!!

For me, I was grateful; the other Airbnb I had reserved ended up having the wrong location published, so I had to book this last minute, around 8pm. I was just there for a night, but the place had a cool, very old Victorian house-style vibe. Creaky old wood floors and really tall ceilings. My room was crazy large, but it was also a handicapped room, which should be plenty large. PARKING: So they do have their own parking lot attached to the hotel, but if you arrive at night, it is locked down. So you have to go to the front desk and they have a clicker to open it. So if you park at the hotel entrance, which is on a one-way street and not really a pull-over spot but not busy so if it's late a quick stop is probably fine (cars can get around you), the garage is at least 4 car lengths before the hotel, so be smarter than me so you don't have to go around or reverse down a one-way to get in the garage. Props to the front desk agent, responsive and friendly!!
