A kid-friendly home on a 1-acre lot where you truly can relax. You may enjoy wildlife visiting the backyard- deer, squirrels, birds, and occasionally a fox or roadrunner. You’ll also be able to admire the stars in the clear night sky, swim in the private pool, soak in the hot tub, or enjoy the sauna. For the best health benefits: 15 minutes in the sauna, take a quick dip in the pool, repeat once, and finish in the hot tub. Please don’t forget to use the outdoor shower before using any amenities.

The cozy cottage can accommodate 4 adults & 4 children with a queen size bed, a sleeper sofa in the living room, plus an overhead loft area with two full mattresses for the kids. These rentals come fully furnished with a private bathroom, linens for the downstairs, air conditioning, TV, and a kitchen with full appliances. Outside is a covered porch with four chairs, plus a charcoal grill and picnic table. ***Linens are not provided for 30+ night stays, a monthly linen bundle may be purchased***

We built this guest studio as a quiet retreat from the main residence, a free-standing structure set back from the street with separate walkway and two dedicated parking spaces. This 864 sq. ft. space with 512 sq. ft. covered porch backs up to a 10-acre green belt. The metal paneled exterior belies the modern farmhouse interior. We are favorably located between the Texas Hill Country and Austin, Texas.

This home is within 2 miles of the outlet mall. Only 15 miles to New Braunfels. Texas State and the San Marcos River is also within 2 miles. Downtown area with Cafe on the Square and Grins are college populareateries. Gruene, Tx with the Guadalupe River for fun and tube floating is also 5 miles away. It is our personal home and I closed off the 3rd bdrm. Popular Gruene, TX is only 5 miles out and COTA 40 miles.
