The San Marcos River house is situated on a quiet channel of the San Marcos River. It is less than a mile from downtown San Marcos and Texas State University and a 12 minute drive to San Marcos's Premium Outlet Malls. Rental of the house includes the entire property with large yard, a fire pit and several sitting areas overlooking the river. * IMPORTANT* River access can vary due to drought conditions. As of winter of 2024 the river is down several feet and our channel is not flowing as usual.

This vintage pink gem gleams from the heart of downtown San Marcos and is walking distance to a river swim, beautiful parks, Texas university and the downtown square. H‑E‑B, pizza, coffee shops and bars are in the same block so go explore!
