Condo vacation rentals in San Miguel de Allende

Spacious, well equipped, lovely space. I really enjoyed this space. I would highly recommend.

The apartment is very conveniently located (near the central square of San Miguel). It has all the necessary utensils to feel comfortable, to be able to cook (if you want), heaters in the rooms (which are very useful at this time of year), permanent water in jugs, and good-sized rooms with comfortable beds. It was a very good choice to go with the family and enjoy San Miguel The only thing they should check is the access to hot water in the showers, which is limited (in the sinks and in the kitchen the hot water comes out well).

The Manager Kris and his wife were the best Airbnb managers we’ve ever had. A wonderful check in with them and they drove us around to show us the area and addressed every issue we had promptly and satisfactory. I highly recommend this. Home and chris is the manager. We will definitely be back.

Really a great experience for me and my family, the apartment is 10/10. I will definitely be back if I have the chance, you feel right at home because of the comfort, amenities and of course the cleanliness. A condominium with great amenities, easy and simple access to go to various places, you have supermarkets, restaurants, medical service, etc. less than 5 minutes away. And the hosts are excellent, good communication and are attentive to everything.

It’s a beautiful apartment with beautiful sunrise view . We loved the space . Great space to cook meals . Kitchen was well equipped with pots and pans . The bed linen was nice enough . Comfortable bed . ACs in all places was a plus . Only issue is that there is no one to communicate after 8 pm . If you have a query , no one responds . Overall beautiful space . Highly recommended, specially for large families. Might not be ideal for people looking for a lively walkable atmosphere, but short drive from downtown

The apartment is very good, we really enjoyed the jacuzzi. The subdivision is very nice and quiet, the pool is large, everything is very accessible and the location is good.

straight from booking the unit julio was very friendly and responded to messages very quickly. he gave super clear instructions on how to access the unit. the unit was beautiful, very clean, felt very safe, and a very walkable distance to the centro. next time i visit san miguel de allende i will book here!!

A great option for staying in SMA! The apartment is spacious and lovely. It was very comfortable. This place is at the top of the hill in a gated community. We had a car and it was helpful to park it near the gate before walking to town to avoid super steep hills. José Leonardo is very kind and helpful!

Beautiful apartment, very well-equipped, although I was there for very few days and we did not enjoy the complex's facilities, everything was well-maintained and cozy

The accommodation was perfect for what we needed, very comfortable and clean. The directions were very clear. The atmosphere is very family friendly. The only detail is that one of the bathrooms was blocked since we arrived, so the water didn't drain and we couldn't use it. I wrote to report it but I didn't get any help. Everything else was great, thank you so much!

This is a comfortable, quiet apartment with beautiful views over the city and easily big enough for two couples. Western aspect leaves it cool, even on hot days. well kept, beautiful grounds. We had some confusion upon arrival because of different addresses for the front door and the parking access. However this was largely our own fault and not that of the host. (I don't recommend having your own car in SMA - taxis or Uber are the way to go). Beds were comfortable, lots of towels, reliable Wi-Fi, lots of tp and cleaning supplies. Not the best equipped kitchen we have had in an Airbnb, but certainly adequate for making most meals if you decide not to go out. I would re-iterate what the others have said about the location. This is not an apartment for anyone with mobility or fitness challenges. All roads lead up to the complex and there are many steps to be negotiated to reach the unit. We would certainly stay here again. Just not with a car!

The condominium is very nice and clean. It is very central, 10 min walk to downtown. There are many restaurants and cafes around. Mr. Jose, who takes care of the apartments, is super attentive and helpful. We will definitely return.

We stayed for one night in Hector's place and it was in a perfect location. Great walking distance to shops and restaurants, but no noise from above the street. He provided some recommendations while we were there and let us keep our bags a little past check-out which we really appreciated. Highly recommend the bakery downstairs. For two couples this is a great place because bedrooms are on other sides of the apartment so it feels like you have some privacy. Huge container of water in the apartment was also appreciated.

Very nice place and very clean, they just gave us incorrect directions to enter the apartment, but once inside everything was in order.

Andy and her husband are super friendly, welcoming and provided helpful info about how to quickly settle in. I stayed for 3 weeks. The apartment is inside a somewhat private, shared courtyard area. It's on the ground floor with an apartment above you. It provided more than ample space for one person. All of the equipment and appliances were functioning. The kitchen provide sufficient utensils, cooking pots/pans and flatware for 2/3 people and storage space for a weeks worth of groceries. The single bed is slightly firm (perfect for me). Andy provided ample drinking water in 20L jugs upon request. The apartment is a little dated nonetheless it was a great value given the location and peaceful atmosphere.

The Airbnb is in a great location, everything is at a walkable distance, beautiful view from the rooftop. Ibai is friendly and always responsive with everything you may need.
