We could not have been happier with our stay! We loved being so close to everything, so walkable to all the sights and great restaurants!! Ginger’s guide was fantastic, I must have referenced it a million times during our stay and beforehand to make reservations. I loved that the house was in an area with more local people, I felt like we had a more authentic experience then we would have at one of the larger hotels. Our two teens LOVED the rooftop pool and the entire house in general. The dumb waiter was a hit. SMA is a magical place and Ginger’s house puts it over the top!! Thank you!!

We wanted something special for our first time in SMA. This unit was a good fit. We enjoyed the central location, walkable to many of the lovely restaurants this pueblo magico is famous for. Communication was prompt, and the place was squeaky clean. The rooftop views are exquisite at sunrise and sunset. Apparently, the jacuzzi tub is a shared amenity, but it was always available and sufficiently warm. There are many options to choose from in SMA. You will not go wrong with this condominium.

A private rooftop terrace features a natural wood table and two stool chairs, complemented by a comfortable lounge chair. The view stretches across San Miguel, revealing distant mountains and the city's architecture beneath a bright sky with scattered clouds.

El lugar esta muy bien y se encuentra a 12 min caminando del centro. Las habitaciones y terrazas están muy bien. Solamente 2 de las 5 habitaciones se encuentran en un sotano y pudiera no gustarle a algunas personas pero si esta especificado en el anuncio con las fotos. Durante nuestra estadía si batallamos con el internet dentro del airbnb tanto de la red (Telcel) como el wifi, aunque si nos comentaron que la zona estaba teniendo fallas en ese momento. Tom es muy atento y siempre estuvo al pendiente. En general se nos hizo una buena opción tomando en cuenta el costo-beneficio y si me volvería a quedar ahí.

Jaime has a great sense of style and it shows her tastefully decorated home. It was a pleasure to be there. I personally enjoyed the hilly walk and never took a taxi but it is a workout so you have to be up for it. The area is safe, friendly, and accessible. The pictures were exactly as shown, no surprises. A sense of calm washes over you when you walk in. A lovely experience! Thank you so very much for the stay.

Delightful experience. Larger place than we expected. Adequately furnished. We're an older couple so the stairs down from the parking area and back up every day was not ideal, but we made our month-long stay, work anyway. The adjacent large, enclosed, heated, lap pool was noisy at first, but we got used to it quickly. It was an easy 20 feet from the condo door to the pool which was a delight. Walking to centro was easy through the back gate. All downhill. We took Uber and Taxis back up. Peggy's Condo is highly recommended as long as you can handle the steps to get to and from it. We had a wonderful vacation at this property. The house is big, well appointed and nicely decorated. The rooftop and the terrace are great places to gather, talk and have a drink. Rosie promptly responded to all our questions and requests and she was extremely helpful when we had a medical emergency. We would definitely return to this property and will recommend it to our friends.

First the positive. We loved the location. The view from the balcony was awesome and a great place to spend the morning reading a book and having a cup of coffee as the sun was rising. The place was very clean and spacious. The beds were extremely comfortable. The kitchen was reasonably well equiped. The development is modern and pleasing and safe to walk about. There was a charcoal BBQ on the roof patio which was great. Judith and Eduardo are wonderful hosts. 10 out of 10. They were attentive, proactive, and very responsive to any questions we had. Now for the n not so positive. Bit of work walking the steeper portions of the roads if coming in from Centro but manageable if you have a bit of stamina. We did it daily for 6 weeks. Some of the neighbors like to party into the wee hours on a few weekend. Lastly, there is no TV in the living room. If we were short stay it wouldn't have been an issue. For our longer stay heading for the bedroom to watch TV after dinner was odd for us.

Awesome place. Highly recommend for a group. Easy walk downhill to town. Hard walk back but also can take a short cheap uber. Home was comfortable and had all we needed. Water/pipes has some issues, can take a few minutes for it to start flowing. But not a big deal. Responsive helpful hosts.

My first time In San Miguel de Allende was made even better with this beautiful home. I was traveling alone... but enjoyed having so much room. Beautiful courtyard sitting area, bright colorful kitchen, dining and sitting room... with all the comforts of home. There were breakfast treats waiting for me. Charming bedroom, bathroom... and even a full laundry room. Excellent wifi and tv service... although I stayed so busy in town (a short walk away) it wasn't much needed. The view from the rooftop patio is breathtaking. I drank my coffee up there several mornings... watching the hummingbirds buzz around. The hosts were so responsive and helpful. Can't wait to get back soon. Thank you Brigham and Lynn.

Lovely space, we had everything we needed and were centrally located to many beautiful boutiques and shops. The host was responsive and quick to help us when we got lock out of the room. The view from the kitchen is gorgeous and we also appreciated the tea and the soft and clean sheets.

Perfect Stay! The home was exactly as advertised, if not better! The attention to detail and the extra amenities that weren’t photographed were a wonderful surprise. It truly made the stay feel extra special. I wouldn’t change a thing. One note for future guests: it can be a little tricky to find via Google / Apple Maps at night, so I’d recommend trying to arrive before sundown to make the process smoother. Overall, a fantastic experience! Would definitely stay again. Thank You, Christina!

Cecilia’s place was very nice. We were there for my Son’s wedding. It was in a great location for everything. We really enjoyed our stay. It was very clean. The rooms were very large and had multiple outside spaces. The rooftop deck was awesome with beautiful views. I would definitely recommend this house for multiple families.

El departamento está muy bien ubicado (cerca de la plaza central de San Miguel). Tiene todos los utensilios necesarios para sentirse cómodo, poder cocinar (si uno quiere), calentadores en las habitaciones (que son muy útiles en esta época del año), agua de garrafón permanente, habitaciones de buen tamaño con camas cómodas. Fue una muy buena elección para ir en familia y disfrutar San Miguel Lo único que deben revisar es el acceso al agua caliente en las duchas que es limitado(en los lava manos y en la cocina si sale bien el agua caliente).

El departamento de Guadalupe es más lindo que en las fotografías. Cuenta con todo lo necesario para una estancia confortable, incluido un patio maravilloso para disfrutar el clima de San Miguel. La cocina está muy bien equipada, por si deseas cocinar. Guadalupe, como siempre, estuvo atenta a nuestras necesidades. La zona es linda y hay supermercados cercanos. El centro está a menos de 10 minutos en automóvil.

Lugar súper bien ubicado, llegas caminando al centro. Los servicios súper bien, la casa es bastante fresca a pesar de que afuera hace mucho calor, por las mañanas no se siente frío como esperaba. La entrada es súper fácil el único detalle es que como yo llegué en la noche todo estaba obscuro no había alguna luz en área común, tuve que usar la de mi celular para llegar a la puerta, pero fuera de eso todo está excelente. Sin duda alguna volverías hospedarme ahí.
