Vacation rentals with a fire pit in San Mateo

We had a great stay! Saik was very accommodating and the place was kid-friendly and great for my 3 year old and 7 month old. Saik set up the pack and play. There was also a high chair and stool in the bathroom. The location was great. Walking distance to a supermarket.

Open yet cozy place with great internet connection, fully stocked amenities, and super-responsive hosts. Private yet accessible. Pacifica is a hidden gem that's close to everything. This is a great place for vacation, stay-cation, and/or work trips. Definitely plan on returning.

Absolutely perfect stay! Garrett was incredibly responsive and went above and beyond by sharing some amazing local restaurant recommendations. The house had everything I needed and truly felt like a home away from home—comfortable, clean, and well-equipped. Would definitely stay here again!

Jennifer was a great host! She was super responsive and proactive when we messaged her throughout our stay. Our pup loved the dog door to the yard and walks at Thornton (2 min drive). It was easy to get to the city (quick drive to BART or driving).

It was awesome staying at Elena's place. I loved loved loved the patio area with the outside table and chairs, along with the string lights. And gorgeous flowers! The place itself was very clean and had everything you would hope for in the kitchen, bathroom, and bedroom. Elena herself was very sweet and accommodating. I had a very late arrival past 12AM, and Elena still greeted me and said hi. She is very responsive and I felt very welcomed during my stay. This is the perfect spot for someone who is out and about during the day, and is looking for someplace to kick back during the evening and night. Highly recommend! :)

Absolutely enjoyed! The home was so welcoming and cozy, a picturesque beach cottage. The outdoor space was so beautiful and peaceful. Great location that is quiet and close proximity to the beach and trails. Guliz was very friendly and responsive. You can tell a lot of thought and care went into the home. Would absolutely recommend!

I highly recommend Carol and Phil's place if you're looking for a quiet, clean, and beautifully laid out place to stay. The unit connects to their home, but is very private as it is separated from the main house by a closed and curtained door. It butts up against a golf course, but the holes are far away so you don't see or hear anyone. Very lush and green as you're surrounded by the golf course and the owner's well maintained flower garden .There's a stone patio leading to the front doors, a great place to have your morning coffee. A coffee station/kettle/microwave/fridge set up is convenient for quick snacks or drinks. Each room has a queen bed, lots of closet space for use. The home is a short drive from SF's airport, and close to the expressway if you're heading into the city or beyond, south or north. And there's a parking space for one car, adding to security and convenience. Would definitely stay again if we are back in the area!

Had a wonderful stay at this house. The location is awesome. It was a quick walk to the beach, and great restaurants nearby. We also enjoyed the backyard which was spacious for the kids to run around and equipped with a fire pit and grill. Kitchen was massive and very modern, well equipped with supplies to cook full meals. Rita was very responsive, even helped us find a bicycle pump in the house immediately after we messaged. Would definitely stay again next time we are in half moon bay!

Incredible spot. Lots of space for Alameda, new amenities and very clean. All we could ask for and more!

We were almost sorry to stay for only two nights. The place is just about perfect, with an exceptionally well-equipped kitchen and any amenity you might need (possible exception is a/c, but it wasn’t very warm during our stay). The traffic died down at night , making it a quiet place to sleep. Particularly nice is the immediate proximity of the bay tail: perfect for a morning run or an evening stroll. Oriel was very proactive communicating, and we never had any uncertainty about anything. Highly recommended: we would stay there again anytime!

Roberto‘s place was excellent! Everything from the small details of decor to the relaxing space. Great outdoor balcony and excellent location. We can’t wait to stay again.

Urban oasis is the perfect description for this residence. So quiet. Restful, verdant backyard patio (blooming Angel Trumpets were heavenly scented!), sweet dogs and comfortable and attractive furnishings. Was able to cook my breakfast every morning and easily heat up leftovers with well-outfitted kitchen and high-end appliances. Loved how eco-friendly the home is. Murphy bed in the living room was perfect. Walkable restaurants nearby - esp. Homeroom's mac & cheese! Loved everything about this place. We will definitely stay here again when visiting relatives nearby.

I loved Albina's place. It was so perfect for what we were looking for. It was cute, easy to find, easy parking and just so lovely. The highlight was the view. The bedroom window looked out to the city and the ocean. We never even turned the TV on since the view from the bed was just spectacular. We literally just watched the ocean and boats going by as the sunset before our eyes. The moon then came out and we went to bed just staring out at the sky. I hope to be able to stay here again. It was such a magical retreat.

this place was a really great getaway and had amazing views along with many different restaurants and grocery stores around. it was a very private and cozy studio

Very nice place, very comfortable and had everything we needed. Host was very nice, quick to respond and took care of everything we needed. Very beautiful area surrounded by redwoods and very private. Would definitely stay again.

Our stay at Brookes home was great! The space was incredibly clean and comfortable. We felt very comfortable and safe. I wish I could have stayed longer, but the space was beautiful outside even after the storm. We had a small hiccup trying to get the lock to work, but Brooke was super fast with her response & helped us get in quickly. 10/10 would stay again!

Amazing little spot for our family of four!

Charles is a lovely, responsive host. He was upfront and honest about the glamping situation and there were no surprises. The wild garden, outdoor shower, and private hot tub were what we enjoyed most. We'll definitely be back!

5 stars for the location, nestled in the redwoods just 5 min walk from Mill Valley Downtown and Old Mill Park! Comfortable beds and sofas and great spaces for working, this worked really well for our staycation. The house is an 1880s cabin so it has some charming quirks! Seth is a responsive host and you can tell that he has put his heart and soul into every detail of the space — looks exactly like the photos!

The tiny cabin was exactly what we needed to sit back and relax for a couple days. The sheets and bed comforter where like sleeping on a cloud. The backyard oasis was spotless secluded and oh so peaceful. Host was extremely responsive and helpful.

Great glamping weekend, beautiful surroundings, would recommend for anyone who’s looking to escape the city.
