Waterfront vacation rentals in San Marcos River

The aparment was perfect in every way that we hoped for. Comfortable beds, clean bathrooms, ready to use kitchen and so much more. If we ever go back to San Antonio we will definitely book again!

This was a great location – and a perfect place to stay for a weekend! The condo was centrally located to everything so we were able to walk a lot of places and also over a short Uber to everything else. The inside was super clean. I did think that the master had a king bed but both of the beds were queens. I would definitely say that the one thing that it was missing which it had everything else with a full length mirror, especially for a group of girls to look at our outfits, but everything else was great!

First visit to San Antonio and I’m so glad we stayed here. The location is lovely and super walkable. I walked downtown with my 6 year old son, and there were plenty of cafes and restaurants along the way. The hosts are very responsive and the room was perfectly clean.

I had a fantastic stay at here! The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect—just a short walk to the Riverwalk and close to all the downtown attractions, which made exploring the city so convenient. Jung-hen was a kind and thoughtful host, and I truly appreciated the opportunity to stay in his home. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!

The view was fantastic, watching the lights come up in the city at night. Easy check-in, secure building, comfortable beds. We didn't cook since we only had a short stay. Preferred to sample the local cuisine. Steps away from the walking trail along Lady Bird Lake, a shady oasis amid the crazy amount of construction as Austin continues to grow. Plenty of street parking with the Park ATX app. Read posted signs carefully to understand which days/hrs are free in your zone. An enjoyable experience - would book again.

Great unit! Walkable to everything downtown NB, Texas tubes right next door, peaceful - loved seeing all the deer! Host was super nice and even had a crockpot waiting for us when I inquired about one!

The location was perfect, close to town and activities but still quiet enough to relax. I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a cozy, peaceful getaway. Our stay was wonderful. We've been going to New Braunfels for years and this has been a favorite stay. Check in was easy, the house is in a great spot, has easy river access, and we loved that there was plenty of space for the entire family to spread out and be comfortable. Our one year old grandson had plenty of room to play in a safe place. The sunroom or the screened in porch is a perfect spot for coffee in the morning and having the chairs and BBQ pit were perfect for the evening. We floated twice from Little Ponderosa and got out right at the house which was great especially since some chose to just hang out in the river by the house. We will definitely look into staying here again. Thank you for being great hosts!

Love love loved this place! Beautiful home with plenty of space for relaxing. Whether hanging out on the deck or lounging in the hot tub, this place had it all! We even grilled out one night! This was the perfect place for a relaxing weekend. Only 30 minutes from the Natural Bridge Caverns and 40 minutes from the Gruene Historic District, it was perfectly located for what we had planned for the weekend. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!! It was well stocked with all the essentials, towels, blankets, shampoo/soap, etc. and matched the listing! The only downside was the lake was a little low, but that’s outside of anyone’s control. Otherwise it was the perfect peaceful oasis. Tons of deer running through the area too!

Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. The condo was beautiful, spacious and the amenities were great! Having a doorman to facilitate the checkin made the whole process feel just like a hotel. Really excellent BnB. No complaints.

The place is great with plenty of space for 6 people. The living room/main room area was very spacious and we never felt crowded. We enjoyed coffee in the morning on the balcony and heard over a dozen species of birds with a beautiful view of the very large lawn. The property is on the river but is so incredibly quiet. We really enjoyed paddle boarding and wading in the water and fishing. Recommend taking fishing poles and live worms, you’ll catch lots of bass. Also recommend taking inner tubes because there’s a great little rapid on the river that we had a blast going down. The water was incredibly clear too. It was easy parking wise and a short trip to Gruene. We will be back!

First off Jason was super communicative. The instructions for this location are superb. The layout and amenities were perfect for our four person group with one set of bunk beds, a pull out sofa, and a master bed. It has a full kitchen as well. The location is incredible and definitely worth every penny. There is a bar downstairs with friendly bar tenders and this location is such a melting pot it was fun to start up random conversations with interesting people. It took less than 5 mins walk to be at Rainey St. It felt like everything else was about a 7 min uber ride. Thanks Jason for the detailed instructions and quick response times. Your place helped us make many amazing memories. Can’t wait to come visit again!

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay, it was a nice room with a pool, hot tub and river nearby. Definitely enhanced my stay.

Ideal location and beautiful property. Condo was well furnished and very clean. Comfortable linens and beds. Would absolutely stay here again!
