Kid-friendly vacation rentals in San Pancho

Our family had an incredible stay at Abraham’s Airbnb in San Pancho. The location was absolutely beautiful, offering the perfect mix of tranquility and charm. The home was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped for our needs. What truly made our stay exceptional was Abraham’s hospitality—he went above and beyond to accommodate us, making sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our time. His local recommendations were spot on, and his kindness made us feel truly welcome. We highly recommend staying here and would love to return!

We spent 5 relaxing and peaceful nights at this lovely well appointed home. The pool and garden were standouts. First time in Lo de Marcos. Very laid back and rustic town with stunning beach. Location was great for exploring other Narayit beach towns. Being pet friendly a plus.

La casa es súper cómoda y estaba reluciente. Kenia estuvo al pendiente de nuestra llegada, nos atendieron muy amablemente en todo momento. Aunque la casa no tiene estacionamiento, todo el tiempo hubo donde estacionar nuestro coche. La zona es bonita y se siente seguro.

This is a beautiful casita, super clean and situated in tropical garden. Some rooster sounds from next door but this is just a part of San Pancho!

Casa Chucho is the best. This was our first time in San Pancho...it definitely will not be our last. If you're familiar with San Pancho, none of this is a surprise. If not, worth noting a few great things. Casa Chucho is literally 90 secs from the beach. We'd depart at 7:05 to reach the beach at 7:07 to watch the sunset. Casa Chucho is also quite literally in the heart of the restaurant row of San Pancho...the main drag. This is absolutely a plus, but know that you will have live music and DJ sounds into the evening. Casa Chucho provides sound machines which definitely help. They music doesn't go too late. The home itself is impeccable. Was clear to my design-minded wife that a lot of time, cost and attention was paid to everything. The beds are comfortable, design is functional and stylish, and the kitchen is well stocked. During our time, the hot tub was out of order, which was a disappointment...which meant the back was unavailable. We loved Casa Chucho.

Beautiful property with classic charm and lush gardens. We felt we were in our own private oasis. The rooms were well appointed, comfortable, clean, and pretty. Bring earplugs. The roosters start early and are relentless!

Habernos hospedado en Villa Iguana fue la mejor desicion que pudimos tomar ya que es una villa tranquila excelente para el descanso, a solo 4 calles de la playa y 2 de donde comienzan los bares y restaurants. Esta villa es fantástica para ir con familia y niños ya que la alberca es muy amplia y limpia, el jardín es grande y las mesas y la parrilla en la terraza son excelentes para la carne asada, juegos de mesa y platicar todo el día mientras se observa a los niños jugar. Los camastros en el area de alberca son ideales para el descanso y poder leer. Los visitantes deben de saber en que el Mar es muy agresivo en San Pancho y solo en algunas ocasiones se puede nadar, es por eso que la alberca en la villa es un gran acierto. La puesta del sol en San Pancho es espectacular y todo el mundo debería de ir a verla antes de ir a cenar. Vicky es una excelente anfitriona que siempre está al pendiente para resolver cualquier duda. La casa está muy limpia y en óptimas condiciones. Gracias!

This place was so beautiful! Perfect location more quiet from the buzz, but only a few minutes walking from all restaurants & co! The owner was so nice, super responsive and helpful too. I broke a glass in the room and told her and they were so sweet and understanding. Would definitely book this place again if I stay in Sayulita! THANK YOU!

This spot was so perfect for our stay. Super close to the beach so nice and easy to take our surf boards back and forth, but also very close to great restaurants, coffee spots and yoga. Super comfy spot for two, exactly as described. Easy to access and Boyd was super easy to reach with any questions we had. Would love to stay again ☺️

We LOVED our stay at Atalia’s place! It was adorable and the decor was just as pictured. The apartment is in the heart of downtown Sayulita so you can literally walk everywhere, it’s very convenient. One thing to note: since it is in the heart of downtown it can be loud at night with all of the live music outside until around 10pm, then everything seems to quiet down. This was not a problem for us at all, but if you’re looking to go to bed earlier than that you will need ear plugs! We loved how close to the beach we were too, my husband went surfing every morning and we were just a 4 min walk to the beach! We never had trouble using the rooftop pool and it was always open and we had it all to ourselves every time we walked up to use it. The room was cleaned every day which was absolutely awesome and a perk that you don’t get often at Airbnb’s, we loved coming home to a clean room after being out and about all day.

Wow! Wow! Wow! We absolutely loved everything about this place! It was so close to everything. Great food and the beach was less than a five minute walk. Ebony was wonderful throughout our entire stay. She really thought of everything! We felt so comfortable here and it was definitely our vibe. We were worried about the bar down stairs being loud at night but we honestly didn’t hear much during our stay. We most definitely will be back here . Our stay was amazing . Ebony has so many things she recommends to do and places to eat and drink, and every single one was amazing. Don’t think about it just book your stay here !!!!

We had a wonderful stay this weekend! The view was absolutely amazing, and the sunsets were truly of a kind. The golf cart was super useful for getting around, and the place had everything we needed and more. Highly recommend!

It's right in the middle of town. Tons of great shops and restaurants within a few steps. Just a few blocks to the beach. The stairs are narrow and winding so might be challenging for some. Great rooftop terrace. The AC was nice. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen was good for us although we did light cooking. We loved the shower. The apartment was spacious and comfortable. Felt fairly private. You might want to bring earplugs for the roosters all hours of the night (not an issue for us). We loved the town and the place. We would definitely stay here again.

We would not hesitate to come back to Pier 57. The place was modern and functional. Right in the middle of the best beach in Peurto Vallarta. The rooftop pool had amazing views and was one of the most unique spots I have ever been.

Our stay at Jerome’s Airbnb in Puerto Vallarta was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. Alfredo, the property manager, gave us a thorough walkthrough and was always available to help. The property was spotless, with a beautiful pool, well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable beds. We loved the Sonos sound system and multiple A/C units, and the peaceful location offered stunning views of the city and bay. We were treated to fireworks almost every night and even saw an air show! The location was great for walking down the hill to dinner, and we felt safe in the area. While we did walk up a few times, it was much easier to take an Uber ride back up. Overall, Jerome’s Airbnb was the perfect place for our stay in Puerto Vallarta — comfortable, convenient, and with amazing views. Highly recommend!

La ubicación es perfecta , tienes los mejores bares y restaurantes de la zona al lado. El interior del departamento es muy amplio y las amenidades muy útiles. Sin duda nos quedaríamos nuevamente en nuestra próxima visita

Loved this place. I prefer having more of a peaceful vacation along with authentic eating experience. This fit that amazingly. Yes the walking is a lot. The hill to get to the place is quite steep and I’m in good shape. It takes around 10 minutes to walk to the beach and another 10 to get to where most of the towns food is at. The beach club was wonderful and empty. The pool at the alamar was amazing and pretty much private. We came during the off season but enjoyed it fully. It was peaceful and the beach itself was clean and wonderful. Easy access to clean water at the facility too. Would highly recommend .

We had a great stay - being on the beach is priceless. We loved the pool - it was huge, beautiful and never crowded. I loved not having to fight for a pool chair. The place itself does take a beating from being on the ocean, but that is to be expected with a beachfront location. The kitchen was serviceable - but the porch was incredible - we loved sitting out there in the morning watching the ocean. Restaurants are super walkable and many are really, really good. The ocean right in front of the condo was a bit rough for us, but we just walked down the beach towards a smaller cove and found good swimming for our 12 and 15 year old boys. Overall it was a terrific trip! Thanks for sharing this special place with us!

Estuvieron muy atentos de darme instrucciones claras para llegar y entrar al lugar desde antes de mi llegada. la limpieza y orden fue excelente, pudimos desayunar un par de días ahí y excelente con el equipamiento. Y la ubicación es lo que más nos gustó es buenísima, solo si es ruidoso por los bares cerca, yo soy de sueño ligero sólo use tapones para oídos y listo descansamos muy bien mi esposo y yo y mi pequeño de 4 años en la colchoneta. Desde el balcón pudimos disfrutar de la música del bar agustoo. Ocupamos más tiempo y fue posible q nos concedieran y siempre muy atentos. Nos estacionamos a una cuadra de ahí entre la playa y el apartamento y genial para ahí dejar sombrilla y sillas y hielera todos los días . El domingo pudimos ir a misa solo caminamos a la esquina y listo. NOS ENCANTO !

Excelente alojamiento, muy recomendable. El condominio tiene muy buenas amenidades. las piscinas tienen agua caliente. Acceso a la playa. estacionamiento muy amplio. el departamento muy cómodo con todos los servicios y en muy buen estado.
